I called the Henderson store and was recommended this location for lamb chops. I wanted to make woman a special birthday dinner, and I usually bring in meat from la, but this was the next best option. I was happy to see that they have a restaurant as part of their offerings. One of the best burgers was from a similar set up in Kentucky. I was full so I didn't get anything today but am planning a visit. This store feels bigger, maybe the restaurant helps with that. A lot of things were gone/low, but the lamb was aplenty. Hailey helped me and she was very knowledgeable about the cuts, recipes, temperatures etc. I'm not a lamb eater and only knew of NZ lamb. Hailey turned me on to Colorado lamb and it was all of the same standards and quality of NZ. She sliced up 4 chops for me, I also got their best bbq burger patty and some sausage stuffed mushrooms. I marinated the lamb, cooked in cast iron and basted in fresh garlic and butter - plated with some Romano crusted potatoes, lobster a$$, broccolini and salad. I got back a plate with bones on it like there was never any lamb! The burger was ok, I didn't do it justice with the flame a bit too high, it had good flavor though. The mushrooms were delicious little balls of flavor! I'll be back. When I don't bring in the things I want from la this is the next place I go. The staff is always kind and accommodating. If you don't see it, they'll order it. I'm also super excited to go back and eat!

Good food and can of soda is $2. Insider tip this was the place to get a meatball sub or wagyu burger.

Going to another new competitor recently promoted me to write this review. I've been coming here for years for my meats and I have never been disappointed! The service is always amazing and it really feels like our go-to small business in the community. The food at the deli side is always phenomenal- my favorite is the tri tip sandwich and my bf loves the burgers. I will gladly spend the extra money here to have a great experience and great quality meat to take home to feed my family. I will say that with more local butcher shops popping up recently, I will stay loyal to this one because of the amazing service and family feeling!

The food is an amazing not only can you pickup great meat but you can also grab lunch for a great price. We did 3 different burgers and all were juicy sauces were on point. The sweet fries was good and had a perfect crunch. Definitely coming back more often. Service was great and atmosphere was chill. Would recommend trying. The meals were price perfect and quality consistent.

Ordered the wings dry w/side winder fries, buffalo and garlic parm sauce on the side :) :) :)

Hello Yelpers! (Happy New Year!) Okay... slightly embarrassing -- my wife and I have eaten at Chip Off the Block Deli four days in a row -- we both luv the food. Also, team members are friendly and the dining area is clean . . . the restrooms, too. First two visits: BB Smash Burgers with sweet potato tots -- incredible beef flavor thanks to their in-house butcher shop trimmings. Third visit: Buffalo wings, sidewinder fries, and Cookie Butter beignets -- all delicious. Fourth visit: grabbed the roast beef sub "The Cleaver" for our early morning flight to Oregon (02/12). Took a pic and can't wait to dig in tomorrow. If you're craving a legit burger (for a reasonable price) or a great hot or cold sandwich, this place is absolutely worth checking out. Thanks for reading -- take care!

Consistently good quality. Great customer service. It's a NYC butcher in SW Las Vegas. I got the grass fed bone in rib-eye and 2 NY strips for Christmas to go with our lobster (from H Mart - they had it for $9.99/lbs). I seared it before popping into the oven at 350° for 25 minutes until the internal temp hit 120, did a reverse sear with Italian herbs before letting it cool for half an hour. Perfect. Wonder if they'll do co-op purchases on a whole cow?

Don't just get your steaks and meats here, you'd be missing out on a perfect smash burger and even more delicious sub! Can't beat it for the price and most importantly, the guys behind the counter are awesome and so attentive! The angus beef quality of my burger was delicious. Wish the side of fries was a bit larger but they were perfect. 10/10 recommend you come and visit and take something away to cook at home with.

Stopped by to pick up some Boudin Sausage. I was craving ever since my family brought over a bunch from Louisiana. This shop has a lot of variety from beef, poultry and seafood etc. The shop is pretty big- bigger than I expected. They also have a menu to order from which we'll have to come back and try. Looks and sounds delicious. One side of the shop has a few seats if you wanna eat there. Service was great and the gentleman helping was friendly and helpful. Definitely will be coming back to try the many other options they offer. On the side note- the Boudin Sausage were good but not what I was expecting and used too compared to what I have tried from Louisiana.

Great butcher shop. Large fresh and frozen selection. They also have a restaurant inside.

One of the best sandwich you'll get in the Vegas area, hands down. It's a fantastic butcher shop on one side, and a deli with a few tables on the other side. You put your order in at the counter, they drop your food off at your table - nothing fancy. Beer & wine available too!

Wish we tried this place sooner! We wanted to grab something quick to eat & randomly remembered this butcher shop also sold burgers & sandwiches so we stopped by & im so glad we did. The service was great, food was so yummy & we were shocked by their variety of meats! Their meals are decently priced & worth every penny. They sell a variety of beef, chicken & sausages along with tons of seasonings and sides you can take home and grill up for dinner. They also have hot sandwiches & burgers along with cold cut sandwiches. Will definitely be back & plan on buying some steaks to take home next time!

The Brisket sandwich is the best! Brisket and BBQ sauce, my daughter said it tops Famous Dave's!!! I enjoyed the sweet potato tots while my daughter had the sidewinder fries (bit too salty for me!) My husband had The Cleaver- a roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and pickle slices. Vinaigrette and dijonnaise too. He had wanted a pastrami sandwich, but at 10am opening time they were out!! Great tasting sandwiches.... BUT...I walk with a cane due to a knee injury. My daughter walks with a cane as she recovers from ankle surgery. We did not feel safe walking to the bathroom. My cane slipped on the floor multiple times. In the bathroom the floor felt greasy. When we walked out of the establishment we had to scuff and scrape (rubbed the soles of our shoes and canes) on the floor. All in all we loved it here, but I can't risk falling.

This place is pretty busy and has only a few chairs to sit since its a small area in a buthcer shop, be prepared to possibly wait for a seat. Despite that, the burger here was pretty amazing. Its everything a burger should be.
