It's a very small store that caters to a certain type of clientele. Their products are shipped directly from Hawaii and fresh.

The presentation was beautiful, but what really stood out was the incredible variety of cheeses, cured meats, and thoughtfully selected accoutrements. Every section of the board offered something different; from rich, creamy cheeses to bold, aged varieties, complemented by fresh fruit, crackers, spreads, and other perfectly paired additions. The value was exceptional for the price. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the portion size was far more generous than we anticipated. Our team was impressed by how much food was included and how well it accommodated our group. It provided plenty of variety to satisfy different tastes and dietary preferences, making it a centerpiece that everyone enjoyed. For anyone planning an office gathering, team celebration, or special event, I highly recommend Cured & Whey. Their attention to detail, premium ingredients, and generous portions make them a fantastic choice. We will definitely be ordering from them again for future events!

I also enjoy sampling some delicious cheeses. The menu does occasionally change a little and some seasonal items pop up. This store is larger than Japan Creek Market in Henderson and has a larger food menu. There are about 5 aisles. Service: order your bento box with the cashier, then do some shopping while they make it. I had the Deluxe Bento with salmon (salt) and chicken karaage which was way too much food. Next time I'll get the regular bento. They also had some already prepared bluefin tuna negitoro bowl which looked good. Ambiance: there is a small room with a few tables and chairs near the anime area so you can eat your food there or take it to go. There is also a clean bathroom. It's a bit far for us, but will try again when in the area.

Affordable and authentically homemade. Everything tastes as good as it looks and food portions are huge. Cashier is a very nice lady and the man packing the foods up is helpful. The market isn't located in a popular spot, so it's very easy to miss when passing by, but the old lot still has this hidden gem. There's a gift store inside now. The microwave and trash bin along with tables and chairs are inside the gift store section. Clean look. Aisles are organized. Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box $11.99 is still very good and fulfilling. Tonkatsu Pork Plate $11 is still unbeatable. It may take a while to wait for your order since they don't have many employees inside the kitchen. All takeout food items are worth it. Foods are kept hot. Pickled side dishes and beverages are all very good. Must love these small businesses in Las Vegas. Rewards program keeps customers returning and getting more cash backs earned for every purchase which can be instantly redeemable. We love visiting each time and the place is really a hidden gem for your hotel takeout needs. Fully satisfied. Good people here. Always positive.

Hey, y'all…read more Y'all... I guess I've been living under a rock because I'm just now finding out about Cheongdam Food Hall! Where have I been?! Anywhoddles I ordered from Eki Ramen, and when I tell y'all this ramen was RAMENING! Aka delicious. Aka... fire I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, and as you can see from the menu, it was only $12.95. I added an extra egg, extra pork belly, and extra black garlic oil because... why not? Anywhoddles with the extra "trimmings" it came to $18 dollars. Let's get back to the review Now lean in so I can tell y'all about this broth. It tasted authentic to me. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk. So... if you're a ramen lover--or if you've been thinking about trying ramen for the first time--I highly recommend giving Eki Ramen a try. And while you're there, take your time and explore Cheongdam Food Hall because there are plenty of other restaurants waiting to be discovered. Until next time... y'all already know what time it is! I'll be doing a boomerang back to this spot because there are way too many restaurants in this food hall for me to stop at just one!

The former Rite Aid pharmacy that once stood in its place has never looked better and features a cool curated mix of Japanese and Korean-inspired concepts. It's not a large food hall, but it's a good start. The current line up is: Smile Shota, Curry Ya, Namsan Tonkatsu, Market Green Table, Tiger Go Go, Downtoner Sandwich, and Broken Coffee. Market Green Table and Tiger Go Go managed to replace GT Poke and HoHo Crunch earlier this year, and thank goodness. Market Green Table has some of the most creative renditions of musubi and is my favorite of all that I've tried so far. Smile Shota is the most intriguing at the moment, which offers all you can eat sushi throughout the day and even has a late night AYCE special ($25 for now). If there is any knock on the place is that it's small enough to present some major challenges during their busiest times: crowd flow, seating, and especially parking. Peak times include lunch, weekends, and some weeknight dinner hours. Takeout is inevitable, but their least busy hour is usually between 2-4pm.

She wasn't rude outright, just cold and unbothered, no warmth at all. She overheard us talking about a menu item, she let us know, almost gleefully, that everything else was available except that one. Food came out and I found a piece of hair in mine. Didn't even bother saying anything at that point, just didn't eat it. At checkout, she'd already marked "no receipt" without asking, so had to backtrack when I said I wanted one. I left no tip based on the service, and she loudly announced "thanks for the tip" across the restaurant on her way to the back, in front of other seated customers. Unprofessional and unnecessary. I'm a Vegas local and I've worked in customer service. I know what it takes to earn a tip, and I know a bad attitude when I get one. Gratuity isn't automatic here, and it shouldn't take an attitude to remind staff of that. Won't be back. Owners Kimberly & John Bender - get it together!

The pork ribs are wonderfully juicy and packed with deep flavor, pairing nicely with the complimentary sweet BBQ sauce even though they do not strictly need it. Unlike most places where the pulled pork dries out, this one stays remarkably moist and savory throughout. Chili (4/5): A very unique side that is much thinner and more watery than a traditional chili, holding a texture closer to a thin spaghetti sauce. Despite the looser consistency, it is absolutely packed with a variety of delicious smoked meats in every single bite. Mac and Cheese (5/5): An exceptional side dish and a clear favorite of the meal. It's incredibly rich, creamy, and distinctively flavored with sharp cheddar, which gives it a much bolder and more satisfying punch than standard restaurant mac and cheese. Corn Bread (5/5): This side functions almost like a dessert, boasting an incredibly sweet, vanilla cake like taste. The high level of sweetness provides a nice contrast to the intense salt, smoke, and savory flavors of the massive meat plate. Logistics Tip: Parking is limited but manageable between the two adjacent lots, and there is a clean restroom on site. To help beat the intense heat, they generously provide complimentary bottles of ice cold water. Keep in mind that they hosted live music on the late Saturday morning that we went. While it adds a fun, energetic backyard vibe, it can get incredibly loud and makes chatting with friends difficult, so you may want to bring ear protection or plan your arrival time accordingly.
