It had to go through the driveway to get to the main line in the front yard. They were the second estimate and we had instant connection. Their estimate was much more pocket friendly and they have a machine that can get the pipe underground so your driveway doesn't have to be broken apart and redone. All in all very friendly and respectful crew that finished in a very timely fashion. For small jobs and the occasional big plumbing job that we all end up having these guys are 5 star all the way. When you have a plumbing issue, the Plumbing Buddies should be your first phone call. I first called a major plumbing company for a toilet issue after trying to change the toilet wax. They told me they have to jackhammer the concrete in my bathroom to fix a pipe, which would of cost $1400-1600. I called other plumbers and they just said the same thing over the phone. Called Plumbing Buddies and told Mike the situation. At first, he told me how much it would cost to jackhammer the concrete and fix the pipe, and I thought now I have to decide who to pick to temporarily destroy my bathroom. Mike called me back 15 minutes later and said he doesn't think it is necessary to do that much work and came out to look at the problem. When Mike saw it, he told me he is 95% sure he can fix it for a fraction of the cost. Going from $1400 to a few hundred bucks, I said let's do it, without hesitation. Well our 20-year old water heater finally took a turn for the worst today, and I found Plumbing Buddies here on Yelp. They were local to me, and had a great rating. I've had great luck lately choosing from Yelp, so I took a chance and gave them a call. I'm glad I did!! Jeremy answered my call right away and we discussed my project, cost, and timeline. We scheduled a time to install a new tankless water heater, which luckly was the same day!! I got a confirmation email and text, then got another text when they were on their way, then got a final one when they were around the corner. I loved it--very "Uber Like"!!
