The people who work here are amazing and so friendly. Exactly what I expect from a local business. Also, their breakfast burrito (bacon, egg, potato, and cheese) is so great to have in the morning. It's a convenience store and mini grocery store all in one. They have different spices and other random foods you might need in a pinch, and being between Flagstaff and Williams, it's easier to swing through here to see if they have something you need rather than going to a big store miles away. A true hidden gem.

Thank God this store is close by. We stayed inside the park. This is the closest thing you're going to fine. Not a whole lot of selection but we were happy to get whatever we could. We ordered a pizza and it was not good. But we were desperate. Very nice people though that work there.

Walk in, scan the QR code or grab a menu and find a seat. Plan your meal and visit the bar to order (better than being ignored across the street). Self-serve your drinks and before you know it you have food. My wife had Ceasar salad and was pleasantly surprised to find it contained halved cherry tomatoes. A salad is a salad, unless it's bad. You rarely notice if good, but this one was. A perfect salad lunch for her. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs. She loved it. We're usually picky about Italian food and rarely order it from a non Italian place, but we've been on the road and she was starving. From the first bite she was hooked. Bursting with flavor, certainly part pork and full of herbs. Clearly made in house. My son and I split a margarita pizza and it hit hard. Paper thin. For dinner we'd need one each, but for lunch splitting it was perfect. Great flavor top to bottom. The paper thin crust, the tangy sauce, and good quality cheese topped with a generous amount of fresh basil. Bonus for the red hot sauce (green tasted artificial) which I grabbed a spoon to taste with as soon as we sat down, I love hot sauce. And for the classic rock playlist. Highly recommend for a quick meal.

When we walked in because we needed the restroom, the hostess was instantly unwelcoming. After I mentioned our party of 7 (and offered to split to 4 and 3), I don't have a table right now go outside, then said it would be 45 mins for the pizza as she threw up her hands in a gesture to push our group outside. I again told her we needed to use the restroom as we drove over a hour to try this location. She pointed to the restroom and told everyone else to go outside. Her tone and body language were completely unacceptable and made us feel like an inconvenience and unwelcome. There is no excuse for this level of rudeness, especially when we were willing to wait and saw plenty of open tables. Would not recommend this location due to the extremely poor customer service.

We started with their Italian Salad, ordered the Ortolana Pizza and their Bolognese Special. When I bit into their Bolognese Pasta, I got schooled as to what Bolognese really tastes like. For the Ortolana Pizza, we added the honey chillin sauce to it and also requested for it to be made with their sourdough. Highly recommend both add one. Honestly the best pizza & pasta I've ever had. Since the dinner was beyond, we decided to get their tirimisu dessert, we were surprised at how large the serving was, absolute delicious, not too sweet. Just perfect. Presentation was phenomenal. Staff was so friendly & you could tell the chefs take such pride in their work!! Every seat is a great seat at this restaurant. We sat at the bar & it felt like we were able to really feel the soul of the restaurant right in front of the pizza oven!! Great place. Chef's kiss!! Xoxo

The outdoor beer garden is huge with plenty of seating, heaters for those crisp Flagstaff evenings, and sunshades for warmer days. There's indoor seating too, but the outdoor area is definitely the main attraction. It's also dog friendly, which was nice to see. You order both food and drinks at the counter and they bring everything out to you. We arrived right when they opened and there was already a line forming, so the place is clearly popular. The decor fully leans into Flagstaff's International Dark Sky designation with UFO, alien, and astronaut-themed artwork throughout the venue, which gives it a fun atmosphere. The drink selection was impressive with a huge variety of craft beers on tap plus cocktails, cider, and wine. We tried the Rainy Daze hazy IPA and the Vortices hazy double IPA. Both were smooth, flavorful, and not overly bitter or hoppy, and of course very hazy. Food was more hit or miss. The pretzel board was really good and the beer cheese was awesome. The fish and chips, however, were just okay. The fish tasted like the fryer oil probably needed to be changed, and the portions were smaller than expected with only three thin pieces of fish. The fries at least came out crispy and hot. Service was friendly, although interaction is pretty limited since everything is counter service. The all-gender bathrooms were also clean, which is always appreciated. There's a paid parking lot across the street along with metered street parking nearby. Overall, I'd come back for the atmosphere and the massive beer selection, but I'd probably skip the fried foods.
