I just had to return a couple of items at the Lincoln UPS store. Again, as always, an excellent experience. The self service machines make most returns quick and easy. But today, the young man behind the counter was not busy and I always enjoy my interactions with the staff there. Friendly, competent and professional, and always with a smile. Since this UPS store changed hands a couple of years ago I have had nothing but good experiences. If you haven't tried it since the store changed hands, please give it another try. read more

I almost always come here if I have an Amazon return . The clerks are always friendly, helpful and fast ! If you want, they can also pack and ship your items also. It's not just shipping and returns, they also scan and fax, passport photos, notary services, shredding. Oh, and they also have mailboxes . It's your one stop shop in the Safeway/CVS shopping center. read more

I feel like post-pandemic a lot of customer service has gone down the drain, but Dillon is an excellent example of what customer service should be. I recently had to ship packages from this store the past three days. The workers were very helpful and friendly. When I first walked in there was a line of 6 people, the line went super fast! Just mailed a small pkg which took 20 minutes to process due to 1st day on the job employee or a "RELATIVE" The employee had to reprint ticket twice for the incompetence of Miss spelling street address Even with the information printed on the pouch already. When queried as to " is this your first day on the job" her answer, a laugh and " don't say anything or I'll get fired." Solution: Owner, If a relative, stay after closing and train her on your time Not mine. If new employee, What do you think? Would definitely not recommend. FYI Prior to going to the store, tried to reach them on the phone to insure They were open till 6PM. They disconnected me 3 times and never got to speak to a live person So I drove over on a chance. If not for distance I would go to the store in Rocklin. Highly recommend them. read more

I walked into The UPS Store in Lincoln yesterday afternoon. There was only one person ahead of me in line, and one young man serving at the counter. As I was following his instructions and preparing the materials I needed to send, fully six more people came in. The young man working, Eli, was amazingly pleasant, friendly and patient with everyone. Eli worked to help the next few people in line get started with what they would be doing, even as he remained focused on each customer he was helping. I really hate to give one-star reviews, but I just can't muster up any reason to give this location more than one star. Let's start with the fact that they opened 30 minutes late the last time I was there. I saw the staff opening the store, and he just held up one finger to have me wait outside. When I was allowed in, I asked if the opening times on Yelp was correct and was answered gruffly that he had a doctors appointment this morning and he can't trust his employees to get there on time. Sooooooo obviously there wasn't going to be any chit chat. My packages were prepaid so I just asked for my receipt. Then I noticed that the copiers were out of service. I asked if I'd be able to make copies or when they were expected to be online again. I was told that the parts were on order and he didn't know when they would be back online. Honesty, things happen, and Lincoln is a sleepy village, so I can handle some idiosyncracies. But this was just plain rude behavior. I understand he was exasperated and frustrated, but I wasn't the right place to dump it. A brief acknowledgment about the inconvenience and perhaps some effort to make it better would have gone a long way. For me, I won't be returning. read more

For the most part what you ship from here will get to its location but the customer service is terrible! They won't help with heavy or large boxes, they interrupt customers, are rude, and most of the employees work so slowly so the line is always long. I always regret not driving down to blue oaks to return something. read more

Sent a print job of 3 items and needed 30 copies of each. When I came to pick up there was a misunderstanding and only one copy each was made of the 3 documents. There was only one associate in the store - Kern (hope I'm spelling it right) and when I explained the discrepancy he was VERY apologetic and even more apologetic because the store had no paper (they were receiving an order later that morning) so there was no way of him giving me the remainder of my documents. He was so polite and even gave me directions to the nearest store/forwarded my emails over for me. I find that my Job frequents this area a lot to host events and although this location might be a little out of the way I will always pick this location because of Kern. He made my morning so much easier and is the true definition for of customer service. I really really hope he gets recognized and gets some help in the store! read more

Walked in with a legal document that had to be shipped overnight and was pleasantly surprised when the owner gave me a cost-saving (significant) option - it was unexpected and very much appreciated. I just moved to Lincoln the other day and visited this store for the first and last time. The young man behind the counter was beyond rude. He acted like I was a tremendous annoyance and practically threw my package at me. For reference, this happened at 5 pm on 8/9 /19. I am a very polite, friendly person but I am not a sucker and refuse to patronize a business that treats its customers with such disrespect. I had used this store several times in the past but a few months ago I had been ill but needed to mail some important documents on behalf of my granddaughter. The grey haired man working the counter was so rude I was stunned. He implied I had been rude to him but I know I was not. He humiliated me in front of the line of people waiting as I had for service. I apologized if I had appeared rude but he continued to berate me. I mailed the envelope but was worried the entire time until I heard the envelope had been received by the person I had mailed it to. I have never been in the store since and never will be. I see the same gentleman in there when I walk by. What a shame he's still there. The previous guy that had been there was very nice and professional. It's rare these days that anyone goes the extra mile, but wow did Devin & Faraz give all star customer service! Today i paid DoorDash to drop off a ups box for me- the driver ditched the bay & took off- not even leaving the return label. They guys teamed up and reached out to DoorDash to try to see where to send the item! Later i was able to connect with the guys at ups & process everything over the phone!
