Jesse from JC showed up with a great attitude and unfortunately didn't have the heavy tow capacity for our super tall truck camper. He did call his dad, the owner and they were able to suggest a local diesel mechanic that could help and close enough for them to be able to tow us there. Jesse showed up within minutes of this being scheduled and safely towed us to their recommended mechanic. Dropped us safely and within three hours we were on the road and with a very reasonable price from their suggested mechanic. They arrived early in the morning, on time, and ready to tow my truck. He was quick, efficient, took great care of my vehicle. The process took about 10 minutes, no paper work, and we were on our way to the repair shop. We met Alex at our destination in about 15 minutes.
