I love this place! Never disappoints.. If you're going to order make it a carry out, they have a good carry out special.

We ordered from here for lunch today, and they were nice enough to tell us they would deliver to our address (which is literally on the same road as Pizza Planet). They told me delivery would be 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, it was over an hour before we got our food. When it finally did arrive, one of the ladies in my office opened hers and it was wrong, she ordered a sub meal with fries and a soda and they only delivered the sub and it had the wrong toppings. I immediately called back and they said they would re-cook it and send it right out. At 2:30 it still was not here, so my co-worker called and was put on hold for over 4 minutes, then she tried to call back and every time it went to voice mail, this happened 7 times and then I tried to call also and tried 3 times and the same thing happened. My co-worker and I went to the Pizza Planet to get her food, when we went in and explained to the person behind the counter, my co-workers food was sitting right there, he gave us her food and said "grab any soda from the fridge. We received no explanation or apology of any kind. Now as for the food. The pizza was very Dry, and the Fried Mushrooms where mushy and had no taste. read more

Today my office and I ordered food from Pizza Planet. The food took a little over the time quoted to arrive but that was okay. However, when the food got to us we found that we were missing a soda and order of fries, then I opened my sub and it was made wrong. We called the place up and they said that they would make it right away and send it over. Now they were called back at around 1:30pm and at 2:30pm the new sub was still not at our office AND between a co-worker and I we called them about 8 times. The first call I made, they picked up and put me on hold right away for 4 minutes. I called back 5 mores times and got no answer at all. My co-worker and I decided to ride up there (having to leave my day at work). We got there and explained everything. The guy who we spoke to immediately got my sub and fires (it was all cooked) and told me to take a bottle of soda from the fridge. Gave no explanation, didn't get a thank you or anything. He said no words to us after that. Didn't even offer a refund for the trouble that was caused. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!!!! I AM DISGUSTED!!!! read more

I ordered food at 605pm. At 720pm it still wasnt here and i worked food business so i understand. I called and they said they just left and itll be here soon. When it still hadnt shown up at 8pm i called again and they said any minute. At 825 still nothing called back and they said i cancelled.... ridiculous and horrible. Food is great. Whoever answer the phones doesnt take your order correctly and when you go to pick it up its not even ready because they take your call in order than say you never placed it when i proved on my cell that i did. I eat here as a regular and super dissapointed. So now after waiting 30 mins the first time now i have to wait here another 30 more smh and no sorry or them trying to fix or take $ off!!! Not too bad pizza that is inexpensive. We got two of the "small" mediums (they have like 5 or 6 sizes!!) and it was good. Doesn't taste all crappy and artificial like the chains. Came with marinara sauce on the side too along with parmesan and red pepper flakes. read more

I was kinda skeptic at first as the guy taking my phone order was a little pushy. And then, yes, and then...I told him I'd rather pick up my pizza vs waiting 45 minutes for delivery (less than 2 miles away). He didnt seem to keen on that. But a 25 minute carry out was a better call for me, kinda hungry after a day of intermittent fasting and travelling. Needless to say, 18 minutes later I get a call from the guy informing me pizza/wings are ready to be delivered...huh? And then, yes, and then. He tries to punk me to hurry and let him know if I want it delivered or not. So I said "yeah" and he was like "ok" and hung up. So my grub arrives and I'm kinda nervous because dude looks like one of the cats from Taken 2. And then, jk. We paid, got our grub and "low and behold"!!!! As a Commercial Pilot, I eat out about 600-650 times a year, just part of living life on the road. Last night, the hotel we were in gave me the menu for this place, since the hotel restaurant was already closed. It was the most DISGUSTING PILE OF GARBAGE I've had in recent memory. The cheese sticks were so hard, they snapped in half like a twig, I could not even bite into them. The chicken wings were ice cold. They actually warmed up after being in my hotel room for awhile. They also had no sauce on them. I ordered them as hot as I could get, instead, they had no sauce at all. The pizza was the most soggy, greased filled pile of disgusting garbage I've seen in a long time. The pizza literally fell apart because it was so filled with grease. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I told the Hilton to throw away these menus and they are going to do that very thing. DONT EAT AT THIS SO-CALLED RESTAURANT. It won't let me give zero stars otherwise I would. read more

I am certain they depend heavily on hotel traffic, because they have no chance of survival if they depend on their customer service skills. They did deliver the pizza in a reasonable time, but they charged for a topping that they didn't put on the pizza. When I called about it, the person who answered the phone put me on hold, and then the person who made the pizza got on the phone and said the topping was there because he made the pizza. So, either they are very light on the toppings (not good), or they are unwilling to admit mistakes (not good) - and either way, they are certainly argumentative. Good luck with ordering... read more

Ordered a 14" pizza, asked for "well done", and got a doughy pizza. Also ordered a hot grilled chicken sub, with bacon and cheese(of course had to pay extra for bacon, no problem) not only was the sub chinchy but every piece of chicken that was on the sub had gristle. The only good I got was the fries, oh and did I mention that I also ordered a Coke and they didn't send the delivery guy with it so he took an OLD Mountain Dew out of his car and gave it to me. I don't ever plan to order from here again, it took an hour and a half just to get the food, I only ordered 6 wings, fries, and a soda, the fries were chewy and hard like the were old, the wings were crispy but dry, and the sauce was just thrown on top of them, definitely not a great first impression. read more

Tonight I ordered from this restaurant using Beyond Menu. An hour and 50 minutes had passed and my food still hadn't arrived so I called them. They said they had not received my order. I informed them that I got the confirmation email right after my order was placed. Then he said that it just came through. He asked if I still wanted it. I asked if I could be refunded and he said no. And was very rude and blamed Beyond Menu for them not having my order. I asked how long it would take, he said 40 minutes. He asked again if I still wanted the food I said yes since I can't be refunded. He said ok and hung up on me. I waited another hour and 20 minutes and my food never arrived. I ended up having to contact beyond menu to get refunded. This was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never order from this place again. Even if it wasn't their fault they should have apologized and tried to get my food to me as soon as possible. Instead they were rude and never showed up. read more

Frequent traveler from PA area. There pizza was pretty good, hard to understand indian man on phone. Ordered half cheese and half pepperoni and a soda. Order was correct driver was friendly. Resembled NY style pizza although NY is the best pizza on earth!!! Would order again from here. read more

I wish I could have given them negative stars because that is how AWFUL the experience is every time we order from this establishment. There is no redeeming quality that this place has. We waited for almost two hours for food that wasn't good enough to wait that long for. They have forgotten parts of our order so then we would have to wait to actually enjoy our meal that they are PAID to prepare correctly the FIRST time. Somehow that concept has completely flown over their heads since they seem to get something wrong every single time you order from there. What is the point in having a job that you clearly DON'T know how to do? I ask that question rhetorically because I suspect they wouldn't be able to comprehend that since they can't prepare the simplest of meals. I will NEVER order from them again. after the front desk at the doubletree recommended me this place the pizza was not good. half of the slice was covered in cheese and pepperoni and where the crust was nothing. just dough. i would never refer this to anyone and told the front desk not to even waste ppl time or money. #yuck read more
