We had flooding inside the house due to our sewer line. We had other plumbing companies that came in trying to upsell us and rip us off. I had Jeremy come in and he showed us the actual problem with the camera underground live and he provided us with a copy too via USB drive. At the end of the day, we paid half of what we were quoted from other companies. The problem was solved. The day of service Jeremy and his team came on time and updated me through out the all day. It had to go through the driveway to get to the main line in the front yard. They were the second estimate and we had instant connection. Their estimate was much more pocket friendly and they have a machine that can get the pipe underground so your driveway doesn't have to be broken apart and redone. I called them and left a message and with in five minutes I got a call back I informed them of my problem and that I had attempted and failed to repair it myself and they said that they could repair it. When you have a plumbing issue, the Plumbing Buddies should be your first phone call. I first called a major plumbing company for a toilet issue after trying to change the toilet wax. They told me they have to jackhammer the concrete in my bathroom to fix a pipe, which would of cost $1400-1600. I called other plumbers and they just said the same thing over the phone. Called Plumbing Buddies and told Mike the situation. At first, he told me how much it would cost to jackhammer the concrete and fix the pipe, and I thought now I have to decide who to pick to temporarily destroy my bathroom. Mike called me back 15 minutes later and said he doesn't think it is necessary to do that much work and came out to look at the problem. When Mike saw it, he told me he is 95% sure he can fix it for a fraction of the cost. Going from $1400 to a few hundred bucks, I said let's do it, without hesitation.
