    Margherita pizza. Yum

This pizza place is inside the Dark Sky Brewery. You have to order your drinks and food from separate people. I did the reviews separately as well They have a few special pizzas or you can create your own. Limited menu but enough stuff to satisfy everyone We ordered the burrata and prosciutto plate for a starter and I got the pepperoni pizza while the wife got the margherita pizza. App was very good, pile of prosciutto with a ball of creamy cheese. Pizzas came out quick, was amazed at how fast they were out, we had barely touched the appetizer. Both pizzas were really good. I plowed through mine in no time and ate the last piece of my wife's! Could have been cooked a minute or so longer to crisp up the crust but otherwise were really good For dessert we got the gelato, I had strawberry and the wife had sea salt chocolate. Both were good but wife was blown away but how good the sea salt was! Loved it, service was good, friendly and always checking in Seats weren't great, metal stools at high top tables, found them to be really uncomfortable. Guess they don't want you staying long! Really enjoyed it and would definitely go back

Pizza is fantastic! I split the funghi pizza with my sister - definitely a splittable portion. We also split a beer flight! My favorite was the cream ale. I thought it was going to be like a Guinness (which I don't usually like) but this one was light and refreshing! My sister loves sour ales and really enjoyed the lemonade stand one. The service is decent, it's very busy and kinda loud so it's not super service-forward. The environment is what you would expect for a brewery however I will say it gets VERY hot with the pizza oven in there and an outside temp over 80 degrees. We were all sweating a little so that was less than ideal. But overall I would go back, just maybe in a cooler month!

Giving this a 5 for FLAVOR let's talk about food shall we Pizza has almost been ruined for me because I've had the most delicious fired pie in Italy As a result a return to the states has left my pizza palate a little flat and then came along this place We ordered the DIAVOLA A bit bold for someone who is terrified of spice but the crisp chili, soothing sweetness of honey, and light crispy brick crust was a surprising delight I don't know what I was expecting nor did I ever think I'd find it in Flagstaff but this spot is so good I can't wait to take my friend who is from Italy there for the experience The venue is small so if you're a large party you may need to split up. I love that they have a community table. The pleasure of eating delicious pizza amongst smiling strangers was refreshing. They do offer some outside seating but again keep in mind this venue is small I did see a lot of people ordering their gelato flight and they all seemed pretty happy with their selections Highly recommend the DIAVALO even if you're afraid of spicy foods you won't be disappointed

We stopped by Dark Sky Brewing co. and found Pizzilcetta. Courtney was our amazing server, quite kind and professional. We ordered one of their famous pizza pies while enjoying beer and music at Dark Sky. Great place, live music, cool people and awesome time! Highly recommended

Love love love this pizza! The thinnest crust I've ever had, and it's delicious. The perfect consistency of chewy and springy. The Caesar salad comes with a huge hill of parmesean shaved on top. Service is friendly and quick, food is mouthwateringly tasty. Can't wait to come back!

Grabbed one pizza on the way up north in vacation, and another pizza on the way back south afterwards. Both pizzas were absolutely great, definitely satisfied my craving. We ordered online during the drive, and ate the pizzas in the car. Nice clean restaurant, they filled up our waters for us, and the restrooms are clean. Nice staff! Will return any time I need a meal when driving up north!

I absolutely love this place! It's basically a must stop when I come to Flagstaff Arizona. I've been visiting this location since the beginning, I lived here back in a day. The style of pizza, the environment, the staff... Everything has my attention captured and is a place that I thoroughly enjoy. All I can say is that I highly recommend stopping by. It's completely worth it. But make sure you come on time when they open, they get booked and busy really fast. No reservations taken.

Unbelievable pizza great Ambiance beautiful pizza Oven ohhh ya And Bomb Gelato we will 100% becoming back

Nice, friendly service. I got the bees knees pizza but subbed pepperoni for sausage. The crust was crispy but fluffy and airy and light! So good. I got extra honey on the side of my pizza to dip it in. They had live music when I went on a Monday night, but thankfully it wasn't very loud. If you sit at the counter to order, you can watch them make the pizzas.

This restaurant has a shared space with Dark Sky Brewing Company Taproom. It was packed when we got there. There were 6 of us and the host said it would take about 1 1/2 hours for a table so we decided to order 3 pizzas to go. A large table actually freed up while we waited for our pizzas, but he didn't offer us the table and we didn't bother to ask since he wasn't exactly friendly. We ordered the following: Special pizza Bee's knees Margherita Of the 3, my favorite was the special pizza because it had Calabrian chilis, which gave it a really nice kick. The bee's knees was interesting and tasted more like a dessert pizza because it had mascarpone cheese and honey. The Margherita was good, but I would've liked it better with a bit more basil. I enjoyed the texture of the pizza dough. It was a bit chewy and had a slight sour dough taste.

Last time I came here I remember loving the bee's knees with sundried tomatoes. This time it was a little underwhelming me and I'm not sure why. It seemed a little more bland. Still delicious though. The special pizza was also pretty good! I think regular peaches may have given it more flavor though. The white peaches didn't have a taste to them. Overall, I think I'm being nitpicky, these pizzas were still excellent!

This is your standard brewery, complete with mason jars, Edison bulbs, and drunk college students. The food exceeded our expectations for brewery fare, however! We had the special pizza, and started out with the roasted olives- which I HIGHLY recommend. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and very helpful, and we felt so welcome!

I mostly visit Flagstaff to ski and those are usually one-day turnaround trips. So I never have time to do a sit-down dinner. They also have a location over at Dark Sky Brewing Co. Pizzicletta makes made-to-order Neapolitan pizzas. They have a variety of pizza creations on their menu. They also make their own gelato. We started our evening with a Burrata Caprese - a favorite of mine. I had my eye on the their Diavola pizza while looking at the menu. It has both chili oil and honey pecorino to make it both sweet and spicy. Our server recommended adding pesto to it which was a great suggestion. I ended my night with a coffee gelato. Our overall Pizzicletta experience was wonderful. Seating here at Pizzicletta is very limited. Be prepared to wait a little. They have both indoor and outdoor seating.

This is our 2nd time at Fat Olives. I love their wooden floors, wooden tables and chairs and the brick walls...simple yet stylish! We decided on two pizzas- the 12" Shrimp Fra Diavolo (pesto sauce, spicy shrimp, basil, and the wonderful Calabrian chiles and chili oil) and a 10" Pepperoni. The shrimp pizza was amazing and will have me stopping in here on future Flagstaff trips! The crust was perfectly cooked- a little char from the wood smoke oven and a little chewiness like a good crust should have. Despite the place getting crazy before we left, our waiter was very attentive and got us a box for our last 3 slices (all from the pep) and to-go drinks. Being hot and sunny, we placed the pizza box on our dash and had the last few slices hours later on the road. The only problem with Fat Olives is it being in Flagstaff and not in metro-Phoenix. Okay...2nd problem is I want to try every pizza they have. If the first problem gets fixed, the 2nd problem may go away! Final note- they do have several pizzas with nuts on them, so those with nut allergies should speak to their server to understand any risk.

The amount of was generous, it's spicy, but I think it's a little bit oily and too salty for me. The belgio dolce was sweet and salty, it's better than the shrimp one. Their fat olives salad was good, it was refreshing and I liked the chicken breast they grilled, very tender. The caprese was good too. Don't forget to order tiramisu as dessert, it's not too sweet. The Italian soda was definitely on the sweeter side, but interesting to drink. The vibe was also good, and the staff was friendly. Be sure to make a reservation so you don't wait too long.
