MOLD IN THE ICE DISPENSER. If you're going to come here, do not get your ice in your drink. I love this place for their food, but there's something really unsettling about how they don't care about how the ice dispenser is DISGUSTING. It grosses and raises my concerns about everyone simply getting ice, even the workers seem to be oblivious to it. This is the second time i've come here; and which a year ago there was also a mold buildup in the ice and drink dispensers. Someone pointed it out and it got cleaned up after multiple complaints but here we are again to see it full of disgusting MOLD. Shame on Pizza Plus, this place worsens in service, and cleanliness every year. I can only imagine the cleanliness of the BACK where they COOK the food. I love there deals with pizza, wings, and fries. Great for parties to have a bit of variety to feed many. I ordered at 10:30 am and prepaid for a pick up at 5:45 pm on Halloween night. I got there at 5:30 pm and waited in line for just over an hour. They need to have a better system for this busy night of the year. When I finally got up to the counter my pizzas was done and had been done since I got in line. The pizzas were cold. The wings and fries were not, as I had to wait for them once I told her my name, but the pizzas she grabbed off the shelf. They were boxes I saw them continually checking when they were looking for orders. They weren't calling out names for people's orders that were done, someone came through the line took our names, but of the many in line only called out two. Like I said in the beginning they need to figure out a better system for these busy nights. They should have been calling out names of all the people's who's orders were done and sitting on the shelf. Or send text once order was done. Instead of just going through the line they were waiting for each person at the counters order to be finished. There were a lot of people in line and most there orders were already done. Pizza is so good. I love the pizza at pizza plus. However for the buffet is very slow. There are 21 people here and more coming in for the buffet. Since I got here at 11:20 they have put out 2 pizzas in 1 hour. Then as it got even busier the buffet was empty. It's Halloween and nv day. Kids off school. It has been empty for 20 min. 10 min later With 21 people waiting they bring out one pizza. Fries are empty. salad bar looks great! Chicken needs to be filled. Other than being slow with putting food on the bar, this place is clean and food tastes good. Hot and fresh. I still recommend this place for good pizza! I have not ordered from this store in 5 or more years due to the terrible customer service we received several years ago. We decided to give it a go because we were craving great fries and wings, and we remember the food being good. As I was placing the order, it stated the food would be delivered around 545 and when I hit order, it said the order would be delayed and would be delivered around 6:15. Our food was not delivered until 6:35 PM and we received no email, text, or phone notification about our order being delayed. Every single time I go to this location, my order is incorrect. I have complained numerous times and this point its not even worth ordering from here anymore, or any other pizza place locations (because they all seem to have the same issue). The food is way overpriced. My wings and pizza never come out at the same time, so one is always colder than the other. And when Im standing in line or in the lobby, I always see the employees standing in the back messing around. The bathrooms are always filthy. I dined in for their lunch buffet today with a friend. Hours are 11 am - 1:30 pm Wednesday through Friday only. I'm glad they brought this back after covid. They offered a variety of fresh pizzas, boneless wings, steak fries, and their salad bar and a drink. You can't beat this deal. The young man working at the counter was very friendly and helpful. There was only one other patron at the time. Big tables/booths are great for entertaining or watching a game. I am unsure of the visits we have had here after sports seasons ended with the kids. I'm sorry, coach, if you're reading this, but Pizza Plus is a guilty pleasure of mine. I've always had great service here over the years. My kids' birthday parties, family parties, baby showers, and of course, our Super Bowl parties, you name it; we've catered their Extreme party packs in addition to whatever else we were serving. I have had their delivery driver who I think is named Jonathon, deliver to me like probably 20 times. He is always the most amazing person to deal with. Super friendly, never makes mistakes at all which I would understand if he did but he doesn't. But tonight was a whole other thing. Tonight this man waited while it is like 10 degrees outside for me to get home rather than leave my dinner on the porch like I had put on the online order was fine to do. What was once our go to pizza joint, they have slipped greatly. We've been ordering from this location since 2005. It seems like we're being taken for granted. Their times they quote for pick up are off - sometimes having to wait up to 20-30 minutes longer than told - which has resulted in poor quality pizzas, wings, etc. What is very frustrating though is the delivery times quoted. It must be written on the phone "it's going to be an hour & 20 minutes" - middle of the day - hour & 20 min... late evening, same thing... Sunday, Saturday, Tuesday, Friday - you got it "hour & 20 minutes"... any time of day or night, any day - "hour & 20 minutes. On top of that, the quality has dropped - last pizza order was simple - large, thin crust, sausage, pepperoni, black olives - there was no red sauce on the pizza, and portions of the crust were burnt. Thankfully, Sparks is getting more and more pizza parlors, so we'll be trying those out instead. Hopefully they can improve. read more

My husband and I love inexpensive pizza. Little Caesars, Papa John's, Dominos, Pizza Guys: we're here for them all. This Friday, we tried Pizza Plus for the first time together, and it was quickly made and super tasty. What distinguishes this chain is that you can get pizza... plus... a whole bunch of other things, like wings, chicken strips, and steak fries. For $36 (including sales tax), we ordered "Web Coupon #2", which consisted of a large pizza with two toppings, 25 wings, 8 thick chicken strips, a pizza box full of steak fries, and a contained with carrots and celery and bowls of ranch dressing. It was a feast, and everything was delicious. Only being two people, we made just a small dent in the food for dinner. The chicken and fries were delicious as Saturday and Sunday lunches after we reheated them in the toaster oven. Pizza Plus is doing a great job with safety measures in response to the pandemic, including revamping their website artwork to put a mask on their pizza mascot. Picking up the pizza in store was quick and easy. We will surely be back next time we want to eat pizza plus a whole bunch of other snacky, fried foods. My only note of caution: my black-olive-loving husband found the black olives on the pizza to be a bit overwhelming. Next time I call it in, I'll say easy on the olives. read more

I love Pizza Plus. We usually don't eat at this location but my wife's softball team is having an end of season get together over here. The food is fantastic as always. We ordered combo #2 which includes a large 2-topping pizza, half bucket of garlic Parmesan wings with the traditional carrots, celery, and steak fries. We also ordered a small gourmet veggie pizza. I could have finished all of the food if I didn't have to keep telling myself not to become a glutton! So even after all of the good food, why a 1 star rating, you ask? Originally I wasn't going to include this in the review, but it happened twice on the same visit. I needed to use the restroom but somebody was in it, so I waited. An employee came out and went back to the kitchen. I did my thing and started washing my hands. As soon as I went to get soap, the dispenser was empty. It was so empty that not even a drop came out. I thought to myself "Hmmmm, that's kinda gross" and wanted to tell a person in charge. I wasn't able to talk to somebody without having to cause a scene, so I mistakenly brush it off. It's been over an hour now and I wanted to wash my chicken wing sauce fingers off, but again, the restroom was occupied. I waited almost 7 minutes until they finally came out, so I know they did their doodie, I mean duty. Again, it ended up being an employee. I went in as fast as I could to see if anybody even refilled the soap dispenser but it was still empty. I did a quick rinse and went out immediately to see if that employee went to the sink that they had in the back, but he never went. When I went to get a to-go box, I mentioned that there was no soap in the mens room....... It's been 20 minutes since I've told the employee that there was no room and guess what???? My family has been eating Pizza Plus for at least 25 years. Through the years the service and quality have gone up and down but when they get it right it can be really good. My family used to do a lot of to go orders but they would say a time and then we'd go try to pick it up and it would never be ready. It would be double what they said it would be. So we stopped doing pick up orders and would just go in to eat. Even then usually they would wait on the wings to bring it out and our pizza would not be the warmest but we still would be ok. Fast forward to yesterday and my family went in at 4:00, the guy at the register said it would be about 15 mins. There was only one other table with 5 people at it. As we were waiting I only saw two take out orders come and go. We waited for 50 mins before our food came out, when they gave us the pizza, just by looking at it you could tell it had been sitting there forever and it was barely warm. We thought, ok the wings and fries will be hot since that's what they must have been waiting on. They bring it out and they are both barely warm also! My husband, who never complains went up and told them that even though we were told 15 minutes we didn't mind waiting because we thought the food would be hot, but receiving cold food after all that time, we just wanted our money back and that they can keep the cold food. The manager (black shirt) apologized and gave us our money back but we will never go here again. The world is crazy right now and it's easy to get frustrated at the people who have zero control over the circumstances. Tonight we went to Pizza Plus as a family. It was frustrating to not be able to have a draught beer, no water with ice, only bottled and canned drinks. Our food came out promptly in timing that was less than anticipated.
