This establishment is located in an older building but was clean. The restrooms were not spotless but sufficiently clean. The server was friendly enough and efficient. I ordered the Steak Omelette with pancakes. The wife ordered the Meat and Pancakes. The Steak Omelette was flavorful and had plenty of fillings and cheese. Unfortunately the hash browns were way undercooked and served cold. The wife had sausage are stated that the flavor was good. The pancakes were very disappointing. They were extremely dry and basically flavorless. Also the flavor of the syrup tasted more like corn syrup than maple. Oh my gosh, this place was SO GOOD! I LOVE egg white omelettes, and they had so many. I got the one with chicken, salsa, veggies, and cheese with fruit and toast on the side. My boyfriend and I were ravenous after hiking, and literally everything here was scrumptious. It was an incredible value for the amount of food we received. Our server was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed. I loved the hash browns as well. Our food was perfectly flavored without being greasy like many brunch places are. Despite being a weekday morning, this place packed! Indicative of being a favorite. Basic decor with sounds of spatulas and food cooking in the background. The food is the crowning glory! I forgot to take pic of my scrambled eggs and chorizo but it was delicious. Huuuge servings of food with great prices. We were all unable to finish our breakfast as it was all very filling. My hotel is 30 minutes away but the hospitality and food was so good I did it back to back days. Carrie my server was amazing again. Greeted me with a smile right away as I sat at the counter top. I did notice that the ceiling fans and the heat runs in the ceiling were covered in dust and the floor looked like it was well worn. For as long as this place been here, I think it could've been taken care of. Also, the sign out front was really dated and faded. I hadn't been there for like 5 years the food was horrible! One bite and my stomach lurched! They used to be the greatest hole in the wall breakfast place. Great food great service. I asked if they had had a change in ownership because the difference in food quality was so vast. Said it was same owner. Must be a new manager then. Whatever the reason the quality was atrocious. The lemonade I ordered had a petroleum aftertaste! The ice machine probably hasn't been cleaned in years. definitely not the loved breakfast place it used to be. Eat there at your peril! Ordered banana pancakes, when I get there they're out of bananas but will substitute with another fruit, so they give me strawberries... This is for four pancakes. There are 10 slivers of strawberries in this cup, so I get to put a whopping *2.5* pieces of strawberry per pancake, which were burnt on the bottom anyway. So many stars, so cheap, and relatively fast. So I tried it. Twice!! It's in a strip mall that is NOT inviting! But once inside, it has its own local diner feel. The place was 50% full late morning on my first visit. Although late, I had worked all morning and was starving for breakfast. I did not think I could make it to my late lunch meeting. I sat at the counter. I ordered the breakfast burrito and she suggested "Senior size". I was about to reach out and slap her but she explained she orders senior size, it's 1/2 the size of the regular one, and she doesn't finish it. Seriously they need to rename that! Anyway, I got the breakfast burrito with chorizo and the hash browns on the side. Senior size. When it came, and I saw how big it was, I asked if it was correct and she said yes. The regular size burrito exceeds the plate. Jeez. I did not finish the senior size. It was huge. Very tasty. I was glad I got the hash browns on the side. They were perfectly cooked. The second time I ordered an egg sandwich with cheese and bacon to go. It was Perfectly packaged and included those delicious hash browns again! Next time I would ask for crispy bacon. Otherwise perfect. I forgot to mention how I like my egg cooked but they did it perfectly over medium/hard. Wheat toast was good. Would get this again for sure. This is a great diner.. read more

This place was absolutely horrible. We walked in, weren't even greeted, just told to sit wherever we wanted. We picked a table and sat down. We sat at the table for 20 minutes and never once did anyone acknowledge us. No one took our drink order, no one asked if we were ready to order, nothing. We watched at least 2 tables come in after us and get immediate service. There were two hosts standing less than 3 feet from us. Both of them were on their phones and couldn't be bothered to notify a server we were waiting or take a drink order. There was one server wandering around aimlessly, and two females behind the bar/counter area talking and laughing it up. I was extremely disappointed and will never return. read more

This little brunch spot is hidden in a roadside shopping center. It reminds me of the diners of old. On coming in you have the bar area and sit-down dining on the left and right. I came for brunch with an elderly friend of mine who wanted to connect with me. The waitresses were jolly, something that made me smile. It's hard to think positive when you're being hindered by a pandemic and its restrictions. I imagine during the normal season this place will be packed with a wait time in the hours. Their special when I went was the Irish Benny. Two poached eggs on buttery English muffins topped with corned beef hash and a side of hash browns. I haven't had good corn beef hash since my college days. This hash was better than what was served in my college's cafeteria. Sprinkle some pepper on the cheese spread and you're rolling. We started our tour of the area with breakfast at Omelets Etc, first off, I was proud that he has thoroughly explored the area and had a list of non-chain, independent, locally owned restaurants he favored. Omelets Etc did not disappoint, rubbing elbows with the wide variety of locals created the ambiance no chain could come close to matching. Whitney, our server, was friendly, cheerful and helpful in guiding our menu selections and in ensuring our coffee mugs were kept filled. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros with perfectly cooked over easy eggs smothered in one of the best spicy green chili sauces I've had in awhile and we're from Arizona, I wanted to return for lunch just for a bowl of it. A no-frills, down-home cafe that makes you feel welcome and serves a great breakfast. A must visit! read more

We found this restaurant on Yelp while looking for somewhere to eat breakfast. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Waitress came right over & got our drink order. The prices are very reasonable. I loved the way that the condiments came out on a saucer. Only thing we had to ask for was more syrup. After placing our order we got our food really fast. The only thing was the grits weren't really hot. Other than that everything was great. The menu is FULL of choices so there is something for everyone. Where do I begin, the place was filthy. The cooks in the back were blasting Mexican music, I'm Mexican, I dig it but not when I'm trying to have a nice breakfast on Easter with my family. They didn't have straws so they cut them in half... which ended up sinking into my kids drinks, we didn't get any so we just drank from the cups. The waitress was nice. Now, the food... the food was flavorless, didn't have any salt or pepper or anythinf really, the "hash browns" were steamed shredded potatoes, with a very very slight sear on them, worst I ever had. I asked that sausage and bacon be added to my omellette, they sprinkled it over the top, ok. The pancakes were bland and served in tiny plates, the syrup got everywhere. Came to this location of Omolets Etc for an early work breakfast shortly after COVID reopening. Masks are worn by staff and patrons, curbside pick up still available as well as dine-in service. Limited capacity with every other table blocked off for social distancing. I ordered a custom breakfast. A grilled ham and cheese with a side of hash browns and they were very tasty! Omelettes ETC! Everything They Cook is fire! That's what the ETC stands for. Coffee is bomb! Made me feel just like home cause NONE of my coffee mugs match! The chorizo was my hero this mornin. Let's be real. Colorado places are on the struggle bus when it comes to the chorizo. This place is the bully laughing at em cause it's bangin! Them hash browns GOTTA be real potatoes.
