I put in a service request for a backed up tub and toilet and Bryan responded very quickly. After discussing my situation over the phone he was on his way and arrived in under an hour. Upon arriving, he had a hunch it was the main line that needed to be snaked and got right to it. Bryan's was the best for the following reasons. I had already run a 25-foot snake through the drain without success. Bryan did not offer just the snake but a chain service. He was prepared to run a jet clean-out service if the chain failed. It was a regular service call for him, he just knew exactly what he was doing. Not sure what happened...But we set up an appointment with Bryan. He was supposed to come and fix our plumbing problem, as we have set the appointment for that. However, he never came. Then I called and texted, 30 minutes after the appointed time, no answer. No returning of phone call or text either. It's rare to find good plumbers. The Good: - Bryan was upfront and honest. Told me that 95% of the cost was his labor. Which is understandable considering how many years it took him to get to his level. - Was the quickest to respond (same day). - Found the problem and and showed me. Most plumbers just talk. - Cleaned up well after himself. Also took off shoes when coming into the house. - 24 hours! The Bad: - Nothing. Other notables: I would highly recommend him. Excellent service! Bryan was so nice, upfront and I felt HONEST!! Had a toilet back up and on a holiday day too boot! His response callback time was within 10 minutes and he was at my house within an hour. I've had this same issue before and that plumber gave me some BS story and way over-charged me. Bryan didn't do that and used the small clean out (outside) first and if that didn't take care of the issue, he would have to pull the toilet; which can be costly. I contacted Brian with an ask to replace my old waterheater tank on Sunday morning and at 2.30 pm he was at my house with a spare in his van. Very responsive knowledgeable and professional demeanor. The drain valve on my old waterheater broke and there was no way to connect a water hose to the tank to drain it. Brian was able to create a solution on the spot to minimize the water damage to my garage which I am very thankful for. Our experience with Bryan was SO wonderful! I sent an inquiry, by the following morning, we were on the phone, and by the end of the week he was working on our issue. He is prompt, he is fair, and he is incredibly genuine -- the nicest guy ever. Our project originally consisted of plastering up a small hole behind our water heater (where we've had some unwanted pests entering the house). When Bryan pulled the water heater out, he showed us that this "small" hole was actually gigantic. He also took note of some issues with our current (dated and discontinued) water heater. The job was originally done (some 13 years ago) by someone who is not a plumber, so naturally Bryan was able to see EVERYTHING that was done incorrectly, and unsafely. He didn't push us one way or the other, he delivered the facts as well as his opinion, and in the end, we replaced the whole unit. And he did a beautiful job with everything (so much so, our exterminator working on our pest issue mentioned how excellent the work was). We were so pleased with our experience... but most especially working with Bryan. I am so confused. The plumber I was in contact with was very friendly and agreed to come look at my problem after business hours for an additional cost because they were booked up. When he was outside the gate of my housing community I spoke to him on the phone again to give him gate code instructions. He said he was unloading his tools and would be right in. If I could give Bryan 10 stars I would. I had a slow pin hole water leak that I procrastinated on dealing with for a while because initially I thought it was a caulking issue from a shower upstairs and then we had guests visting and used the bedroom. As a first time home owner I was prepared for a very expensive and trying experience. I submitted a quote request on Yelp. Bryan called me right back. While other companies couldn't see me for 1-2 days, Bryan came over the same day ~8pm at night and we were not his last job that day! He cut into the ceiling and diagnosed we did have a leak but it's source was the fire sprinker system leak that also corroded the regular copper pipes but unfortunately it requires a special licenses to fix the fire sprinkler pipe. He took his time to explain the issue and show me the problem with a flash light. He charged me a very reasonable price for coming over and diagnosing the issue and did not charge extra for the late same day visit. One thing that is different about Bryan is he quotes for the job not by the hour and his rates are great. Once the fire sprinker leak was repaired he came back the next day, quoted me a very fair price to repair two corroded copper pipes and replace a Moen hot / cold water valve. It ended up taking a lot longer to complete than expected because the water took a long time to drain from the pipes. Bryan did not try to charge me more. He's a very professional, hard working, has a great attitude, and does good work for a great price. You can't ask for anything more! I highly recommend Bryan and will be recommending him to my neighbors and friends, and will be using him for any future plumbing needs. read more
