They kept taking walk in orders, putting those out, no one ever said a word to me. I genuinely expected them to finish my order and call my name out, as has been my experience getting takeout at many many restaurants. Well, I wait and wait and wait even 5 minutes after my pick up time. Nothing. Not my name, not a question, not a help. When I finally ask, my order had been there the whole time, hiding on the shelves behind and below the pick up counter. How the literal fuck was I supposed to know that? Why do your employees just ignore someone obviously waiting for an order? Why do you tell me to do this and then the experience is not any better than ordering in the store? I love Snarf's.
