It's a popular spot, and I can see why--the menu features many different bingsoo options alongside other desserts, and they're all very beautiful and cute. There's also free WiFi and bathroom access. I will note that they don't seem particularly diligent about cleaning up between customers. You pick your own seats, and when I finally found a table, there was food residue visible on the tabletop. Their prices are a little higher than some other spots in SJ (ranging from ~$13 to $19 pre-tax), and I don't think the quality of the bingsoo is noticeably better to justify the price. I tried a pricier one (the premium strawberry), and found it to be quite good, but not $20 good. Plus, some aspects seem designed more for pictures than for eating. The little cheesecake slice is a bit hard because it's cold and difficult to eat with the shaved ice. That said, their bingsoo does taste good! The fruit tasted fresh and sweet, and the portion was enough for me to share with my partner. I wish the condensed milk was provided on the side instead of already poured on top, but I didn't mind the amount they gave. I may not be back immediately in the future, but I wouldn't mind visiting again. I would probably stick to the lower-priced options myself, though. If you visit, do keep in mind that it's usually really busy--your order probably will take a minute, and whether that's worth it or not is up to you.

You order through a kiosk, so there isn't a ton of interaction overall. When I first came around their opening, there was basically no line. After they started getting more hype, the lines became longer and longer. I think it's worth trying, but personally I wouldn't wait in a huge line for it. Overall, the matcha itself tastes authentic and is prepared well, but some drinks are just too bitter for my preference. My recommendations: the ice cream or Crème Brûlée Matcha. Those were easily the standouts for me.

When Steve delivered the cookies to us, we were blown away by the beautifully gift wrapped boxes with beautifully decorated cookies artfully displayed in the boxes. Gayle creates not just plain cookies, but she also creates art pieces out of those cookies. The cookies are nice sizes and taste good with not much sugar in it. I am forced to reach out yet again on 9/30 asking if she was going to be able to make the cake adding that important details and payment had not yet been able to be finalized. At that point I finally get a response. The entire process of working with this baker is just more stressful than it should. An email was sent to confirm cake info and the filling listed was incorrect. Then 2 days prior to pick up, I have to message Nicole again about an address as to where I need to pick up my order. She then sends another revised email. Cake- My husband was left with the job of picking up the cake since I have an infant to attend to. He comes home with a cake that is nice BUT NOT WHAT I ORDERED. The drip design was nowhere to be found. At this point, I question whether or not the cake & the filling is even correct. I am super let down by what was delivered, even after all the detailed discussion with Nicole. I have dm'd her through IG & sent her texts regarding my disappointment so we'll see how that goes. Fernanda thinks that it says so at the bottom of her emails but nope, all it says is 'Please note that orders are not booked on our calendars until a deposit is paid and we confirm the receipt of that deposit. Quotes for your order do not constitute a contract for services.' NO mention that deposit is not refundable. She should have directed me to the disclaimer that she has on her website that mentions it but how else would I have seen that unless I am told to go into the website? Since I expressed my frustrations, she has told me that she will refund my deposit but has still failed to do so almost a week later. Even sent out a reminder PayPal refund email but no luck. Refunding the deposit takes less than 5 minutes - please don't give me an excuse to say that you were too busy. I think it is unfair to hold money from a customer without fully explaining the terms and conditions and if you've said that you will refund it then you should do it ASAP not drag it on...

Lori makes the cupcakes in her home, the minimum order is a dozen...she can deliver or you can pick them up. And the cupcakes...they are works of art. They look beautiful, you don't want to touch them and disturb their perfection. Until you eat the first one and you have the delicious flavor of chocolate with a 'high hat' of marshmallow inside, or carrot cake, or vanilla and coconut...and then, instead of not wanting to disturb the visual perfection, you will have to fight the urge to dive face-first into the arrangement of cupcakes and devour them until they are all gone! I am drooling as I think about these cupcakes...ahhhhhhhhhh.

The vanilla w/choc buttercream was comparable to kara's cupcakes. The party fave was red velvet. The choc w/choc buttercream was ok. my fave at kara's cupcakes is chocolate velvet - must try! I give Little Miss Cupcake 4 stars in taste and 4 stars in customer service. Lori was quick in replying via phone & email but I don't think she understood what I wanted. I was quite disappointed in the decorations and what they cost. I expected more for what we paid. The "toppers" were not at all like the photos I sent as examples. If we order again, we'll skip all decorations and do it ourselves. It's wasn't worth paying $0.75 a topper. For the price of the toppers we could have bought another dozen cupcakes. Great cupcakes but not the best.

These Macarons are the best Macarons I've ever had! Absolute perfection with every bite…read more We had Sweet Pieces Macarons make favors for our wedding and they were gone in a matter of minutes! Emily made strawberry champagne and vanilla bean flavors for us. She even provided the boxes, ribbons and customized tags for each favor. I will definitely recommend sweet pieces to all my friends and use them for future events!
