Here's the review I provided for Plumb & Order on my Facebook page: Austin friends, I just wanted to offer a plumber recommendation, in case you should need one. The company, Plumb & Order, had a good review on one of our local groups and in a Reddit thread I reviewed. We needed a new water heater. I called Monday and they scheduled us right away - and even offered to come the same day. There was no charge for the visit to look at and provide us with a quote, which was completely different from everything else I was seeing in the reviews I was reading. While their estimate was quite a bit more than the last time our water heater was replaced - because my husband did it himself (!) - it was over 30% less than the lowest quote we had already been provided. Because the price was so good and with the good reviews I'd already seen, we scheduled them to do the work. They came out yesterday. They were on time, ready to work, friendly and knowledgeable, and the work was done by noon. I was surprised to learn they actually are based out of Round Rock. Not once did they flinch at coming all the way to far southwest Austin. So if you are in the greater Austin area and need a plumber, I highly recommend you consider Plumb & Order. (P.S. One of our outside water faucets broke and started spraying water ...just as we are about to head out on a 3 day trip. We connected with P&O through PreFix, our home repair manager. They walked us through turning off the master valve. We provided them with pictures of the issues and to come thee next day since with the main valve shut, and us being out of town, it was not critical. The next day, they reached out to us to let us know they were on their way. Even sent us a link so we can track them in real time. Wyatt was assigned the case and he called us right away when he go to our home . He explained the issue and walked us through the work he was going to be doing. The faucet/tube broke clean almost flush with our brick wall. We were either expecting an expensive fix or having to cap the pipe. What was able to install a new faucet, without touching the brick. He even closed an open pipe that was near it, making the whole areat look great. Nice touch! These guys and gals are awesome, courteous, prompt and very competent. Awesome guys and great service!! I had a horrible odor coming from under my kitchen sink, saw these guys as highly recommended on the Nextdoor app, so I called to book an appt on a Thursday but they weren't going to be able to make it out until Tuesday. I got on the books with them, but unfortunately, I'm impatient and was so tired of the horrific smell so I had another plumbing company come out. A total waste of time and money! He literally did nothing but smell under the sink and tell me he would have to come back with a camera and I would have to pay another dispatch fee. Absolutely not! Plumb and Order came out on Tuesday, as scheduled, with ALL of the necessary equipment they needed to find the problem, and they did not leave until they did! They were super thorough and continued to provide updates about what they were doing. He even left to buy more smoke bombs to see where a possible broken pipe was and he came right back. Our handyman service recommended Plumb & Order when we had a drain clog they couldn't handle. They scheduled us and gave us a call when they were able to squeeze us in earlier than expected. They were efficient and nice, so I asked them for a quote for a pressure reducing valve, which we'd been needing. It was much better than the two other quotes we'd gotten, so I scheduled the installation. What do you know but another drain gets clogged shortly before someone comes to install the PRV. I ask if he can take a look even though I'm sure he has other jobs to get to, and he gives it a solid shot and doesn't charge me when he can't get it. They get someone else out the next week with the big guns who takes care of it, and doesn't charge us for scoping the drain with a camera since that didn't end up helping. All in all everyone from there has been super nice, good at what they do, reasonable to schedule, and prices have been fair! read more

My mother's house needed extensive repairs in the attic due to the big freeze in mid February 2021. Kirk and Wyatt came to her house the same day that I contacted Megan. This fast of a response was Amazing since there were so many broken pipes in the Round Rock and Pflugerville area. All Plumbers were very busy /at capacity during this time. Kirk and Wyatt worked diligently and were able to complete all of the repairs by end of next day. I needed a new kitchen faucet and sprayer I purchased on Amazon installed. I was going to have the disposal replaced because it had made such a racket for the last year. The plumber listened to it and said he could save it. He reached down into the disposal and pulled out a small, soft plastic piece. Turned it on and now it purrs like a kitten. There was no charge. I was able to send the new disposal back to Amazon. I'm super pleased with the service. They are now my go to plumbers. I had tried to contact my 2 standby plumbing companies. One never answered. We've now had Plumb & Order out for three different jobs. One was a stopped-up tub in our house's main bathroom. One was re-mounting toilets (including the flanges in the floor) after a flooring install in an old rental of mine. One was a re-attach/repair of a spigot for the back yard that had been broken off. At the time we were on a very tight budget and all seemed lost. Took a chance and called Plumb & Order. We own ToddPilates & Barre Fitness studio and we need quick service when our toilets are out of order. We had a leak in the tank, that forced us to turn the water off and wait for it to be serviced. Once the slab team arrived they assessed the issue and stood by their quote. Here comes the good part. Nate the technician shown up on time, and quickly got into action. He diagnosed the issue, explained it to us, and started fixing right away. I was really happy with my experience. I am a landlord living in another city and they were very understanding about that. I sometimes have trouble with that. I left an email asking for service to replace a garbage disposal in the evening and they called me first thing in the morning. They were out there that same day!
