The food here is delicious! Last time I came in I had a bad experience with customer service, but not the food. I decided to stop in again tonight because it's the closest thing to my house that serves chicken fettuccine. I had a very pleasant customer service experience with a woman I had never seen there before. My food was ready fast, she made good conversation, and she was just the sweetest little lady I ever met. I left feeling better because of my experience. It was also my first time trying their fettuccine and it was delicious! !! I also had a salad with ranch. This place gets 2 stars because the pasta dishes my mom and I ordered were very tasty. However there were several negatives When we came in the sign for buffet was $7.99 and since this was our first trip on a Wednesday all the guys decided to go with the buffet. "Pizza, salad, and pasta" 1) The pizza at the buffet wasn't really that good. The birthday boy went back for more salad instead of pizza because the crust was too hard to chew. 2) The waitress came by one time to see if I wanted another glass of wine. Then didn't come back until it was time for the check. I guess they avoided the free refills on the drinks for everyone at my table by not coming by. 3) Never saw any pasta. When my father asked about it as he got the bill, he was told he had to request the pasta. Not sure how he could have done so with an absent waitress. Would have been nice if someone had told us. 4) The buffet was $9.99 for dinner and $7.99 for lunch. They forgot to change the sign but didn't forget to charge the dinner prices. Another thing that would have been nice to know before the bill showed up. My dad said he would have ordered pasta instead of the buffet, but liked the cost of the buffet at $7.99. (he came for pasta) 5) My dad went up and asked about the unexpected difference in cost and was shrugged off while the waitress watched. Not sure what they said to him, but he was pretty pissed when he came back. 6) I paid for my wine separately and when I asked the cashier if our waitress was new because we go such bad service I was interrupted so the guy could complain about the "other customer" who wasn't happy about not being told about the pasta either. I have ordered take out from this place 3 times. All 3 times the person on the phone was very RUDE and acted like I was bothering them by calling. When I've gone to pick up the food, there is no greeting, just "name? The total is $$$". They shoved the food at me with no "thank you, come again" , nothing! Again, like I was bothering them by coming in and spending $60 EACH time. Last night was by far the worst! After having the experience described above, I walked out and checked my order in my car. One of my salads was left out so I went back in to get it. I told the girl at the register. She didn't say a word, just called a guy over and pointed at me. I told him about the salad. He was the one who packed my order, so he wrinkled his nose at me, looked back at my ticket, walked off, got my salad, handed it to me and walked off again, all with the wrinkled nose, snarl. There was no "I'm sorry. " "Here ya go", again NOTHING!! My order was $55 and I even left a tip for them just to pack up my food. This was the third strike!!! We work too hard for our money to give it to an establishment that cannot even have a pleasant attitude at the most important place in the building... the CASH REGISTER!!!! Good food at a reasonable price. We are just visiting the area but hope to get back in to try their pizza and pasta which looked very good as we checked out the other diner's choices. Meal was not overly salty as is usual in restaurant food. Bread sticks had hearty texture but not so great that you were tempted to fill up on them. Potatoes were fluffier than I like but they did seem to be real potatoes and the green beans were not from a can. Chicken fried steak was tender and traditionally battered and deep fried with creamy gravy served on the side. It has slid down hill so fast even the Owner/Manager are surprised.Phone orders are constantly wrong, but they always have the time to redo it ( if you have 25 more minutes to sit around ). As a Retired U.S.Marine Sgt.Major, my wife and I sponsored the U.S.Marine Silent Drill Team between flights, during their layover. We had a large order true but they said they could handle it.Wrong. Under done pizza dough ( Well, you ordered alot of Pizzas Sir ! ), missing items and an overall "Sorry bout that" attitude. No offer to make things right, no price adjustment, nothing. Stopped in for lunch with my daughters. Our food took over 30 minutes to arrive at the table. Ordered a personal margharita pizza it was burned and hard as a rock. I've made better frozen pizzas. Every time I come to town to visit my parents, this place along with my favorite tex mex is on the list to eat at. The pizza is excellent! Perfect sauce and perfect crust! Love love! Their house ranch dressing is awesome too. Today we had appetizers as well and we always get the fried mushrooms which are standard but good but we also got the Parmesan poppers which is a delectable blend of shrimp, jalapeños & cream cheese that is lightly breaded and fried.
