Anyone from Philadelphia knows the roll makes the sandwich and this roll was not it. On top of that, the size of the sub for the money was underwhelming and the fries, not that great either. Also, no diet drinks. I split the sub with my wife who was equally unsatisfied with it. I was still hungry so we drove down the road and got another cheese steak at American Deli which was also average but at least it was ~40% less.

I always give them a 5 star. Even when I have a bad experience, I let someone know and my problem is addressed.

everytime we go here check in is on the opposite entrance. They shut the left side down when it's slow , but never put signage to direct you . Today we go in the main bar side at least 6 tables empty. No one comes up to us so we go up to the bar and the lady says we need to check with the hostess on the other side that is normally closed down . The young lady that was serving as hostess clearly had no idea what she was doing . we asked about all the empty tables and she replied that we have a waiting period. Then she grabs a spray bottle and rag snd goes to clean some tables with at least six empty tables and 5 empty bar seats . After waiting over the time that she said we would have to wait we just left . Don't bother with this one ! read more

I would love to go back to hang out at the bar and have a beer with my pizza. It had a great home town feel. I've been wanting to try Generations for a while and I am glad I finally made it in.
