First time ordering from this place and they called back because I gave them their address by accident and it was a funny ordeal. However, the coworker employee called the Marriott for me to try to find me so I can give them the correct address or the correct hotel, which was awesome because then he called my cell phone and then got me and I gave him the correct address Employee of the month right there. The food was delicious coming from a pizza joint. I got buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks and the mozzarella sticks were cheesy and very good the buffalo wings I got mild sauce and that was even better. I also got ranch and blue cheese and that came as well with the six pack of Pepsi, which is a great deal considering I'm at a hotel and I need some soda. I absolutely love this place and I was so excited to get off of my shift today and get some wings from the best wing place in flagstaff. I even looked up the hours to make sure I would make it on time, I walked in at 9:49 and they would not serve me unless I placed a take out before 10pm. I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The two kind men working at the time welcomed me and my friend with open arms. We shared a medium cheese pizza...to die for. My favorite pizza shop by home closed and I haven't had something so close to it as I did today. Terrible customer service from employee and manager on duty. Walk in when pizzza was supposed to be ready, one was ready and other one was just making the dough. They said another 20 min, waited in parking lot and came in 15 min later and both were on counter . Opened them up to check on them and one we waited for was wrong. Told them that there wasn't supposed to be mushrooms and black olives on half. They said they don't see a problem in that or the other cold pizza. I told them I wasn't paying for it and it was a long arguement before I could get a refund . I have gone there 4 times, 1st time was great and have problems last 3 times We are done, New management has turned this place upside down Very smug, arrogant, manager said he doesn't make mistakes! However, I have spent 10 minutes waiting to tell somebody but they would not respond my phone call, and I understand that they might be understaffed. our pizza arrived on time thank you to GrubHub. One of our pizzas was not cut at all and we are in a hotel so we had to use a credit card to slice it. Secondly I paid extra to have artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers on my pizza and it came with neither. If you wanna roll the dice, go ahead. The barbecue chicken pizza was phenomenal even though it was not cut. I would recommend that, if you don't mind picking it up whole and taking a big bite. The pizza was ok. It's a really small suite so not really a good spot to dine in although there are a couple of seats in the storefront. Only took 20 mins to get our food. Alrighty. So a quick bit of backstory. Im local to here, have 10years of various line cooking experience. Also I Love a good slice of savory pie. To begin I tried ordering on their glitchy website/app. They have a deal known as "bad guys" which was xlarge with two toppings. We ordered over the phone. The female who answered didnt know what I was speaking of. So I decided to order online. Put the order in place, and even called to make sure/confirm it would be "crispy/well done". Hate to be nitpicking, but I know what that terminology means. We were quoted 45mins. It arrived over 20mins late. I complained about the cook (it wasn't well done/crispy), and was promised another one. The next one had a charred tasted, was over done (not well/crispy but overdone). We didn't complain a second time, but went ahead and ate the pizza. It was edible, but precisely what we didn't want. Also, we ordered a sierra mist, but got a 7up. Didn't mind that much....but as a customer for years. I was quite disappointed. It may be new staff, but still. I expect better from you guys. Anywho. That's all I needed to say. So heres the story. I used to be very cheap when it came to ordering pizza. Used to spring for the $5 pizzas. My fiance wanted to try The Pizza Guy out one time. Well since then I haven't been able to order from anywhere else. Food is more expensive but extremely good. I normally order same thing. Large meat lovers and a ton of wings. The wings are a pretty good size. This last time I went on their website and saw there is even a 20" XTRA Large.
