I've heard rumors that there has been a change in management and that several former employees were let go. While I can't confirm those details and understand that staffing decisions are ultimately an internal matter, many of the previous employees I interacted with always seemed hardworking and attentive, and now they are replaced with employees that are unmotivated and careless. During my most recent visit, my sub was satisfactory overall, although a few of the condiments I requested were accidentally left off. Despite these issues, the food quality was still fair. I wanted to share my experience so that others are aware of the recent changes.
