We have loved Pizza Shack every time we've had it... Even when delivery took well over an hour and service inside was not the best. We have been able to overlook these issues because the people were generally nice and the food was good. After placing an order for pickup at 6 PM on a Tuesday (when there is maybe 3 tables filled inside) my husband paid for our order and waited. And waited. For 2 calzones... Someone finally came out and told him that they had forgotten to make our order! Which would have been annoying but could be forgiven with good customer service. Instead he was told he could get a refund or waiting an additional 20 minutes... This was 1 hour after we had called in our order! No apology, no offer to make it right! I want to vote ZERO stars. You lost me immediately when I tried to place a phone order for pizza and learned its your POLICY to not cut pizzas in square slices. POLICY??? This makes absolutely NO SENSE and we will never EVER spend a dime in your restaurant. Stupidest thing I have ever heard. How hard is it to cut in squares instead of triangles???? I've got to be honest. We've been there twice recently and it was not great either time. I have lots of friends and neighbors that used to swear by this place that have since moved on to other places nearby. I know why now. First, the pizza is pretty good. Not super, but pretty good. It goes down hill from there. The garlic rolls are Hawaiian bread rolls with only the slightest hint of garlic. They're just plain bad. And the wings....well. I've seen many, "these are the best wings ever" posts (or similar) on here. Clearly, employees or friends of the owners are writing these. We ordered boneless wings during our last meal and they look like individual chicken nugget rolls with sauce (similar to frozen pizza rolls). It was actually quite funny when they came out. I couldn't evening tell they were wings. It's a shame because the place is close by, but the food is sub-par, the service is iffy, and atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. *updated* We ordered from Pizza Shack for the first time on a Tuesday night which shouldn't be too busy. After ordering we were told it would be 45min to an hour which already seemed a bit long however we wanted to try a new place. After 1:15 the driver showed up and let me know that they were busy with deliveries and somehow managed to burn the crust of one of our pizzas. He was nice and offered to go get a new one however we didn't have another 1:15 to wait! I went ahead and paid, left a tip and took the pizza. Upon opening the pizzas, one was room temperature and the burnt one still had a little warmth in the center. The pizza would have been good when hot and this whole experience has been very disappointing. Updated... Owner contacted me to discuss my bad experience and offered to make this right and I appreciate that. We will give them another try and see. In the interim I changed my review based on the excellent follow up concern. read more

Ordered a large half cheese and half sausage and peppers for pick up. When we arrived we were given a half cheese (very little cheese)with ground hamburger and peppers. Told that we could make you the correct pizza but take about another 25 mins to make & a shrug. Won't be going back :( read more

Moved to the area recently and had read a lot (good & bad) about the Pizza Shack on local HOA social sites. We do our best to stay away from the "corporate food culture" and wanted to try to this local & privately owned establishment. First thing I'll say is this, "My family & I will be back"! We were politely greeted at the door, promptly seated while helping with the kids and the server informed us that it was Kids Night so my oldest (2.5 yrs old) was able to make her own pizza at the table. How cool is that! Pizza is far from standard and focuses more on the non traditional which is a good change. Pizza (Chicken, Bacon, Ranch called Home) was great! We also tried two different style wings ... crinkle cut fries and cold beer. All tasty! Obviously kid friendly but with the amount of tv's on the walls I can also see myself sitting at the bar pouring back a few there too. So, don't believe what I say or others ... go check them out for yourself. I hope you have the same experience we did. read more

Bad service, long wait and freezing cold pizza! After waiting over an hour, our pizza appeared like it was made in the first 15 minutes of our arrival. Cold and cardboard flavored with some assorted meat and no longer melted cheese. Visited multiple times and service is always a crap shoot. No more chances Pizza Shack... I think we're better off with DiGirono and so would everyone else. read more

We've ordered from Pizza Shack four times now, and it's very hit or miss. When it's good, it's delicious! Really, great pizza, great staff, everybody happy. They use cute little pepperonis and we especially enjoy the everything but the kitchen sink pizza. When it's a miss, it's disappointing - our pizza was underdone and the other food just seemed so-so as well, not nearly as good as the two times it was great. read more

Place looked really cool from the outside. Decided to go there for a work outing with my colleagues. Shortly found that the service was terrible. Forget about trying to order ANY alcohol they will try and go through 7 different security clearances to do so... This place is mediocre at best. read more

Amazing food!! Started with a little caesar salad, portion size good enough for 2 people to share. Followed by the cheesy bread, which was ok, not crispy, not warm, and very buttery but I honestly don't care, because my main entree was seriously mind blowing!! I tried the Hawaiian pizza roll, recommended to me by our server, Samantha. And that girl never told no lie..... I'm shook!!!!! It is the best pizza twist I've ever tasted in my long line of pizza inventions. It's rolled perfectly and had just enough filling. Worst pizza place ever! The service is slow and rude. When we sat down no one waited on us after 15 I asked and the girl sad really sassy I guess I can take your order. When I got my pizza it wasn't what I ordered I asked for buffalo sauce as a base and got bbq when I told the server she rolled her eyes and asked me what I wanted her to do about it she didn't cook it. So I said you know what don't bother I'll just eat it. I also never got a drink refill the entire time I was there and there was only two other parties there and a couple of people at the bar. We the server brought me my bill she rudely informed me how much a 20% tip would be. I couldn't believe that. Don't waste your time or money here. I went for lunch today. Server was nice but seemed to be a little overwhelmed. My water sat empty for the entire time I was eating. Several other servers walked by and saw my empty cup, but nobody offered to help. I got my daughter boneless wings and they were processed chicken. I had pizza rolls with spinach and pepperoni which were very good. Overall, I left feeling disappointed. I don't think I will go back. read more

Stopped in for the wifi. Ordered off the lunch menu. Had the philly wrap. Impressed that I could have a spinach wrap. Came with sweet potatoes fries which were delicious. Would have love to try this place for the first time tonight but we were denied. With only half the tables occupied we were told the wait would be 20 minutes. When I looked around noticing the place was hardly busy, I asked the hostess what gives and she said "my boss told me to express a 20 minute wait because the kitchen was behind". Thank goodness the restaurant wasn't full or they would be taking reservations. Looks like a nice place but first impressions are lasting. So we left and went to Sal's Pizza down the street. This pizza was delicious. I had a white pizza with spinach and mushrooms. The crust was perfectly crispy with and awesome flavor... It was gone before I even thought to post a pic for you all! My friends had the wings that come with tater tots... And for one order the send what felt like an entire bag of tots, I recommend sharing rather than getting multiple orders. We ordered 75 wings for delivery of different flavors and were delivered the wrong wings and the wrong qty. when we called to get a resolution they said they would be happy to deliver the rest in a an hour or more so they came and asked for the wings they delivered back for proof after they had been in my home she was going to take them back to the store and show the manager. Best Pizza place around IMO. I have had 2 different styles of pizza and their wings. All good, the people I have been with like this place a lot as well. Best pizza: Buffalo (add a few veggies) Best wings: Teriyaki They deliver to homes and the Seven Hills Pool area. The prices are competitive considering these don't come from a "pizza factory." They are also always running specials. The service is good so far and the place has a good atmosphere. With all that, I am giving this a 5 star for 1st couple of impressions. I ordered a pineapple pizza, and it seems like they didnt take my order seriously. I finally got it, 45 minutes later, and it was the worst pizza i had ever had. i took one bite, spit it out (extremely rare for me to do) and asked for a refund, they told me they would not refund my money because i had already taken a bite. one bite. If you like roller coasters, you'll love this place; it's full of ups and downs. They're never consistent, I fell for it again and took a chance. It took forever for the food, and the service....I just can't. I felt sorry for a few of the waiters and waitresses, they wer at least, but they didn't have the support from the kitchen. If I could leave less than one star, I would. The food was not as great as past experiences. Not coming back. Lesson learned. read more

There pepperoni on there pizza is quite spicy so watch out mild lovers and also there pizza tends to be a little more greasy then other places. Garlic knots dont have enough flavor and chicken wings are always overcook and flavors for the wings are not that great. You probably be better off just getting them plain. But they do have great service and the Ranch there is awesome. read more
