Love this place! Food is fantastic no matter what you order. But above that is the customer service. I accidentally received an incorrect item last week so this morning they sent the item in addition to my today's order. I mean, who does that?!? They made a note of a slight mixup - the pancakes I received last week were still delicious - remembered who I was and added last weeks item to my order today. With a sweet note. Nobody does these sorts of things anymore. Everyone wants to argue and be right and basically want you to feel honored to have them serve you what you ordered from their establishment. Most of the time you can't get eye contact, a smile, a thank you, or the right order. It's a different world now. But Hot Pancakes took me back to a time and place that I cherish; a time when going overboard to do something kind was normal yet always greatly appreciated. read more

First time ordering from here yesterday (4/13) and I've got to say this has been by far the BEST pizza we've had. Pepperoni for my son he loved it. Pizza did not have too much marinara sauce and that's how he likes it, and now only wants to order from here. Supreme for my husband and I, it was amazing! We algo got quesostix and OMG they were delicious! They were early on the delivery and so polite, the guy left too fast before my husband could have tipped him. Everything still had its flavor the next day even the quesostix. Reasonable prices and they have great combo deals. Definitely only ordering from Pizza Patron from now on. read more

This location is always professional, on time and with correct orders. I couldn't ask for more except maybe some better coupons or app deals. If you've never had it, their chicken enchilada pizza is amazing. Even if it doesn't sound good to you, you should try it. It's just one of those things. I walked into this location at around 6pm on a Tuesday and law that they had a special. It was a large pepperoni pizza for about $6. I ordered it and waited for about one minute for my pizza. I have to say that it is not a bad pizza for $6. I usually only get little cesars but the selection here was also very good. I cannot wait to go back and try one of their specialty pizzas. read more

New location! I really enjoy Pizza Patron. Memorial Day I was jonesing HARD for the Patron and a six pack and didn't want to drive all over creation. Hit google maps and found this NEW LOCATION 15 minutes away, so I jumped in the car, picked up a patron special XL for $7 (WOW WHAT A DEAL), went next door to the stop and rob for a 6 of the high life, came back and it was ready. Great service, fast pizza, and it tastes as good as their long standing locations! They even have a drive through! Definitely worth it! read more

i like the idea that someone was brave enough to put a latin twist on something that is sooo italian, like pizza. i give them 5 stars for such bravery and being able to deliver it nicely. with that said, i like the pizza from pizza patron better than i do from other chain pizza eateries. the latin twist on the pizza is evident and enjoyable. also, 5 stars for the prices. the food is cheap! all the while being satisfying. this location is in a sketchy location. the customer service is mediocre. they stay open late on weekends, which is nice. read more

I normally love their pizza, but I did a phone order at 4:01pm. I was told on the phone by employee Ivan Flores (probably not his real name), that my pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. I get there at 4:15pm, 1 person is ahead of me. At 4:16pm guys gets my pizza and opens the box, the pizza is dried out except, the portion close to the crust wasn't dried yet. He calls the manager and the manager says that's how all the pizzas are. He has worked here for 5 years and all of them look like this. Now fresh pizza coming out of the oven and I asked why don't they look dried out. He told me it does, yet the other employee is slicing a pizza and you see the cheese just stretching. Which is solely the reason why I love their pizza. Ivan was supposed to be a manager, yet instead of offering me a fresher pizza, he threw my receipt down, laughed, and walked away. He's so lucky I had on my work uniform. Well I just needed to rant. I will definitely contact corporate if it exists. read more

The pizza is pretty good for the price. I would say they are comparable to Little Caesars, but my family loves the queso sticks with the dipping sauce. The facility is kept clean and appears to be well organized. Most of all, the customer service from Luis has always been on point which is why I am giving the 5 -star rating. Went to Pizza Patron today and ordered and sausage pizza with extra cheese when I receive the pizza there was no extra cheese on it whatsoever... in fact the guy that handed me the pizza said when he went to cut it up he told the manager I don't see any extra cheese on this pizza. but when I called for the manager to talk to him he argued with me stating that the pizza had extra cheese on it and even if I sent it back to add more cheese it would come out looking the exact same way.smh Wow really? Worst pizzas this side of the Rio Grande. There's a reason the pizzas are cheap. They're paper thin, tiny and they taste awful.

Honestly, it was really good for the price... Large pepperoni pizza for 3.99 from 11 til 2 Monday thru Friday.
