One of my hot water heaters died. I have a home warranty plan and Kirk from Plumb & Order to take a look at it. It had to be replaced, which wasn't cheap though thankfully the warranty paid for the new heater. When they replaced it, they discovered that the pipe to the roof was closed off which means that the heater had been spewing carbon monoxide into my attic for who know how long. It took some doing, but Wyatt was able to get onto the roof and unjam it. They didn't charge me a penny for the extra work! I highly recommend them. read more

When they checked out my leak outside they really didn't seem to know what the problem was, had to call the boss and then quoted me a lot of money per hour. We hired Plumb & Order to perform a standard hot water heater flush after a few years of neglect due to black deposits forming in our tubs. The technician informed us that the deposits were from the heater and that replacement was needed. We knew this was a likely cause based on age and the sub-par reputation of the heater brand (Eff Bradford White). We agreed to the replacement. They were able to accommodate the replacement that day. Note that our heater is in the attic which required removing the attic ladder and trim. Were they the cheapest? Probably not. However, they knocked it out in way day and I cannot tell that the attic ladder nor trim were disturbed. Fast forward a couple of months. I'm out of town for work and my wife discovers a slab leak on a weekend. She calls Plumb & Order based on our previous positive interaction. They get us lined up for an early Monday morning appointment and immediately bypassed the slab leak. In addition, they set us up with a company to perform the water mitigation that subsequently is performing the repairs from the slab leak. Overall we had an excellent experience with Plumb & Order and they will be first on our list for plumbing needs from here on out. read more

We had an aging water heater that we had serviced about a year ago. This spring it stopped working again. After a poor experience with another local company (they didn't even do diagnostics - just stood there and speculated about what might be wrong), we called Plumb & Order. They came out same day and did a quick and easy repair, basically the same thing we had done by someone else last year. We asked for a replacement estimate but thought we might get another 6 months before having to do anything. Nope - two months later it gave up the ghost. Highly recommend! I had really low water pressure in my kitchen sink and I had another plumbing company come out to "fix" it. They told me it would be the same cost to replace the faucet as it would to blow out the lines to find the blockage. Since that plumber made the water pressure worse trying to assess the issue, I decided to contact someone else. Plumb and Order answered the phone after hours and was able to give me a general quote over the phone. We got an appt set up and they showed up on time and fixed my problem for half of what the other company had quoted. He also took a look at my water heater and gave me a quote to replace it which was half of what I had been quoted by another company 6 months ago. The leak was hard to locate initially as the builder and/or former homeowners left a disconnected pipe that became a problem once we bought a fridge with water line. Plumb & Order literally saved our house! We actually called them to get a second opinion and thank goodness we did because the first vendor said we needed to tunnel under our home foundation to fix the broken main pipe (we had a toilet that was backing out and mud/dirt was present which led to the conclusion that the pipe was broken). The first vendor said it was going to cost us 5 figures and couldn't even locate where the pipe was broken because he did not bring a camera to look inside the pipe!! Then Kirk with Plumb & Order came to the rescue! He brought all the right tools including a camera and within an hour located the broken area in the pipe! Then he gave us a couple of options for moving forward which were exploratory but would at least give us more information so we know what steps to take next. So he did a little digging around the cleanout to see if the broken pipe situation is something he can fix. It took less than 2 hours for him to give us a firm answer and ultimately he was able to fix the pipe the same day. My husband and I are so happy we found Plumb & Order. Wyatt came out to fix my kitchen drain that wasn't proper height due to installation of a deeper sink that was done by another business. It involved cutting through back of cabinet to replumb and reconnect drain at the proper height in conjunction with the clean out line on outside wall. Luckily, he managed not to disturb any of the limestone rock on outside wall, in the process. He also found a small leak in the line to the dishwasher and fixed that as well. He was a very polite young man and was properly attired with mask and shoe covers. The installation was top notch and at a very fair price. We were having a problem with our water pressure so after google showed me how to break the pressure regulator these guys came out in less than an hour after 6 pm on a weeknight and fixed it. They dug up the regulator. Replaced it and the owner cut off. They checked everything, cleaned all the faucet screens even the clothes washer. Everything just like new. He got in the car and drove from Hutto to Cedar Park. another company was called but they told me they wouldn't be there until the next day. Kirk from Plum an order came immediately. When he got there he was careful to wear a mask and booties and keep social distance during this pandemic. He was extremely professional but also very kind.
