What a joke of a pizza place. Waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. Finally called asking what was taking so long (we live less than 5mins away) & was told "oh the driver already left with them he should be there any time" -- 20mins go by & no pizza still. Called back again & was told that the driver said they were left on my porch... umm nope no pizza on my porch. So, now I get to wait another hour for my pizzas to be remade. $65 for two large pizzas & this is the shit service you get. Oh! And our compensation? One free pizza the next time we order -- yay! Pizza was good, it usually is, but the customer service was not. I called yesterday and tried using a coupon off their website and they refused to honor it, despite the fact it was on their website. That's kind of baiting and switching and poor customer service. Their pizza is considerably more expensive so it's kind of a splurge to go there in the first place but it's worse when you at least think you have a coupon and they say it's no good despite the fact the coupon is from pizzapipeline.com...... Pizza Hut and Dominos are both a half mile away and they will get my money (and coupons) next time. read more

I grew up eating Pizza Pipeline. I loved it particularly for the Cinnamon Tricky Stix. Pizza was always slightly overpriced compared to the competition, and average at best. The reason I can only afford 3 stars though, is food allergies. They have multiple Peanut containing products on the menu...Thai Peanut sauce, Peanut Butter dessert pizza etc. As a parent to a kid with the now all too common severe peanut allergy, this means we can no longer go to pizza pipeline due to possible cross-contamination. It's a shame, because it used to be my first choice after Savage House was ruined. read more

Meaty pizza, undercooked, and not cut through. Had it delivered to our hotel so it was very difficult to eat. We had to rip it apart with our hands making the toppings fall off. We ordered it online, and it was delivered quickly. We also left notes on our order needing ranch and paper plates, no extra charge which was nice, but could've used silverware. It also came with a small container of chili powder, it gave the pizza a great flavor! Would try it again if we're in town. read more

Hubby and I were hungry and hubby always says "go Big or go home " lol so we got the colossal which is 26" inches we got it in a half and half one side was the Greek and the other half was the pizza pipeline sampler. After driving from Jackson, WY, we didn't want to go out. Pizza Pipeline was recommended on the board downstairs & they did NOT disappoint! We got a BYO pizza that was delivered quickly, fresh & hot. They provided extra Parmesan cheese, garlic seasoning & something spicy. Since they were delivering to a hotel, Mark called & asked if we wanted the pizza delivered to our room or meet him in the lobby. They also provided paper plates & napkins. After about twenty minutes we asked a fourth time what was going on and the guy at the register finally went in the back and said no one had ever started our order. I ordered online for a small pizza and an order of Tricky Sticks at around 5:45pm. Around 6:45pm my order hadn't been delivered so I called to ask when I should expect it. They informed me that they were running TWO HOURS behind!! TWO HOURS!!! TWO HOURS on a Tuesday evening!!! They informed me that the website was not informing customers of the delay. She said that my order would be out soon. I live about a mile away. My order showed up at 7:45pm and was luke warm to say the least. TWO HOURS to deliver a small pizza and tricky sticks about a mile away. You could tell the delivery driver felt bad as it wasn't his fault. On top of this I had already given a tip when placed my order. I guess Pipeline is going by there name as there service used to be good, but not anymore. I would suggest going elsewhere. read more

They threw together a veggie sandwich with pizza toppings and forgot the cream cheese so nothing held the veggies together and they didn't put provolone as requested, they put American,...and they also didn't put any cheese on a roast beef sandwich...they really suck. My latest order from this store was very disappointing. Starting with a price of $19.29 for a 12" pizza! The sauce used to be my favorite, but overall, the pizza itself was pretty much ho hum. I've had better frozen pizzas. I don't believe I'll be ordering from them again. read more
