So today I ordered pizza for the family, added "extra cheese" there was a miscommunication and they added "extra mushrooms" my mother is allergic to mushrooms so she couldn't eat with us. and on top of that 6 dollars extra was charged to my card than the original amount I signed on... I went in upset, but just hoping for the 6 bucks back AT THE LEAST.. they went above and beyond to fix they're mistake and refunded me the FULL amount within 5 minutes it was back on my debit card.. need less to say they made it right. The food is pretty good, however Danny who took our order over the phone for delivery (which all of us dread at work any time we call to order for delivery) she apparently thinks it's okay to treat customers like they are replaceable-when it was brought to the Manager/Owner's? attention today he didn't seem to care much-good to know! This restaurant was recommended by a coworker when we were visiting from out-of-town. We waited for 10 minutes without being helped. Employees walked past us without acknowledging us. The place has booths & large tables fitting 8 to 10. We had garden veggie which was freshly made & pretty good. The omnivores also had wings described as "not too wet or dry or spicy...4 out of 5". The pepperoni pizza was "not super oily & they didn't skimp on the meat". The front guy was very courteous and patiently helped everyone order what they wanted. Usually pretty good, but today's experience was awful... We called ahead, being super bowl Sunday and everything, at noon and were told earliest we could pick up was 4:15. At 4:15 when we arrived, only pizza was ready and we were told chicken fingers would take another 15 mins. Well... 45 mins later chicken was ready. Turns out we got wrong chicken, pizza was cold (it sat there the whole time), and we wasted $30. I wouldn't blame this on the employees, but rather management. They simply could not handle the SB Rush. I would have rather been told to go elsewhere than have gone through this. Know your limitations and work within them, rather than make false promises you can't keep... It will probably take a year or so before we go back to this establishment, if ever. read more

Best pizza & wings!! And the ranch that comes with the veggies is to die for! Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of ranch, but OMG this stuff is the best! Wings are by far the best in town! I SOMETIMES love Pizza Plus. It is very hit or miss, and it seems to be that way with every location we've ordered from. There's nights that we'll order and the pizza is amazing, loaded with toppings, fries are perfectly crispy and seasoned and other times when we're missing toppings or they're lacking and the fries are CLEARY reheated they look brown and taste dry. We order the heart shaped combo (it's the cheapest option for what we like to get) and we order half the pizza with cheese and half without cheese for me. Last time we ordered they put the half without cheese at the bottom of the heart vs. actually splitting it down the middle (which is what they usually do so not sure what happened this night) so my boyfriend got way more pizza. It's really disappointing that you never know if your order is going to be delicious or make you feel like you wasted your money. We would order here more often if it was more consistent because it genuinely is our favorite pizza place. read more

Not entirely impressed with the quality of food that I received via delivery. Originally I ordered the 19.99 deal (1 large two-topping pizza with 10 wings and fries). The fries were pretty stale and the pizza was definitely not anything special, but their ranch is at least decent. I ordered mild wings and received BBQ, after calling back the location I did receive some compensation for a wrong order. I ordered because this place was convenient, and seemed reasonable...but after eating food in Reno that tastes so much better, I probably wont be ordering from here again solely on the quality. Been to this location many times, the service is always prompt and friendly. We always order for takeout and almost always the pizza is ready before the time quoted. The pizza is always as desired and never fails to be delicious.
