I don't know about you, but I like to support businesses of kind and hard working Americans. I would not support their business. I don't think it's good business to cuss out 17 year olds for no reason from your truck with your business info on it. The behavior exerted by the people in this car was obscene and uncalled for. Their truck was behind my sister's car, who was waiting to make a right turn at a stop sign. The space in the most right lane was occupied so she was waiting to turn. I'm a Ladera Ranch home owner. This company did the plumbing for the original construction. The workmanship is a disaster. Just yesterday I had to have my house side main pipe repaired. When it was dug up we found one elbow with no glue on it. One of the neighbors whose been here the whole time has dozens of stories of plumbing repairs on our street that equate to F-grade work. This costs us money, this costs us time, we go through periods at time without water while things are repaired. It's heart breaking that there are people out here that do their profession this poorly, reducing others quality of life, and are somehow how still out in the marketplace. read more

Do NOT use this company!! The do NOT stand behind their work and have the worst customer service!! Standard Pacific Homes used them as the plumbing contract for all the homes in my subdivision. 2 years out of my warranty the main water line in my house breaks and they diagnosis it as a fitting issue that is "common" in my area. They refuse to fix because I'm out of warranty! While I totally understand the warranty issue, I strongly feel that a main water line should last more than 12 years and they should honor their work!!! In fact, i feel the water main should almost out last the house! The topper... they quoted me $1850 - $3000 to fix the issue. Getting it done tomorrow for $675 by an HONEST plumber!!!! Run away from these clowns as fast as u can! Google their company name ... Update: They quoted me 2 guys 8hrs each to repair the main line. It was repaired in 5 hrs by ONE guy!! These guys installed the plumbing for an out of business builder John Liang in Tustin. Well every single bathroom in my house and my neighbors instead of building the phalange long enough to reach the toilet they cut corners and put two to three wax seals to connect the toilet. Talk about lazy. You normally put one. That caused leaks etc. to have the guts to put your name on new construction and do such shoddy work and cut corners is inexcusable. Thank you for saving my life again. A few years ago it was the dishwasher. This time the water heater leaked, caused mold damage and finally the pilot light went out, and we had no hot water. On a Saturday, they responded in less than an hour. Then I couldn't find anyone to address the mold. They recommended a company that worked with us well. We woke up to a sink full of standing water in our kitchen this morning. Plumbing Concepts was the company that installed all the plumbing for our builder years ago, so they've been my go-to for years now. But this was the first call I've had to make out of warranty. I called just after 7am and someone got back to me within an hour. Luckily, they were able to accommodate us the same day at a very reasonable price. They found the problem and fixed it in under 30 minutes. Martin was extremely professional and just a nice guy. My sink (and kitchen) is back up and running in time for dinner. Thank you! read more

Just like most of the disappointed customers who posted reviews here, we would give ZERO stars if we could. Terrible plumbing, terrible customer service, and refusal to stand behind their work and honor warranty on faulty installations. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! It costed us $$$ to repair their messes at our home. We had a few extremely disappointing experiences with this company. Here are only some of them: 1. Our home (which we bought from the builder after several years of being used as a model home) had the initial plumbing done by Plumbing Concepts, and the entire plumbing was messed up to the point where the warm water system was improperly installed and we were not getting warm water at any faucet (only lukewarm!!) unless waiting for 20 minutes or longer. Two home inspectors and two independent plumbers documented the multiple installation issues. When we moved in, we had to bring another plumber who had to work for several days to reinstall all the faulty piping, and we finally got hot water!! He also had to install a new recirculation pump (Grundfos) because the one installed by Plumbing Concepts was cut off from the line (!!!) and also improperly installed. 2. The only fixture where the hot water didn't get fixed right away by the repair work done by our own plumber was the faucet at the kitchen island. Plumbing Concepts came over and recommended we install a second recirculation pump (!!!!???!!!) at the kitchen island. We followed their advice and allowed them to install a second Grundfos pump (!!!!) at the kitchen, which was now conflicting with the other Grundfos recirculation pump installed in the garage by the tankless water heaters. By adding this second Grundfos recirculation pump under the sink (Enovative system), it was now working AGAINST the other recirc pump and creating a mess!!! We were now getting cold water at the warm water faucet and warm water at the cold water faucet!!!! Had to bring another plumber to clean up this new mess. This plumber was in SHOCK and DISBELIEF that a plumbing company in their right mind would install A SECOND GRUNDFOS RECIRCULATION PUMP on the same system!!! All our plumber had to do was to REMOVE the second Grundfos pump from under the sink, clean up their mess, and things are now finally working again and we have hot water!! The pump was uninstalled and returned to Enovative through our own efforts. 3. More recently, Plumbing Concepts struck again!!! All fixtures and faucets at our home were installed by them initially. A couple months ago, two faucets started leaking. We obtained the cartridges ourselves via Manufacturer's warranty, bought the cartridge replacement tool ourselves, and paid Plumbing Concepts $$$ to come over to replace the old cartridges with the new ones. The installation lasted for 6 minutes however the charge was $139. However due to a faulty installation, after they were done replacing the cartridges THERE WAS EXTREMELY LOW PRESSURE AT THE FAUCET. THE SOLUTION THEY "OFFERED" WAS TO TELL US TO REMOVE THE O-RING at the cartridge they just replaced. After we followed their instruction and removed the O-ring, the faucet now started leaking. Just like everything with this company, they "fix" one thing only to mess up another. We sent over TEN EMAILS AND CALLS DESCRIBING THE ISSUE and asking them to come back and fix the faulty installation, however they bluntly REFUSE to come back and provide warranty on the faulty installation. Their customer service staff is telling us something, then their "big sheriff" Doug Moore decides something completely different from what the other staff are telling us, and he does whatever he pleases. They have an OBN (old boys network) relationship with the builder so they cover up each other's messes. After all these messes (and a couple more!) caused by Plumbing Concepts at our home, that we have been repairing since we moved in, at our own expense, we are finally at the end of our rope. Update May 16, 2018: On a positive note, Plumbing Concepts has brought a new head of customer service, Thomas (Tommy). He has already contacted us and came over to the home to assess the previous work done here. We truly appreciate the fact that Thomas cares enough about his customers to reach out and attempt to fix things. This is a great initiative and Thomas is a great asset to Plumbing Concepts. Although this cannot help us any longer as it is a bit too late for us, we sincerely hope that hiring Thomas will bring a breath of fresh air to this business and improve overall quality. Additionally, Lori has always been a pleasure to work with. Great customer service and follow up, professional and responsive. Lori is a true pleasure to work with! read more

Had plumbing concepts come out to look at a 3-year old tankless heater they installed in my new home. They charged me $138 to "inspect" the unit which consisted of taking the panel off and looking at it with a flashlight for five minutes. Determined the whole unit needs to be replaced (the hardware is under warranty) and that the labor will be $350. They don't apply the inspection fee to the labor so for them to replace my fully warranted heater they want to charge $488.00. Since i have no reason to use them for the replacement. I've cancelled the order to replace and will go with someone else. Nice business model Plumbing Concepts. read more

We had a slow leak coming from the bottom of the wall in our garage. Contacted Lori at Plumbing Concepts a little after 8:00 a.m. on a Monday morning and told her about the problem. She said she would get someone out right away, let me know the cost for the first hour of work excluding parts and said I would receive a text when the technician was close. I received a text within an hour showing me that the technician was dispatched, who my technician was (including photo), and a number to call if I needed to reschedule. Felipe arrived shortly after the text, identified the leak areas and where he would need to check to find the leak, and went over the cost estimate exactly as Lori had described. He quickly located the source of the leak in the wall, showed me the problem, what he needed to do to fix it, how much time it would take and how the cost compared to the estimate. I gave the go ahead and he didn't everything as he said and fixed the problem quickly. Felipe not only prepped the area he worked in with plastic sheeting, but he cleaned up everything after so it was cleaner than when he started.
