Don't just get your steaks and meats here, you'd be missing out on a perfect smash burger and even more delicious sub! Can't beat it for the price and most importantly, the guys behind the counter are awesome and so attentive! The angus beef quality of my burger was delicious. Wish the side of fries was a bit larger but they were perfect. 10/10 recommend you come and visit and take something away to cook at home with.

One of the best sandwich you'll get in the Vegas area, hands down. It's a fantastic butcher shop on one side, and a deli with a few tables on the other side. You put your order in at the counter, they drop your food off at your table - nothing fancy. Beer & wine available too!

The Brisket sandwich is the best! Brisket and BBQ sauce, my daughter said it tops Famous Dave's!!! I enjoyed the sweet potato tots while my daughter had the sidewinder fries (bit too salty for me!) My husband had The Cleaver- a roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and pickle slices. Vinaigrette and dijonnaise too. He had wanted a pastrami sandwich, but at 10am opening time they were out!! Great tasting sandwiches.... BUT...I walk with a cane due to a knee injury. My daughter walks with a cane as she recovers from ankle surgery. We did not feel safe walking to the bathroom. My cane slipped on the floor multiple times. In the bathroom the floor felt greasy. When we walked out of the establishment we had to scuff and scrape (rubbed the soles of our shoes and canes) on the floor. All in all we loved it here, but I can't risk falling.

Consistently good quality. Great customer service. It's a NYC butcher in SW Las Vegas. I got the grass fed bone in rib-eye and 2 NY strips for Christmas to go with our lobster (from H Mart - they had it for $9.99/lbs). I seared it before popping into the oven at 350° for 25 minutes until the internal temp hit 120, did a reverse sear with Italian herbs before letting it cool for half an hour. Perfect. Wonder if they'll do co-op purchases on a whole cow?

This place is pretty busy and has only a few chairs to sit since its a small area in a buthcer shop, be prepared to possibly wait for a seat. Despite that, the burger here was pretty amazing. Its everything a burger should be.

Stopped by to pick up some Boudin Sausage. I was craving ever since my family brought over a bunch from Louisiana. This shop has a lot of variety from beef, poultry and seafood etc. The shop is pretty big- bigger than I expected. They also have a menu to order from which we'll have to come back and try. Looks and sounds delicious. One side of the shop has a few seats if you wanna eat there. Service was great and the gentleman helping was friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back to try the many other options they offer. On the side note- the Boudin Sausage were good but not what I was expecting and used too compared to what I have tried from Louisiana.

Wish we tried this place sooner! We wanted to grab something quick to eat & randomly remembered this butcher shop also sold burgers & sandwiches so we stopped by & im so glad we did. The service was great, food was so yummy & we were shocked by their variety of meats! Their meals are decently priced & worth every penny. They sell a variety of beef, chicken & sausages along with tons of seasonings and sides you can take home and grill up for dinner. They also have hot sandwiches & burgers along with cold cut sandwiches. Will definitely be back & plan on buying some steaks to take home next time!

Went to The Butcher Block yesterday with my boyfriend and it did not disappoint. He ordered his usual, the Butcher Block, and I got the classic smash burger. For $10, you get the smash burger and fries, which is honestly such a good deal. I don't even really like burgers, but this one was SO good. It hit way better than I expected--might even be better than With Love, Always and In-N-Out . Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. My boyfriend loved his usual as always, but after trying my smash burger, he said he might actually order that next time instead. That says a lot. Definitely coming back

It's weird how everything works out for a reason If I had come earlier I would have ended up buying what we normally get but we came 1 hr before closing on Father's Day and because they were sold out of most of their products we tried the aged wagyu for the first time. Everything was delicious including the wagyu picanha! I love that this butcher shop is so close to us! We are frequent visitors and will be back regularly!!!

This is probably one of the best burgers that I've had recently. It was ooey and gooey from the cheese and super moist. This is the Western Smash, which came with onion strings and sidewinder fries. For $15, this is a major steal for the amount of food that you get. The gentleman that checked me out recommended additional sauce for dipping but truthfully they were crispy and didn't need it at all. The beef flavor in the burger was fantastic and the bun was soft but held up for the most part to the moistness of the burger. I just wish the onion strings were slightly crispier but that is really not picking it. It's a super well seasoned and rounded burger. I'll definitely be back for another one of these burgers and to try other stuff from the butcher case to make at home. The service was super fantastic as I was addressed by several people who offered assistance prior to reaching the deli counter. The store itself was super clean and well maintained.

First time in here and it was amazing. So many choices all amazing cuts of meat super fresh and great color. They had all you think of and turkey legs! Which you don't see everyday. Also have a deli serving cold/hot Sandwiches. They sell beer too. We got the ribeyes next time we are getting wings and chicken and a tomahawk steak. Service was quick and fast. Ambiance was nice and welcoming

Marinaded chicken . I think Garlic & Herb chicken? Can't remember but it SMELLS SO GOOD it's not even cooked yet lol.

First time here & found my new butcher shop. Prices are actually pretty good here for what you get. Purchased some ribeyes & marinated chicken. Shop is nice & clean. The employee's are very nice & welcoming. Thanks butcher block for your hospitality.

Been shopping here for 3+ years now and it has never steered me wrong. Favorites: American Wagyu Tomahawk/Ribeye/Rib Cap. Usually it is $40-80/lb and worth every penny (comparable to or better than top steakhouses if you cook it right) I have also tried the Japanese A5 Wagyu, Dry Aged Steaks, Prime, Grass Fed, Bone Marrow (they will cut long ways). The dry aged is cut to order -- just tell them how many inches. Finally folks are always friendly and happy to answer questions. It can get busy during holidays. Call ahead for specific cuts as the stock may vary.

Definitely saves me a trip to International. The lady (owner?) told me that every other week, they get a shipment of produce and food items from Hawaii. They had Hawaiian chili peppers (which I used to make a huge batch of chili peppa watah), frozen Opihi, and fresh luau leaves at $5.99/lb to name just a few items. I bought a couple bags of luau and I can vouch that the luau leaves were good pieces and cleaned. In the back of the store, they had hot food. It looked (and smelled) really good. This is not a restaurant! (In case you mistaken it for one from the cover photo of a sushi roll)…read more This is an order-ahead of time sushi market. I found them a few years ago on Instagram. They use to be more social media friendly; posting new specials and reposting tags. Since the pandemic they have gone quiet however they still answer their messages and that's how I always order with them. They have a Google spreadsheet of what they have available although they do have dry goods but it's not listed in that spreadsheet for some reason. They use to have package specials but as of this point they aren't doing those. They also use to have same day pick up but not anymore. So you can message them on IG or call/text them with your order a day before (I believe you have to do it by noon) then you can pick up the next day from 11am-2pm. You pay at pick up and it's usually ready in a brown box by the counter inside the warehouse/fridge. They won't be able to give you that total until the morning of pick up because that's when they package and weigh all your items. They give you plenty of ice and those reusable ice bags. Their prices have gone up since the pandemic and inflation but still cheaper than going out to a restaurant. Oh minimum order is $100. We order when we have family get togethers or when we need to stock up on imitation crab meat, broiled eel, or shrimp tempura. So for Mother's Day we got the salmon belly, otoro (Omgosh it was so fatty!), uni and fresh wasabi. My sister made a uni pasta and my mom and auntie just devoured it! Then they had another tray just to themselves of uni, they were in uni heaven! (If you read my last Yama Sushi review then you'll understand - they were quite disappointed with Yama sushi not having uni the last couple of times they were there so I decided to make their unit dreams come true haha). Great quality of fish. I wished they had the Japanese Mayo in stock and the otoro in a smaller size, they were offering half pound blocks a while ago but I guess they decided to do away with it. So I ended up with a 1.4 lb of otoro and it was just way too much. I was also a bit disappointed that they didn't skin it and there were still a bunch of bones in it. After my order last week they started to post some specials on IG so hopefully they'll get back to some of their other package deals. Keep an eye out for them if you are wanting to host your own sushi party.

I pulled a grocery cart at the entrance of the store and headed for the produce. I chose my fruit then went to the meat section and didn't see anything I wanted. I continued to walk around the fish/seafood section and looked down some of the aisles. I found some items down a couple of the aisles, then I went back to the produce section to pick up more fruit. After that, I went to the checkout line, paid for my groceries, then put my bags of groceries into my grocery cart. I pushed my grocery cart to the area where the grocery carts are returned inside the store and put my groceries that I had just paid for into my two (2) large tote bags that I brought with me to the store. I don't drive and the store is conveniently located near my apartment complex, so I can walk to and from the SF Supermarket. My tote bags that I brought with me make carrying my groceries easier while walking. By the way, my two (2) tote bags stayed on my shoulder the entire time I was shopping until it was time to put my groceries in my tote bags. As I turned to walk towards the exit of the store to leave, an older Asian woman (I didn't get her name) surprised me because she was frantically talking to me and pointing to my tote bags. I couldn't understand what she was saying, but her actions indicated that she wanted to look in my bags. She wanted me to go to the counter at the front of the store to check my bags. I arrived at that conclusion because she continued to point to the counter at the front of the store and continued to point/look at my bags. While still at the grocery cart return area, I opened my two (2) bags and held them towards her so that she could look in them, but she walked away. I walked towards the front entrance while asking her again if she wanted to look in my bags, but again she kept walking. I asked her two more times if she wanted to check my bags and my receipt. She then turned right and walked between the checkout counters towards the back of the store. I believed she continued to walk away because she realized I hadn't stolen anything. What thief is going to open up their bags for review if they stole something. Or maybe she already knew I hadn't stolen anything, she just wanted to make my experience at the store a horrible experience so that I wouldn't return to the store. I wanted her to check my bags to prove that I wasn't a thief. I think she wanted to humiliate me because of the color of my skin. I've been in that store five (5) times and I've seen her (and others) watching me, and today she decided to approach me and accuse me of stealing. My routine was the same as it was the four (4) times I was there before, putting my grocery bags into my two (2) tote bags and either returning the grocery cart inside the store or outside the store where grocery carts are returned. I left the store.
