Called to ask some questions about their menu and Tony was amazing and so personable on the phone. He was so ready to please us with our order and accommodate us in any way. We ordered a large Caprese pizza, 2 orders of garlic parmesan wings and a Cesar salad. We asked that the wings be well done and finally someone knows what that means. They were just perfect! Been here twice. Crust is on point!! Cheese was killer the first time. We had a meatball and mushroom this time. All I can say is freaking Canned Mushrooms!!!!?? Cmon. Yall are way better than that. Canned mushrooms change the entire flavor and Texture of the pizza. It was soggy and mushy.. To the point you had to eat it with a fork and knife.. . The sauce even tasted different. We ate here twice a few days apart. We all loved it the first time with good food and good service. But the repeat visit was sad. We a cranky waitress that seemed to resent us being there at all! The restaurant was not busy either time and the food was good both times. It all came down to a server that was rude and almost hostile. This was the worst experience. The customer service is horrible. I phoned in an order and when I came to the store they acknowledged me and kept working I waited 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I went up to them and asked him if my order was ready. And then they said they hadn't even started the order yet. I waited an additional half hour and they continued to ignore me like I wasn't even there. After 45 minutes I just left I was just so angry frustrated and humiliated by the customer service I would not recommend going to this restaurant ever ever again read more

Ordered food 2 hrs ago. Told it was on its way twice. Never came. Was hoping for a good experience but it was not. Unsure who's to blame. Yelp/Grubhub said it was restaurant when I called them. Restaurant said they never got an order even though I have a confirmation email saying that the restaurant confirmed the order. If I could leave zero stars, I would. We and several other tables waited for thirty minutes and never got our drinks. Then after complaining, the waiter came back out and lost our order and had to take it again. We then waited another 20 minutes before 3 of the 4 drinks arrived. I really like this place. Came here on Sunday evening about 20 min before closing. This place is a must come to if you live or visit Cocoa Beach. This place is located in a small shopping center on N Atlantic Ave just 2 blocks from our time share. Our waitress Amanda was amazing she was very attentive without being overly attentive not sure if that makes sense lol. Anyways she made sure we had everything we needed and our drinks were always filled. She also kept us updated on our dishes which was greatly appreciated. We ordered a personal size pizza & a chicken parmigiana dinner. The chicken parmigiana dinner was huge it came also with delicious fresh garlic bread and your choice of salad. Thank god we had initially decided to split it this dish. It came with 2 full chicken breast and pasta , it was all so delicious. The ingredients are top quality. The pizza was crispy and the pizza sauce was delicious. This restaurant is super cute inside. They have a cute bar area and plenty of seating. We tried this place for the first time tonight. We went simple - a 16 inch pepperoni pizza and a large house salad to split. The salad came first, and was large enough to split between my wife, my son and I. It was very fresh, and the ranch was very tasty. The pizza came, and we dug in. The crust is just right on the crispness, and the cheese and pepperonis were very fresh. However, the star of the slice is the sauce. It is rich and tomatoey, with a hint of spiciness that isnt hot. Very good and hopefully i can get aomw on the side for dipping crust in next time. Service was outstanding. Our waitress Lori (hope i spelled it right) was fast and friendly not just to us but our kid. I highly recommend you try it here. read more

This place is Awesome!!!!! To start with, the staff is truly exceptional, friendly and the minute you walk in they great you with an enthusiastic Hello! We ordered takeout, with a dozen garlic knots and two eggplant parmigiana subs. As a self proclaimed Eggplant Parmigiana sub connoisseur I have to say it was really good. The bread was fresh, crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. The eggplant was well seasoned and breaded/fried to perfection. The sauce was also tasty and complimented the sub well. A little heavy handed with cheese, but not overwhelming. What truly blew us away were the garlic knots. Probably the best garlic knots I have ever eaten. Perfectly seasoned with salt and garlic, marinated in butter, crispy on the bottom and chewy on top. It was packaged in aluminum foil so that they were warm and just sitting in a pool of garlic buttery goodness. Overall, the food was excellent, service was personable and we can't wait to go back to try other items here. If you in the Cocoa Beach area and like authentic Italian food, this place is a destination spot!! read more

We stopped at this little pizza place on our way out to go back home. It was some of the best pizza we've ever had. We love NY style pizza and this place has it. We ordered a large cheese pizza with half being Hawaiian. It was sooooo delicious. Crispy crust, not a ton of oil dripping, and fresh ingredients. Oh and did I mention their sauce! Wow! Very balanced and very fresh. You can always tell fresh sauce by its color and this was very red. The garlic rolls are delicious, but you will fill up on them if you're not careful. Meh! Nothing special here, pizza is somewhat void of taste unless you sprinkle some oregano and red-pepper flakes on it. They should re-visit the music selection - as the whole time, a Billy Joel CD was playing - got a little old. Great local restaurant, reasonably priced. Don't let the strip mall fool you, run inside to dine at this local gem. Calamari appetizer was light and crispy, way more than two people could eat. My dinner campion had the Chicken Siciliana and could not stop saying how good it was. He likes to eat and he could not come close to finishing his entree. I had the Chicken Scarpariello which was wonderfully balanced with Chicken and a Sausage that had the smallest hint of spice and a lemon wine sauce, extremely generous portion. One elderly couple (obviously regulars) came in and the entire staff greeted them. Even the cooks came out to say hi. Food was good. Not one complaint. Wings were good. Sub I ordered was awful. I ordered the Italian and they put 1 piece each of the meat and cheese on it. I asked for oil and vinegar and got some concoction in a cup of oil, spices, roasted peppers and maybe some vinegar. To top it off, they cut the bread from the top to the bottom which made it impossible to eat the sandwich. I don't know if they think it's cute to slice the bread that way, but it's really impractical. AND the bread was terrible. But it's Florida and all the bread is terrible here. read more

Originally it a 2 star review, but when I asked about the status of the order after waiting for fifty minutes, we found out they hadn't even started on the order. So we decided to cancel the order, manager was just as rude as the the person who took the order. Maybe the pizza is good, I'll never know. Bad service, bad attitude, and dirty plate. When I walked in I could hear the staff (manager?) talking loudly and bad-mouthing another employee regarding soup. Sheesh, Keep it to yourself or discuss it in private. While waiting for my food, I saw debris on the extra plate. I picked it up and blew off the dust. On the underside of the plate was pizza sauce and cheese. The plate was dirty! It clearly wasn't washed. I showed it to the waiter and he said "Oh, that's not good" with no apologies. Gross. While waiting for my lunch special (half a meatball sub, cheese slice, and salad) I sat waiting for my drink. I didn't get my drink until I was half finished with the salad. The salad had many pieces of old wilted mixed greens lettuce. Only a quarter of a tomato, nothing else. Pizza and sub were not hot. I had to get up and go to the counter to get a refill on my soda. I received a garlic roll after all my food was eaten. I'll never go back. This place has gone downhill. Don't waste your time because there are better pizza places nearby. read more

ATTENTION 11/23/2021 @ 6pm. Customer service was very poor and unprofessional! The girl answers the phone rudely saying, pick up or delivery? Without addressing the name of the pizzeria. I was placing an order for delivery. In NJ or certain states when ordering a sicilian, thin crust is optional. I simply asked if they have a thin crust sicilian and the girl that answered moved away from the phone mumbled under her breathe and I assumed then they didn't. She comes back on the line and said "NO, they come round" impolitely and hung up the phone. I called back and the girl picks up and hangs up. I called back again thinking it was issues with the phone line, but unfortunately she see's the same number calling and continues to not take the call. Why work if you're that slothful to take an order and behave incompetent? No matter where you work at majority of our population consist customer service. It's the face and a huge impact for the business. I don't care how great the food is. It's meaningless with no customer service etiquette. I will highly not recommend PizzaVola on N.
