I don't really write reviews about clinics and hospitals because I work in the field and I know that nobody comes here because they want to. It's out of necessity. I felt compelled to write a review because of the care and genuine concern I received from the nurse (or doctor?) Barbara - not only did she make me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable setting, she went above and beyond to connect me to services I didn't know were available. My service here was incredible. I enjoy coming here and getting checked because the workers always make me feel comfortable and at ease. Valerie helped me and checked me in. I felt very safe and she was very attentive and informative when I had questions to ask her. The clinician Chrissy was great, as well. She too made me feel very safe and was very informative. I came in as a walk in today and was met with courteous service. This is my second time coming here, and this isn't my local PP office, but it's worth the drive. Waiting in the office is comfortable, ample space and seats. I really appreciate the effort the folks who work here make to help everyone out, no matter the situation. read more

I never understood why people hated on PP so much, these clinicians give care for people who have no insurance and have no income. Everyone was friendly and I came in when I had no insurance! I witnessed the lack of judgement with the patients in the lobby... amazing. Thank you for providing healthcare to those who can't afford it. read more

The staff was friendly the entire session! Even with masks on you can tell when someone is smiling at you. I was greeted and smiled by a nice gentleman when i arrived. This was my first visit at this location. Easy to find and super close to my home. All staff members were incredibly patient, caring, and provided lots of support and resources. The medical assistant Yesenia did a great job and helped me schedule my next appointment. Barbara and Valerie were such a great duo! They explained what my procedure was and prepped it all for a smooth and quick removal of my birth control implant. Great team! read more

So sad that the place where you are suppose to be able to go to in a time of need turns you away. I was turned away from being seen and was told there are no walk ins when the sign right in front of the window says walk in from 8-3!! It's 12:50pm!! I told the lady they should Update that and she said "oh there is no walk in right now" that makes no fam sense. Don't waste your time comming here people. Rude nurses, take forever to get you in and they often forget patients are waiting in the back waiting room. Been here twice and both times it has happened. When I let them know they always forget and have me waiting more than an hr, the nurses get defensive and act rude and unprofessional... Rather drive a few minutes more to the next location than to visit this location again. read more

I went into Pp for an iud check up although I didn't have my id I was still able to be seen and got the care I needed. Anxiety is real and at the end of the day PP has been there consistently through my teens and adult hood to answer any and all questions I might have. Thank you for the workers that fight for the right for care! Also thank you to the MD Barbara!! and my intake form nurse Valerie!! I've never had a doctor listen to my issues with use care. Anna did an amazing job with my IUD insertion!! I had very minimal cramping and it was quick n easy :) I got here around 10:40, my appointment was at 11:35 (def got here too early) but was seen very quickly! By 11:35 I already had the IUD inserted so it was very minimal waiting this time around :) read more

I love planned parenthood but if you decide to come to this location it's a 2 hour wait BEFORE you even get placed with in a room And that's WITH an appointment on a slow day with maybe 3 other patients. What's the point of appointments If you still have to wait 2 hours before your helped. The procedures are always quick and the staff are always friendly and kind. The entire staff makes you feel completely comfortable and welcomed from the second you walk in. My intake nurse during my last 3 visits has been Denise, she never fails to make my experience a memorable and comfortable one. She is such a pleasure to be around with her wonderful sense of humor and professionalism. The wait time was less than 20minutes as a walk in and I was out within the hour. Would give no stars if I could. I went in to confirm my pregnancy after taking a home test and I was so nervous. Told em my symptoms and made me take a test and less than five minutes later they told me I'm not pregnant! I was shocked and told them there had to be some type of mistake and they said "no you're not pregnant.". I'm sitting there in disbelief and told them to give me another test and they move me to another room that looked like their staff locker room ? And less than five minutes later they come back saying I am, confirming I was a little over a month pregnant. Unprofessional and rude. Wack staff overall lame people. Go to another location avoid this one. read more

I hate to give such a low scored review, as everyone there was so kind (minus one person who just yelled my name from down the hall and then gave me attitude when I didn't come the first time since she didnt actually come to get me). But anyways...I'm giving this review because of the 2 women who I met with to take some blood for lab work for some pills. It seemed one was training and the other mentoring her. First attempt, the needle was inserted, but she could not find a vein after wiggling the needle around in my arm. Second attempt, she moves to my left and is still struggling to get the needle into a vein...HERES THE MESSED UP PART...the "mentor" then says "just leave it in and give me the syringe (needle) she then grabs it out of her hand (WHILE ITS STILL IN MY ARM) and starts moving it around pushing in on it...I dont know what the hell she stabbed while in there but it caused me to say "fuck!" And it immediately started bruising...worst part, still no blood in the syringe. So BACK to my right arm she (the mentor who just stabbed the hell out of my left arm) goes. They finally got blood, but not until I needed to ask for a break because I felt like I was going to throw up from the stress of them stabbing me multiple times, one of which is the most pain I've ever felt while getting blood drawn. Needless to say. I am not happy about that part at all and will be attaching a picture of the arm, that is going on a week now after I had it happen. read more

The only reason there are a lot of 5 star reviews is because they give you a goodie bag. It takes hours to be seen and even after you've been seen they make you go back out to the lobby and wait another hour or longer. Some of the staff was very kind some was very unprofessional. One of the staff was telling me to get sti testing and when she went out to see if my insurance covered it the front desk girl made a comment that didn't sit right with me.
