    Dairy-Free Gluten free crust pizza

I called to place a to-go order at 1pm on Saturday. They literally refused my order. It would've been about $40-$50. Thankfully Dominos didn't refuse my order. For context: I called to place a an order to-go. I was put on a brief hold. The girl then came back and said, "my manager said we are not taking any orders for at least another hour."

Let me start by saying that we used to love pizza ranch and we have been to this location four times total. We also stop at the pizza ranch in Portage and Baraboo. The last time we stopped at a pizza ranch we felt that the cleanliness and quality was lower than we had experienced in the past. Today, we thought we would give it another try, maybe last time was just a fluke? Well this time I can tell you we do not plan on returning. This place is so dirty that even the wall decorations in the washroom are covered in dust! Tables are dirty, food empty, and overall demeanor of employees leaves a lot to be desired! Pizza Ranch if you are reading this, clean up your act, you used to have a good thing going!

Their cactus bread is to die for and we love the atmosphere, especially since we have a big family!

I ordered a beer at the bar with the friendly bartender while I perused the menu at a table. I decided on their traditional bone in wings, 12 for $16.49, split between their applewood dry rub and their honey bbq dry rub. At over $1.37 per wing, I had high hopes these pricey wings would be worth the cost. And then this is where things went quickly downhill. The kitchen in this bar is small and they do orders one at a time, no batches. I had no idea that when I ordered there were multiple large carry out/door dash orders ahead of me, which meant I had to wait over an hour for my order of wings. Thankfully I had time to waste while watching the game, but no order of wings should take that long, especially without being told about the extraordinarily long wait when I ordered. I will say, once my order arrived, they redeemed theirselves. The wings were large, perfectly fried (tender, juicy and not one bit over cooked) and they were tossed evenly in the flavorful and unique dry rubs. Absolutely no complaints, just pure satisfaction. Okay, okay, they are still pricey, but if it wasn't for that long wait I wouldn't have been bothered by the final check. Station 20, please work on those wait times or find a way to handle in-store orders separately from your door dashers. Solve that issue and you would one of my top wing destinations.

Everything was greasy goodness and made to perfection. Also, I LOVED that the bloodies came with olives stuffed with little pickles. Our server was also the bartender and she was extremely attentive, friendly, and quick. Also, the atmosphere was what you'd expect from a good dive. I'll be back!

My in-laws found a good spot slightly outside of the main strip for us to go to. Great outdoor seating in the front and the back, with plenty of indoor seating (and a touch tunes). They had a father's day deal too which got the FIL a free beer (went with a soda) and half off his entree. I got their fan favorite smash burger (smash) and some house made chips. Tasty meal and even had enough for leftovers that were just as good the next day.

Security team was absolutely horrible to one of my friends here. They were absolutely disrespectful and almost put hands on one of my friends. We were only here for a drink or two. The security team let us in and checked all of our IDs. Yes our friend was only 20 but he let him in anyways. He was not drinking he was in a corner and after 20 minutes he decided to get up and scream at him and demanded to see his idea again thinking that we provided a fake ID for him of some sort. We're all old in our early forties. This is on him not us. The team here was nice but this was a terrible representation for our experience. We were really upset about it and we never bothered checking out the other places that we wanted to check out. Instead we just hung out and went back to our hotel , bought drinks and had fun when we could have probably had it at the bar with one person being sober who never planned on drinking anyways. An apology could have gone a long way and been more personable than taking matters into your own hands

While the interior didn't scream cleanliness, I liked the open layout and pictures of their signature menu items up on the walls. The staff was patient with me as I looked over their menu as a Culver's first timer. We went with their grilled chicken sandwich, butter burger with cheese, onion rings, fries, and a concrete mixer (custard plus mix-ins). The food, while freshly prepared, was of quite unremarkable fast food quality, but did the job of filling us up. The onion rings in particular were over salted which made them a little unappetizing. I had heard great things about their custard, so was excited to try out their Oreo concrete mixer, but it was similar in taste and consistency to a McFlurry at McDonald's (perhaps I should have stuck with plain vanilla custard). The food was quite overpriced as all fast food is these days. While I'm happy to have had my first Culver's visit and wouldn't object to visiting another location in the future, the otherwise average and unmemorable fast food experience won't have me rushing back either.

Ordered the strawberry Fields salad and order dressing for it and never received the dressing! The slowest time during the day and they still managed to screw up my order. They gotta change things or close their doors and that's exactly what I called and told the manager. Apparently he's working in the kitchen instead of managing his team. I understand when you're short to help, but it's uncalled for when there's no quality control or double checking of the orders. I will not patronize that restaurant. I will say Michael at the window did a fantastic job and was very cordial and he was the only positive part of my experience there. Because there were only two cars ahead of me they made me pull into a slot and wait and the guy that brought out the order with part of it missing and it's too late when I gotta drive all the way home and get into my house and see that half my order is missing. I did call and talk to the manager and he said he would make it right however, why should I waste gas driving back for their mistake? No stuff about the food, the salad was good made with Russian ingredients, including the strawberries. Tony problem is is I had to supply my own dressing or drive back and waste gas to get dressing for the salad. The burger was made perfect as usual and as always, Culver's uses fresh ground beef never frozen. That's all I got to say!
