Opened it up and it was burnt, and it was strange, because it wasn't burnt evenly. I didn't even ask for it crispy like I normally do. I called Grand and our waitress answered. I explained the issue and the first thing she said was "did you eat it", I said "no". she gave me her cell number to send pictures of the burnt pie. I sent them to her and did not get a reply. Half hour went by, so I texted her "sooooo". No reply. I told my husband to swing by Grand because I was headed out of town the very next morning. He didn't have the chance. So while out of town, I called two weeks later and said "Hey, I never heard back from you about the burnt pizza". The first person handed the phone to another person that said "We can't help you when it was 2 weeks ago". I said "Well, I texted the person that waited on us and I did not hear a reply. Whose number is 860.....?" She said she had to check. Next person to pick up the phone tells me that the manager remembers the pictures and said that it wasn't "THAT" burnt! Lololol. Seriously, whats a large pizza cost to make with some veggies and 1/2 sausage? Let me tell you, far less than what we pay for one.
