When I spoke with the person on the phone, the background sounded like a huge call center. That was the second sign. I booked the inspection that was to cost $35, then I waited for the other electricians to contact me and I read 3 Mountains reviews. That was the 3rd and final sign. Bad reviews, calling before asking, and the call center vibe made me feel like a number. I canceled my appointment immediately and went with a better company. Buyer beware!

I called them and told them I no longer had an interest in the building, but they insisted I had to pay, which I did. They simply would not listen to reason. I do not trust them, but they have a monopoly on th area, and do not have to listen to customers. They never admit to shady practices, nor to exploiting senior citizens like myself. Most of the employees and company practices are honest but billing has problems, and blames the customers. I paid even though it was not my bill. NW Gas has had this problem for years. Meanwhile, Eric, (super nice guy) came in and immediately fixed the kitchen sink water pressure in just a couple minutes. (Clogged filter), then for $1000 replaced a pipe to the shower, (had to remove some drywall), then replaced the shower fixtures. We had a very positive experience with Eric and Meticulous Plumbing.
