If you are used to ordering your ribeye medium rare, I strongly suggest that you order it medium well or well done. It is a very poor grade of meat and awfully grizzly. No beautifully marbled fat. When cooked medium rare, it is basically inedible. It is more akin to a Denny's breakfast steak than a steakhouse steak. It is served on a bed of french fries. The best thing they can do is get a better steak and charge $70 for it rather than $40. Stick with the fish and you'll have a great night.
