Other than that, buddies chicken wings were colder than Josh Hamilton in his last season with the Rangers. He had buffalo and BBQ. This was at 12:30pm, maybe lunch time isn't the time to come? Lol. By the looks of everyone around us, a salad is the only thing worth ordering here. Waffle fries were absolutely awful, cold and hard. A few fries had a moldy green texture and look. Really disappointed in this location. My uncle came from Memphis and we wanted him to try a new wing place. We decided on pluckers. The pictures speak for themselves. Literally only giving 5 stars because this is the FIRST time we have had exceptional service at a Pluckers. We walked in and were promptly seated, our waiter, Dru, instantly asked us what we wanted to drink (and he got our food order as well since we were very hungry!). He was quick, attentive, friendly. I have zero complaints and this is coming from someone who always has complaints . Our food was so fresh and hot that we were confused since we have NEVER had wings and fries that were still warm! Lol! Our drinks were regularly refilled, and he even asked if we wanted to go orders. Pluckers staff- this is the example of a model employee that should be training others... this is the service that you should have from all your staff (and for sure, I can guarantee you don't). read more

Apps are great (pluckers club is a great perk), drinks are large, service is generally good, and the TVs are prolific. Only gripe we sometimes have is they sometimes have the TVs going too loud. We've been to this Pluckers so many times and are even part of the rewards club. Tonight left us not wanting to come back again. We came specifically to watch several college football games at once and the main dining room had all we needed. We were seated in the back room where there was only 1 game on all TVs. We asked twice to change specific TVs to other games. The manager never cared. Our server Lilly was great and tried but we watched the manager walk around and barely do anything but was "too busy" to change the channels for over an hour. They have the big boy size beers here (34 ounce) so enjoy. Their wings are large and meaty. So good with their waffle fries.
