Love the layout and openness of the tables. Individual tables were playing games, but we thought group games we were told there were video games, but nothing as to how to play them. My review is not for the dispensary, didn't go in there buuuut the whole place/building is cool and has things to do. Apart from the dispensary it has a bar, restaurants and the koolsville tattoo shop which was the purpose of my visit. One of the shops for the "viral $10 tattoos". Our artist was professional and made us feel comfortable. The shop was clean, nice selection and vibes. We went to Dazed, the consumption lounge inside Planet 13. OMG this was way better than I expected! Monica was an amazing waitress and helped us set up and enjoy our experience. The artwork on the walls is so awesome and the seating was a really chill vibe. I have ordered from this Dispensary before and it's excellent on delivery timeframe. I ordered my products on the app to avoid the long wait when I arrived on 8/30 I got there between 11:30-12 and I was the second customer to be waited on. By the time it was my turn to be assisted another customer walked right up to the guy behind the counter and he immediately started to assist her and ignoring my presence. He then looked up and noticed that I had been waiting in line and motioned that he would be with me in a minute. Needless to say, I literally stood there for 10 minutes until finally another staff member came and finally assisted me. He also gave me a free pack of pre-rolls. To be honest, it's so much stuff in here, it could be overwhelming. The bud tenders are knowledgeable about the product so that helps, a lot. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Front desk has zero customer service skills. They are known to make all there guest uncomfortable. I stopped by August 10 at 11:30pm. Both receptionist from the start had really bad energy and was super rude from the start. We came here as a big family to get a small tattoo and they just gave me a bad vibes in the front. They looked so miserable and they look and we felt like they absolutely hate their job, they were super rude and unfriendly. They should have proper training in having common courtesy and they need customer service training. Especially in learning how to speak to they out of state guest. I can only say that the only sweet person that we met was Jen from dazed. She took the time to explain the menu and made us have a better experience. I loved her energy, she a keeper. It is a cool space to see but buyer beware...So we walked in and walked around to select what we wanted to try. The price behind the glass says something different than what the guy charges you at exit. Some items match and some are triple the price. Very shady the way they do business. Make it easy for customers so they know what they are buying and what they are paying. Also, when you check out, the price does not come up clearly when he is ringing you up. I went in November and they said if I spent 100$ I would get a 50% discount on my next visit I went back only a couple months later February 15th and the said they completely removed that deal I would not have spent 100$ last time if it weren't for that deal no idea how it's even legal to bait and switch customers like this. The Largest Dispensary in the World! This was a must on our list of things to experience on our recent trip to Vegas. I've been wanting to visit since they opened so I was so happy to finally go. If you're into cannabis and/or CBD or are just curious, this is the place to be. As you enter, you see an information desk straight ahead and right past that to your the right, is the main room which has all the goodies you could ever think of. They offer flower, vapes, concentrates, edibles, tincture, wax, accessories and so much more. I was like a kid in a candy store! Besides the large main room of goodies, they have a restaurant, store and what seems to be a chocolate/candy mini factory inside the building as well. The decor and atmosphere was very nice and eye catching. There are several photo opportunities here as well. The employees were very knowledgeable of all the products and all seemed eager to help with all of your questions and needs. You can expect to see people of all ages (21 & over), races and lifestyles here. I loved to see the mix. They are located about one block off the strip near the south end. We walked the strip and made our way to this dispensary, however if you drive, there is plenty of parking out front. They put your goodies in a sealed bag for privacy.
