Ordered two seasonal specials, and both were not good, definitely not worth my time and money. Cherry French toast was cold (literally cold and soggy in the middle like they were made last night and just heated up) and the chicken al pastor melt was not a melt (what was supposed to be melty?) but a sandwich with a dry piece of very thin chicken breast. Couldn't tell what was all inside but no flavor whatsoever. To add to the experience, the man who brought over coffee dropped off the drinks with no greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment of any sort. Yelp reviews were a let down for this place. Going to start off by saying the service was excellent and the facility was very clean, loved the bathrooms. Also their water was actually really good and refreshing. The food, however, was bland and lacked a body of flavor. I ordered the Salmon Benedict and it was honestly a let down - not a good flavor. I ordered a breakfast sandwich to go, before heading to work, and it was genuinely one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever tasted, no lie. The girl at the front was also very kind and attentive and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable for the very short amount of time I waited. Update: I've just been informed this company violated the ADA act and are subject to legalities. Wow where do I start. I had the choice of El Torito or here. I made the wrong choice. I walked up and was told 15 minutes inside or outside. I said it doesn't matter the only thing that matters is we have a wheelchair. They make you seat yourself after waiting 15 minutes they will point to your table but then they want you to order at the counter so they obviously do not work for tips and so just don't care. They do not have cocktails but soju and Bloody Mary mix. I went with a beer. No brand names just some breweries stuff they just assume you will like. I did go with the Mexican version and skipped food because everything has eggs and if you're allergic they still won't substitute. I was there with family and was not having a good time with not being able to eat. We go to our table that we lucked into finding being that we had my mom in her wheelchair. We get seated and they realized they screwed up again and they can't get through with the wheelchair so they moved us. Then the guy brings the drinks and gives everyone theirs but me, then said he has bad news they are out of my beer and several weak excuses trying to remedy the third strike. Nope not having it. You failed me and my family I will not ever be back. Considering I have the money no one in my family will be back. Also you messed up my Moms order she's just to nice to say anything. Also lack of communication caused several people to walk up and ask how things were going. Walking away shocked at my responses. The guy started to say I a difficult person but I cut him off half way and said very simple person as I only wanted bud light and biscuits and gravy. Someone did come by and gave me another receipt for the same amount saying the refunded the beer but same price in the new receipt so what ever it's only $84.05 with no tip so o just don't care. Stopped here for the first time today with my family of 4 and will not be going back! We went in excited to try a new place for a breakfast , but the treatment we received from the manager was frankly appalling. There is Large signage at the entry about checking out their app so we decided to order from there not realizing that it is to-go only. We had already been checked in and taken a seat when we placed the order and since we had a puppy and a toddler with us so we thought that ordering from that app would be easier to see the menu than standing in line w an active little one. Once we placed our order on the app and it didn't ask for a table # we realized that we must have made a mistake so my husband let the staff know right away that we accidentally placed an order on the app and could we have it for dine in instead. We were told they would take care of it but after a long while waiting and no food my husband went to check on this and our food had been bagged up and as a to go order was sitting with the pick up orders for quite sometime. When my husband explained our mistaken app order situation to the manager his response to him was "well, why would you do that". My husband was met with a dismissive attitude and a tone that felt more condescending than helpful. So we sat at our table unboxing our cold soggy food that was $90 (plus tip and third party fee of almost $4 for ordering on the app)and no offer to even give us a plate or even warm up our food was extended. It didn't get any better when we talked to the manager on the way out instead of offering a simple apology or solution, the manager acted irritated and unapologetic, making us feel like we were being unreasonable for bringing it up and stated that this wasn't their process of doing things and basically too bad for you. The customer service, especially from management, completely ruined the experience and to pay all that and throw most of our food away was totally unacceptable. There are so many other places in the area that make you feel appreciated as a customer, so I won't be returning here. I hope they take this feedback seriously, as it's the kind of attitude that will drive customers away. read more
