First time at this location as I'm here for a funeral. This may have been my 3rd time eating at TX Roadhouse. Upon arrival, there were maybe 30 people standing outside and we immediately thought oh my the wait is 40 min. But we were wrong. They were leaving! We added our name to the wait list. We were called within 10 min. They were cleaning the table. The server mentioned that the power was restored at 4:30 due to the tornado watch. Every business in the area lost power. It was full but they were getting orders in quickly. I ordered the smothered chicken w/mushrooms and pepper jack cheese. Side salad, sweet potato, and grilled shrimp. The chicken was tender. Mushrooms were also tender covered in sauteed onions. The shrimp was just right not overly cooked Everyone else had grilled salmon and portobello chicken. They all enjoyed their meal The server was nice and attentive. After placing our order, we waited maybe 15 min. They were really on topic with it. The peanuts are a treat! I had a prime rib and the Mrs. had a ribeye and shrimps! Both were a 10 out of 10. Our server was excellent in his mannerisms and always checking to see if we were ok with our food and drinks. Texas Roadhouse was the "spot" for my family and I for more than a decade. Specifically, this location. No more. I ordered take out, since this location does not work with DoorDash and the like. That was annoying, but okay. Upon arrival, the parking lot was mayhem. Giant trucks whipping through and paying no attention to other people. There was no dedicated spot for takeout customers. To recap: they don't work with meal delivery services. They do not dedicate even 2 spots for to-go guests. The best part was when I entered, and was encountered by the nastiest, rudest woman I've ever seen in the service industry. She was the "first face" for guests, and she was a smart mouth, rolled her eyes at me, and made a nasty comment about parking as I was walking away and couldn't respond. I brought my meal home. The steak was overcooked- practically unedible. The pickle chips were so soggy I couldn't be sure they were properly cooked. My meal was missing important items, like the toppings for my baked potato. I called the location, asked for a manager. When the person answered, it was clearly the same hostess I encountered while there. When I questioned her managing, she responded "Well, I answered the manager phone so obviously I'm the manager." Before I could get one word out, she hung up on me. The quality of food has been on a steep decline for at least a year. Now, you can't even get take out without being treated like a second class citizen and be sneered at by the person who is supposed to greet you. I'm not sure what's happening at this location, but I'm taking my decade+ of loyalty to this restaurant to a local competitor, who respects the fact that they work for the guests and not the other way around. Honestly, whoever actually IS managing this store needs to take a hard look at their staff, at their cooks, at their front of the house staff... but mostly, at themselves. You should be absolutely ashamed to expect anyone to give their hard earned money to your restaurant- it would be wise to remember where your tips come from and your livelihood. I'm moving this complaint through the various corners of the internet. Having worked in restaurants - many, in fact, I am shocked at the level of disgrace by which these people behave. Absolutely an embarrassment to Texas Roadhouse as a brand. 0/10, do not recommend, spend your money somewhere where you are treated with even basic decency. You won't find it here. read more

I enjoy Texas Roadhouse for the most part. Lately, it seems hit and miss as to the quality of my dinner. Sometimes, you can't beat the steaks and ribs, but there are times they are very overcooked. The baked potatoes are some of the best. The rolls are some of the best in the business. read more

I normally don't eat at chain restaurants very often, but my son's birthday and he wanted to eat here, so here I was. We did call ahead, but sadly someone didn't hear something correct; because we had 8 people in our party and ended up waiting a full hour after we checked in. For that alone, I might have given them 2 stars, but the saving grace was our Waitress. Heather took such amazing care of us, I couldn't do less than give 4 stars. If I were to rate on her service alone it would have been 5 stars, heck even more if possible. She was absolutely amazing. She never let our drinks go empty and made sure we had plenty of bread and that our food came out perfect. I don't know Heather's last name, but the owners here need to make sure she gets something special, because she deserves it. I mean she literally made our evening fun and worth the wait. Heather told me she had moved here from California and for that alone she deserves something. I ordered 2 Hurricane's with the kicker shot in each, and the 6 oz Filet with mushrooms and onions and sweet potato loaded. We stood in line for 30 minutes. child checked in right before us they were seated and we stood in line while the hostess and I believe it was a manager was extremely rude to us saying 20 minutes ago you have to wait your 40 minutes there was no one in was no attempt to get us seated. They just kept saying you have to wait your allotted time. If there's no one waiting in line at the restaurant, why do we have to wait 40 minutes we will never be back. Always on point !!!! It hasn't always been this way but wowwww in the last year it has improved sooo much !!! It's consistent! That's all I ever wanted .and finally I can count on it to be that delicious hot and crave worthy food I always knew it was .Waitresses are always super friendly and attentive.But it's the cooks that need a raise .Steaks always cooked perfectly,chicken always juicy .sweet potatoes are creamy .And my favorite loaded broccoli! Checked in with staff and was quoted 50-60 minutes. Went inside to check on status after 55min. The host Matthew tries to say we were quoted an hour and 5-10 minutes. I Pulled up the text that confirms being placed on the waitlist and quoted the 50-60 minutes. Then he says well it be another 25 minutes, we're behind. I simply asked if there was anything that could be done to expedite the wait since we have a newborn and elderly man with us in the cold. This seems like I'm a cronic complainer. I promise you I'm not.....lol If you have anxiety this is not the place for you. We visisted family in Ohio and decided to take them to dinner. We've never been to TR before. We had a party of 11. It was a pretty long wait to get our table and an even longer wait to get our food. I was really dissapointed in the way they seated us. Half of us sat on one side of the area with 2 tables scrunched together and the other half of my family sat crossways in a seperate booth. They claimed they couldn't get us all together. Ummmm just grab another table and scrunch it up to the 2nd one maybe? Really not that hard. And plenty of room. But anyways we went with it because we were starving. I was a nervous wreck the entire time or I would have snapped more pics. The noise alone was making my teeth chatter. The music was blasting. It's supposed to be this way judging by the appearance of the place, I was just not expecting it being I had never been before. We couldn't even hear our waitress and she couldn't here us. We basically had to scream out our order. My food was great (only reason I gave 3 stars) but pricey for what we got. Mine was a steak and shrimp type combo and I got the rice and steamed veggies with it. I've been to plenty of steakhouses and at some paid almost half for the same stuff. My aunts potato was cold and old. The did replace it though. My other aunt didn't get her broccoli with the rest of her meal so by the time it came out the other items were getting cold. One of our glasses was also chipped around the rim. Not safe. Pretty easy to spot so not sure why they served it to us. The filet that was ordered at Medium came out rare, the waitress asked if we wanted one cooked medium well. No we just would like the steak to be cooked at medium and not come out rare. The steak was cut in half with intent for them to fire up a new steak and not bring out the same steak cooked higher. The server knew what was requested. Cooking a steak after it was cooked prior takes away from flavor and texture of how the steak should be. The so called manager came out with the same steak refired and said that is what they do because it's wasteful. We have visited this restaurant many times and it appears as though the service is going down hill. While my family and I were having a discussion at our table, she was to busy listening to our conversation instead of being professional and told us we could just not come back to the restaurant. First I wanna say this was my favorite restaurant hands down best place I thought for taste and price. But a month ago I got steak n shrimp. We ordered to go and when I got home the shrimp was missing. Talked to a rude male manager and he said he didn't think I should be replaced a full meal. Told him I didn't expect one just the shrimp. He said he would credit my name just for me to call to order a month later and there was no credit. Said I didn't order shrimp with my last meal. But I did remember receipt in hand arguing with manager to credit he said I had to order steak n shrimp next time it would be free the shrimp. One of the better chain steak restaurants. This location is always busy. They start you out with rolls and cinnamon butter. I typically get a ribeye medium well, baked potato and salad. The cut was very thin but cooked correctly. I question that it was a 10oz steak but it did have good flavor. The menu also has chicken, ribs, appetizers and sides. The service was very good despite them being so busy. We called ahead for preferred seating on New Years Eve. I would recommend calling ahead if you plan on eating here any night between 4pm and 6pm. So far this is the best Texas Road Establishment. We were the last customers of the day entering around 10:40pm. We were treated promptly and no rush to eat even as the restaurant closed at 11pm. My sirloin steak was cooked to order and it was tender and juicy = perfect! I had five grilled shrimp on the barbie paired with fresh veggies and a baked sweet potato. I had unsweetened tea to drink and was given four complimentary to-go cups of unsweetened tea so they didn't have to throw out the day's tea. Our waitress did an exceptional job and the manager on staff was also courteous and helpful. I will definitely return to this location when I'm in the Cincinnati area. read more

My partner and I rarely have issues at this location. We honestly love going here. Their steaks are always cooked to the perfect temperature as ordered. We like our steaks Medium, and they always are. Their strawberry Daquries are to die for, pricey, but worth it! I reccomend this place everytime their is a family outing. Keep it up guys! read more
