This company is a joke!! They came out to my mothers house who past away and we were selling her house. The buyers wanted to have all the plumbing checked out in the home before purchasing. After plumbing method did there inspection they wrote up a estimate for $47,804.85 stated that all the plumbing in the house needed to be replaced that that would be the cost to fix it. After there report was sent to the buyers they tried to have us split the cost of the plumbing repairs or they were not going to buy the home. After seeing this estimate i was very angry because my parents have had this home since it was built and they never had any severe plumbing issues. We decided to call out another plumbing company to give us a second opinion and after there assessment they only found that there was a minor root intrusion in the front yard which they ended up fixing for $1600. They dug up the main sewer after camera inspecting and locating the effected area and install a new 3 foot repair with a two way clean out and hydrojetted the main line to clear out all the debri that had built up over the years. Thank god we didn't lose the sell do to there rediculous estimate. You guys suck!! And are only out to take advantage of people. I hope you guys lose tons of business from this and that people realize how awful of a company you are. read more

Wouldn't you know it...it's Friday night and America is being told to hunker down because of Coronavirus and my tankless water heater stops working. I reached out to a few plumbers and Cori from Plumbing Method texted back within a few minutes. After describing the problem over the phone, he was ready and willing to come out and be here within the hour. We scheduled for the next morning and Cori was on time and assured us we'd be up and running with hot water within a few hours. As it turned out, our 12-year old unit could have been fixed, but not worth it just so it could die again in a few months. I was pleasantly surprised when Cori gave me a cost to replace the unit and have the current cost applied to the install the new one...no brainer. We got the unit and Cori and Anthony came back later that afternoon and did a super quality job at a fair price...I work in construction myself so and pretty picky about quality work. Plumbing Method did a 5-star job on my shower. Their response time was impressively quick and they were very efficient throughout the process. I had an issue of calcium buildup in the pipes / with my shower cartridge - and they actually replaced the copper pipes with top-of-the-line PEX piping. Given CA's poor water quality, this meant a lot to me as a customer because they were not only fixing my issue, they were also using premium materials. As a homeowner I've had plenty of issues with my pipes, but I can confidently recommend Plumbing Method to fellow homeowners. P.S. - the reason I asked Plumbing Method to come out for my consultation is because they were the only plumbing company willing to provide an initial estimate. Very refreshing to have a company be so transparent and cooperative throughout the process. Need more like them! Unfortunately, our regular plumber couldn't make it. Luckily I found Method plumbing business card and spoke to Anita. Right away, I addressed the issue we are having. She immediately responded and recommend to send her plumber to rectify the issue. I recently had service done at my home, and I was 100% satisfied. There was a Jetter cleaning service performed on my kitchen sink drain line due to grease. I was unaware that the drains were so bad. Cori evaluated the situation in my home when my sink was backing up, and gave me my possible options to resolve my problem. The jetter cleaning was for sure the best option. We had a severe washing machine drain flood at our rental property and it flooded 2 adjacent rooms down to the bottom bedroom. It was so stressful and needed to mitigate the damage right away. Everyone love a happy ending, well here's mine. I hired Plumbing Method to change out some shower handles and the didn't show up. When I spoke to Cori, he explained to me he had to fire a few of his workers today causing him to pick up the slack. I was upset at first but decided to give him another chance. The water clean up from the flood was also done the same night and a containment was set up to further dry the water so no further damage was done to prevent mold and mildew.
