Cold brew

There was pretty much no line at all for this local coffee chain in new orleans. It was a good place to get coffee in the airport because of that. The service was standard? Nothing surprising at all, got my drink and left. But their drink was pretty good tasting, and not too expensive to my surprise. I'm honestly pretty impressed with how it stands up compared to other coffee chains! I would actually get it again if it's an option in the airport! Maybe outside as well, if I'm in NOLA again.

Weak coffee. Friendly staff. Banana nut muffin had hardly any taste of banana. Oatmeal raisin soft cookie was excellent. Prices are reasonable.

PJ's is a local coffee chain that we saw throughout our time in New Orleans. This location of PJ's is at the airport on the outside concourse of Concourse C. Before flying out, my boyfriend and I thought we should try it while we still can. There was no line, compared to the Starbuck nearby, so service was quick and straightforward. We ordered a medium Granita ($4.79) which is their classic coffee blend. The order was completed pretty quickly. The taste of the coffee itself was nothing too fancy. I hate to say I prefer the Starbucks fraps, but that's just the truth. The coffee flavor just wasn't as good on this chain. But now I can leave without any lingering regrets for missing out.

8:15am and PJ is all out to lunch. WTF

Saw this in New Orleans airport. Nobody working at PJ's. Two or three employees sitting at a table enjoying a breakfast together. I went to Starbucks

I would echo the first reviewer on one point...service is kinda slow. On the other hand, when Starbucks has a line of 10 people, this place (which had no line) is comparatively faster, lol. The coffee I had was good and the ladies were very nice.

Turkey Sausage with egg white and latte

This was my first time trying PJs coffee. I ordered the turkey sausage with egg white and that sandwhich was so much tastier than the similar one at Starbucks. That sandwich did not disappoint, to the point that I forgot to take a picture before I started eating it (as you can see in my pic). The service was fast, great coffee and good and overall great experience.

Service is ok. You order in a touch screen. Coffee was very bad. Not hot enough, very weak taste.

I ordered a bacon and cheese croissant and they gave me ham. Talked to the employee and she said they "don't have ham."

Good coffee and relatively fast and friendly service. Not much of a selection for baked goods. But the chocolate croissant met expectations.

Where are the workers? Everything is out but no one at the counter. 1130 on a Sunday... terminal full. Wow

My sister moved to Louisiana two years ago and has always said it's been hard to find truly great food, so we were excited to give this place a try--and it exceeded every expectation. The woman who took our order was one of the sweetest people we've met. She was so welcoming, patient, and made us feel right at home, which made the whole experience even better. The tostones were perfection--served hot and crispy on the outside while staying soft and fluffy on the inside. The breakfast arepa was outstanding and paired perfectly with the fresh cilantro dipping sauce. Every bite was packed with flavor, and you could tell everything was made with care. The restaurant itself was spotless, bright, and inviting, creating such a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a meal. Great food, amazing service, and a clean environment are the perfect combination. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable breakfast. It was hands down one of the best breakfasts I've ever had, and I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

I love Evolve's matcha drinks and their creative seasonal coffees, like the pandan latte. They…read moreclearly know what they're doing and don't take themselves too seriously, which makes the menu fun. The space itself lacks a little character when it comes to the interior design and ambiance for being in New Orleans. It's more like mainstream trendy coffee shop style rather especially cozy or comforting. There are two outdoor tables. The inside is pretty large which is nice, not too crowded either. Their food case could also use some attention (things like the biscuits being displayed cold make them look almost like pretend food and an empty case can be a little off-putting visually.) That being said, the service and the quality of their espresso and matcha drinks make up for it.

The look of the place is very welcoming and apparently I'm late to the party because the line was long. Only thing, there were only 2 workers so it moved a little on the slower side. Also, they get cool points for the cute little reading nook area. I ordered the white chocolate matcha with oat milk. The matcha itself is high quality. Idk. You can just tell. Nice and bright, beautiful green matcha. The flavor is great. My problem was, that's all I could taste was the might. Almost forgot there was chocolate in there because I couldn't taste it at all but I watched the barista put it in the cup and it wasn't very sweet. Still a great matcha by itself. I'd definitely go back because I was eyeing the lavender matcha. Besides the lack of chocolate flavor and the wait time this is a nice coffee shop and definitely worth visiting.

Delicious! Everything is tried was excellent…read more They are individually packaged with makes it super easy to choose what you like, and prices aren't bad at all either. I picked: a large fluffy maple roll. The outside reminded me of a croissant in the best way with some mild maple sweetness and the inside was moist, pillowy, and rich. I heated it up in the oven next day which made it even better. A square coconut roll... crisp and flaky on the outside with the most delightful sweet coconut cream inside and flaked almonds on top. This was my favorite. Will get multiple next time. And a pair of taro rolls. These I was most excited for as I love taro, and they weren't bad at all, but were probably my least favorite of the 3, purely because they had an eggy aftertaste. They weren't overly sweet with a nice smooth taro filling. I also tried a taro milk tea with soy milk. These normally include lavender too, but I asked for mine without. The flavor was off the charts good. Strangely it was nothing like the usual taro drinks I've tried and I couldn't place what I was tasting, but it was rich and creamy and so satisfying. Only thing that bummed me out was that I ordered boba and there wasn't any. :(

The process was pretty easy. It's a nice open space for grabbing a drink and yummy treat. There is no wifi however so it's not the best place to work for the day.
