So we are here waiting to be seated, with a fancy text back service, looking at the menu on Yelp and it does not pull up, 404 error code :( . Doesn't appear that busy, this place is absolutely filthy. Floors are trashed, booths have visible food laying around, empty cups and plates, junk on floor. Hire a busser to knock those tables and floors out seriously! So ordered fried pickle appetizer, 3 for $4. Well what came out was one pickle in three long wedges. Underwhelming and not $4 of value. Next was Jumbo wings, what came out, regular wings. Teriyaki sauce was weak honey BBQ, come on? With the filth on the floor and a weak overpriced wing and appetizer, why would I choose this ever again. They have the TVs and tech but forgot the basics - Did I mention the place was FILTHY! Got here at 1p.m and told a 1-2 hour wait when there was about 6 tables open. Watched three other families walk in and get sat. Asked the Host how long and we would be willing to sit at different tables for our party since there were tables open. He told me they were short a person and that why they weren't sitting those tables. Another family walks in and he literally sits them at one of the tables he told me they weren't seating. After waiting an hour and a half and seeing this unorganized handling we just decided to leave. I wasn't going to post anything but I just received a text at 4:30 that a spot was about to open up for us and it just renewed everything. Don't think me or my family will ever be back here. We ended up going to Hoot's off 121 and cheek-sparger. They're new so we tried them out. No wait, wings in 15 minutes, and customer service was phenomenal. Must try. The place is busy for a Thursday. We ordered the 2 monster boneless wings basket and 2 extra order of waffle sides. My husband also ordered an alcoholic beverage. We used to love the food but now it's mediocre. It seems that they have altered the recipe for manganero because it has become hotter. When our food was served there were waffle sides. We sat and waited for about 15 minutes and watched 6 servers and hostesses stand around chatting without a care in the world. We left before as we had no desire to be ignored much longer. Atmosphere was nice however service sucked. At one time I counted 6 people standing at hostess podium talking and another 5 talking by the kitchen entrance and 3 spell bound in a trance watching the TV. I've been to this Pluckers many times in the past. Although it's been good in the past, I've always thought the lunch was a bit pricy. The price seems to increase at faster rates than other restaurants. I typically get the boneless lunch. At $11 you receive the following. Three wings and some waffle fries. Clarification: 3 wings, one which was the size of my pinky and I don't have large hands. The waffle fries amounted to about 5 or 6. Based on what I've seen, they reduced the plate size to make it look like the plate is full. The bill came and I noticed that the price for the lunch said $11.25. I said to the server, it's not a huge deal but the bill price is more than the menu price. "That's because you got two flavors sir." Oh, I didn't realize this was a new charge as I've been doing it every since I've been coming here. So their lunch, by the time tax and tip is added, is pushing $15. And that's if you have water. I basically got a three piece chicken strip meal from Chick-fil-a but paid double the price. At least chick fil a will throw in the drink. So I'm thinking, if you are now becoming the restaurant that nickels and dimes little things that cost you nothing, I want no part of it. See ya Pluckers, read more

Came here five years ago and it was terrible. Tried it again two years ago. It was terrible. Gave it another chance today. Terrible. Food came out before my drinks. Went to the bar and ran my own. No silverware. Went to the host stand for it. No music. TV so faded I couldn't watch the game. Some guy shouting over the PA playing some illegible game. This place is bad. Stay away. read more

First time to a Pluckers establishment as it was recommended by a coworker. The wait upon arrival was approximately 30 minutes, reasonable for a weekend at dinner time for 2 people. It was much shorter, however. The waitress was pleasant and took our drink and appetizer order. The time between then and receiving them was a little lengthy but it was pretty busy. Our food order took over 40 minutes. The waitress comes by to inform us that they messed up our order and had to remake it. Another waiting period. We eventually get our food and it was mediocre at best. The bakers gold sauce is probably the best suggestion my coworker made because the place has pretty poor service. They attempted to make up for it by comping one of our entrees but with the purchase of an appetizer which we normally wouldn't do, it was equivalent to what we would typically spend. But I'm glad we did because of the 1+ wake for food. read more

If customer service isn't your thing but you like good wings then this is definitely the place for you. When you walk in and no one greets you between 3 hostesses and a floor manager then the only thing you can expect to be worse is the food. Thankfully the wings here are awesome, even if it takes 10 minutes for your server to ask what you want to drink. I love pluckers but usually everything about the place in terms of service sucks and this location is no different. Frankly put, no one here gives a shit about your experience. but if I had to pick anyone to be my server it'd be the bartenders because every time I've been here the bartenders are always making sure my drink and food orders are filled in a timely manner. You know what, make those guys the managers and get rid of the guy managing that's just here to hit on 16 year old hosts at the front desk. read more

Food was good, environment was lively, and service was good from everyone except our waitress, Cesaly. Not sure if we caught her on a bad night or what but she was downright rude. Wouldn't ask for our orders, just stood there and waited for us to say something. She forgot part of our order, and when we asked if that food was coming she made it seem like we never ordered it. She checked her notepad and realized we did order it and just said "oh" and walked away to go put the order in. She was rushing us the whole time as well. I've been a Pluckers fan for a while, usually going to the one on Greenville. However, this location in Grapevine seriously disappointed. 1. When we ordered, we wanted to get the wing combo with a side and asked for boneless wings, which our waitress told us was no problem. What she neglected to mention is that it is a completely different dish altogether and would cost $3 extra. They were much too large anyway, and we only finished 3 out of the 4, so that was food and money wasted. 2. We came for the happy hour drinks and we each got one of the Toxic Teas. They were both extremely watery and the Raspberry one had a sickly sweet artificial cherry medicine flavor. 3. Our waitress was pretty negligent, and on several occasions, we had to ask a different server for assistance because our waitress never walked by our area. 4. Finally, I got food poisoning from the food. The entire night, I felt so nauseous and this morning, my body decided that it needed to expel this nasty chicken. Will never be coming back to this location, and will tell everyone to do the same. read more
