Another employee refunded me and apologized, while the woman with longish dark hair who rang me up avoided the situation and went to the back. On a separate visit, my boyfriend bought a few items. His total was around $15 and some change, and he paid with four $5 bills ($20 total). He should've received about $4 and some change back, but instead was only given coins. When he questioned it, the same cashier insisted he hadn't paid that amount and even said she would check the cameras. She later came back saying no one was available to help, but then gave him the correct change anyway. At this point, it feels like more than just a simple mistake.
