Worse service ever! A week before my party, they tell me that they are going to pick up the props the same day I rented them. Not the next day. even though my party was not going to end by the time they picked it up. Then they tell you that they are going to charge you $120 extra to pick it up next morning. I've never heard of that from any rental company. Not only that, they separately charged $80 for delivery. I canceled and they didn't even care. Horrible customer service. read more

Do not rent from them, they are extremely expensive and charge you and arm and a leg for delivery. I've never had to deal with delivery fees. First off when I wanted to rent the table online I couldn't reserve the table because my cart didn't exceed their 200$ limit which is unheard of from a rental company. Then I called the place which went straight to voicemail asking to leave a msg. Once they called me back I placed the order over the phone the table cost me 160$ to rent. According to them I could not have the table delivered to my house or picked up because I didn't spend more then 400$. I've never heard of such a thing. So I had to pick the table up and drop It off. When I picked it up I noticed that the fiber glass was brand new. I knew they would come up with some BS once I dropped it off, and sure enough that was the case. They charged me an extra 40$ for minor scratches that were inevitable. Thinking back I wish I would have just made the table myself they use cheap compressed wood from Home Depot and 10$ fiber glass. I spent 200$ for a table I could have made for 50$.I didn't make it myself to save myself space in my garage. Stupid of me. Never again. They are unprofessional and lack customer service. read more

Very unsatisfied with this company. We rented props from them they delivered props but did not anchor or secured them. I asked about anchoring or secure them they said they don't do that. The prop was outside n I was informed the props were good for outside. High wind blew that day n the prop fell apart. I informed them when they picked up. Also informed them nobody secured props. Extremely disappointed in the service provided by Irma. Called in to work with someone personally and specifically asked if they deliver to my location. I was quoted a minimum amount to meet and I exceeded that amount in my request for an invoice. Later that day, I was told that the minimum would be double. When questioned about our conversation, Irma stated that she was away from her desk and may have heard a different city name. The minimum doubles over a 5 mile difference. Not the greatest business sense. No accommodation, no alternative solution, and a sub par attitude leaves me no desire to work with a company like this. I also asked nicely if there's anything that could be applied to help with pricing and was told there is "no discount" very rudely yet they advertise a 10% offer on yelp. Not the best way to attract a first time client. I am so happy it didn't work out because it led me to another company that has the best customer service, so willing to help, and eager for the business. If I owned a business and had one of my employees leave money on the table over an additional 5 miles of delivery... I would be very disappointed. read more

Let me start off by saying my experience with this company started off pleasant. Saw this Paris table online for my daughters prom party. The theme was spring time in Paris, and thought that this was a perfect piece to our puzzle. My moth n law went in and ordered he table, no problem. The driver came on time. But once he started bringing out the pieces of the table, everything went down hill. The letters were all chipped, not clean and dusty with a couple of webs inside of the alphabets. The glass tops were chipped on the corners and dirty as well. He brought out the "P" first, it kept falling over. Didn't pay that much attention, as I knew a table top was going on top of the "P", so I figure it level out once he place the glass top on it. That was not the case. The driver thought he would lean the glass top on the Eiffel Tower that it was next to, which played as the "A" to spell out "PARIS". That did not work. Now the glass top is leaned to the side. I didn't feel comfortable putting any of my glass jars on top, risking they may slide or fall off. I noticed there was a space at the bottom for brackets missing that possibly would have kept it fro falling over. When I asked the driver, he seem dumbfounded and answered it didn't work so they took them off. Okaaaay, so now what do you suppose I do. The company showed no remorse, and had the audacity to initially say that the driver claimed our ground was unleveled. Are freaking kidding me. Had these issues been brought to our attention at the time we ordered it, as we weren't able to see to table in person until the day of our event, we would have NEVER rented it. But their attitude about my concerns made it all worse. Not good customer service at all. Basically said you either want to use it or not, because the driver has other deliveries and can not stay any longer. I will NEVER patronize this company again and I will tell all of my family and friends not to too. read more
