We spent a good 15 min just trying to flag down a server to order a side of potatoes and get a coffee refill. In the end we skipped the order of potatoes and finally got a coffee refill only after they handed us the bill. But somewhere along the way they've decided to start treating customers -- even regulars -- like trash.
