So I received a menu on my door, and was pretty excited about ordering food here since the menu seemed like there were many great items. We placed an order and the deliver time is claimed it would take 40 minutes, and then we get a message stating an hour. Either way we waited, an hour passes by we decide to call. The gentleman informed us it was on its way. We continue to wait, 30 minutes later we call back. Instead of being greeted we get answered " your order is on its way !". At this point we are just hungry and want a refund. He gets an attitude and hangs up on us. Luckily I was finally able to get my refund. Customer service is horrible and wait time for delivery is ridiculous. The menu is in the trash now, and they need to work on how to talk to their customers. Star pizza is a little more of a drive, but they know how to speak to customers. Oh and did I mention the place is only 2 miles away. read more

I ordered from this place awhile back and the pizza was really good the first time. The second time We ordered, It was only alright. We decided to give it a third shot and try something else on the menu besides pizza. We ended up waiting an hour and a half for our order and it was wrong! Two burgers, two fries! I called the store and they said that as soon as the driver came back to the store that they'd send my order again but I was still super frustrated because the wait was excessively long & then the food was wrong. Never again! Ordered pizza and wings at 3:15, the lady was polite and gave me a 45 minute delivery time. Got a call thinking my food was on the way at 4:04 and was told green peppers didn't exist. So, I opted for jalepano peppers on half since the little people were also eating. At 4:45 a knock on the door and the delivery guy was a sweetie and my pizza was undesirable as well as very greasy. Love their pizza So authentic doesn't taste cheap and commercial like Dominos and Pizza Hut. I've ordered from them 3x this week and it never gets old. I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times in the past, and the orders in the past went smoothly. The restaurant is fairly close to where I live, so it offers convenience. Recently, I did an online order with one of their affiliates. They provided a coupon in my last order that offered a discount if I used the restaurants online system to place an order. I did this and everything went smoothly and the food arrived in the anticipated time. The restaurant had made a mistake in my order, and the delivery driver informed me that they had replaced parts of my order with something else from the menu of equal value. I asked if there was a way to refund it since it was not what I had ordered. I was told by the delivery driver that I could call the restaurant to rectify this issue. Assuming this would be an easy situation to resolve, I called the restaurant and told them my issue. I was placed on hold, while I assumed they went to go get the manager. The manager informed me that it was my fault for not picking up the phone when they had called (they had called roughly 20 minutes after I placed my order, at which time I was taking a bath) and that he couldn't give me a refund. Overall this put a bad taste in my mouth and it will keep me from ordering here in the future. I am just glad this wasn't a larger order, because it would of been a mess to not be refunded on a larger amount of food for a group of people. Just beware that if the restaurant delivers the wrong order, they will not refund you. read more

I can honestly say this is my new favorite pizza place. They are generous with their toppings and the crust is just right. My favorites are the Friends and the Roasted Red Pepper & Prosciutto. I gave this one star because the food was at least edible. HOWEVER do not order delivery from here and expect to get your food anywhere near the time you ordered. We had a basic order we placed online, received a confirmation email from Eat24, but after the first hour and half, still no food. Call to confirm and find out whats going on and they tell us "oh its coming, hes driving up to the gate, so sorry for the lateness." Another 30 minutes and still no food. We call again."Yes so terribly sorry, one moment while I call him" and he places me on hold! It is quickly approaching closing time for this place and now we're worried we wont be getting anything. After a few more phone calls and reassurances that the delivery man is coming, he finally tells us "Look he's not answering his phone, I don't know where he is, I am so sorry for this stuff." The delivery is so slow Houston traffic on rush hour moves faster than them if you want your food delivered fast don't order from them plus they don't always get your order right. I order a cheeseburger and didn't get any cheese. I order the Italian cream cake and got an cheesecake which cost a dollar less. If I could give 0 stars I would do so. I will NEVER order from this place and I advise anyone to do the same. I do not understand how this place is still open. I decided to try this place out since I received a menu on my door for delivery. Please keep in mind, this location is less then a 5 minute drive from my house. I placed my order and was assured that in thirty to forty five minutes it would be delivered. After a hour and a half had passed, I decided to give the location a call to figure out where my order was. The man who took my order who I believe is the owner answered and told me very impatiently that he would call the driver. After two tries of not being able to get in touch with the driver he said just wait a little bit longer and that he should be arriving soon. I wasn't reassured like I felt like I needed to be if he couldn't even get a hold of the driver. After five more minutes of waiting, I called again to cancel my order. As I was calling the driver delivered my food and said he was "lost". Again, I live 5 minutes away and the driver gave no apology. I told the owner on the phone that I was very unhappy. Not only was my food COLD, but if the driver was lost I would expect a phone call so I am able to give directions, at least out of customer service courtesy call me to tell me it will be late. The owner gave no apologies and started to argue with me that it wasn't a hour and half and the food was hot. I then told the owner that I need a discount for the inconvenience and he said no while raising his voice. I told him once again how long I waited and that again the food was cold. Out of customer service in the food industry, I should not only be given an apology but be treated with respect. I finally stopped the man from yelling and told him I would be giving my bank a call tomorrow to dispute the payment because I wouldn't be paying for this. He then stated he would call the cops on me immediately and it would be resolved. I then told him that I would not tolerate that kind of treatment and would do the same out of my own safety. The man then stated "You're threatening me? Then I threaten you! If you have the f**king balls to call the cops on me then I will call the cops on you as well. I then felt extremely threatened because this man is angry and has my address. I finally was able to get a word in and said I will never order from this place again and also make sure my complex knows of this matter as well so no other tenant will feel unsafe or threatened and I hung up. Please keep in mind that I was not looking for a free meal but to just have customer service that I feel like I deserved. I called to place a credit card order for my boyfriend and his client who was working. After being grilled about my identity, the man on the phone told me "whats the billing address, i ASSUME its not the same on this card. Because this credit card can be stolen, I not only need your name but I also need the name of the person on the card for their protection and yours." WTF why would i send someone to MY apt if i stole a credit card?! I told them that the credit card holder was here and just gave me the card to place the order since he was working. He then said the driver would have to scan the card upon delivery and I would have to prove who i was. Kind of peeved, I placed the order anyway. 10 mins after I got off the phone with them, I got a call back from them and he said "Ms. Amber, I called American Express and they couldn't authorize a signature so you will have place the order online." Asif the owner I recorded our exchange tonight from the beginning, I ordered online (EATYELPAppp) two nights ago the order arrived in 45min & my family did not like the wings at all, so I called back the night of at 1115..., & was told that on my next orders mention Asif to get my wings corrected.... i stopped by to place my order two days later today & recorded the exchange & I was told I quote from Asif "I told you on the phone your next order I would give you the wings" I said I was there for my order he replied "online order not here & I must order more". I said no problem but my kids don't eat this "he began to tell me how every place makes spices wings by mixing buffalo sauce in them". I told him again just like on the phone from the night of my order that my kids do not like the flavor. He said " he was not in the business of losing money & that if I didn't have the wing he would not replace them" I said ok then he changed his mind & told me "he's not worried about the wings but emphasized that he told me online order. From here I would have been fine not taking the wings, but he smirked at me as tho he doubted my story, so I drove to my house in the rain to bring back the wings that were still in my fridge. Once I returned & presented the old wings to his surprise he began to generalize me as a customer hopefully & not my skin color as if came across I quote " that if 10 of You come here asking for a refund what am I suppose to do?" He said 10 of me!? So I proceed to tell him the name of my business which is located in Katy Texas (Acres from Seven Lakes high), & that as a small business owner the customer service thing to do would be stuck by your word,,, he just reemphasized that he told me when I placed an order he would comp me for the wings,, I abruptly gave him the replacement wings which weren't the same as the ones I ordered & let him know I own a home in the neighborhood outright & the price, & that he could keep his wings & lose a customer he smirked at me again in disbelief,,,, Asif feel free to look my home up its all public information. He let me know the driver called and told him I said it was cold but said because I didn't give it to her at the time I would have to drive it up to the restaurant myself in order to receive a refund. I just don't know what to say about this pizza (Supreme) that I just ordered from this place. But I start by saying that their thin crust is PAPER thin! The dough itself isnt that good either. Now to the toppings. When I order any kind of vegetable on pizza I expect it to be slightly cooked and not straight from the refrigerator onto the finished pizza! Think of it as Whataburger's cold extra's (Lettuce, Tomato, etc) on top of your pizza. Lastly the sauce was so bland. I am also a Groupon user, I tried XTudo, and Calabresa pizza. I was very happy with the food and customer service. Girl who took care of my order was pleasant. Over the phone she was nice enough to explain the deal no drinks included, balance $4.80 gave me 15min, when we arrived we noticed the place was small but quickly realized the cozy ambience and excellent customer service is what makes this place so special.
