I was a guest at my son's BFF's Bridal Shower on 8/1 -- 25 women on the patio -- and I can fully corroborate the 1-star review from another guest in our party. Our evening started with our first server, Katie, literally yelling at our large group over menu questions. Management did step in and remove her from our party and we appreciated that. We were then told Stephen was excellent with large parties and could handle us. He was assigned seats 10-19, which included the bride-to-be and her mother. He could not handle it. Our tables were split by seat number -- Ashley had 1-9, Stephen had 10-19, and a third waitress who kept disappearing and seemed to be more of an expeditor had the rest. Ashley [1-9] was exceptional. Professional, attentive, kind. She not only took care of her section flawlessly, she picked up the slack for Stephen's section without being asked. She was the only reason any part of the evening worked. Stephen's section [10-19] was a mess. With the bride and her mother in his care, orders were wrong, food was forgotten, and we had to repeatedly beg for water in 89-degree heat. For a bridal shower, to neglect the bride's table is unacceptable. On top of service, we were hit with fees never disclosed at booking -- $45 per person just to sit in a patio chair regardless of what you ordered, a $20 "walk-out" fee if anyone left, a $53 grocery-store bottle of Prosecco, and after spending time decorating the patio ourselves, we were expected to bus our own tables and clear all dishes and place settings. This was supposed to be a celebration for someone who is like family to me. It felt tense and unprofessional from start to finish. I will not recommend this restaurant for large parties or private events. If management is reading this -- keep Ashley, retrain the rest, and disclose your policies before people book. We had a last-minute change of venue for my brother-in-law's 10-year vow renewal for my sister, and I walked into Latitudes hoping they would allow us to use their patio for the ceremony. From the moment I walked in, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND! And the best part? The kindness felt genuine--not forced. A special shout-out to Viviana (Vivi), who was absolutely AMAZING, Riley, and Emily, the manager on duty. The entire young staff was professional, accommodating, and incredibly welcoming. They even accommodated my request to turn off the patio music during the ceremony so we could enjoy the moment without interruption. Who does that?! Latitudes does! We weren't even planning to eat there, but their hospitality convinced us to stay for dinner--and I'm SO glad we did! I was able to get a reservation for Mother's Day at this location and was excited because I had never been to this one before and I love the locations I've tried. I knew it would be busy so I didn't mind the wait. We sat outside and the outside area was nice. I got the creamy limoncello margarita to try something new. It wasn't my cup of tea but that's just my preference. It's always nice to get out of your comfort zone! The appetizers were tasty, the deviled eggs being my favorite. When I got my salmon salad the salmon was very undercooked and my server was very apologetic and quickly rectified the situation. I ended up getting the crab cakes instead and they were not bad. Party of 8 for my birthday on August 7th and we had a fantastic time! Steven was our waiter and was so patient and attentive the entire time we were there. We had raw oysters, oysters Rockefeller and cheese sticks for appetizers and dinners ranged from chicken wings, Barramundi (fist time having this fish and delicious!), stuffed flounder to sirloin, crab grilled cheese and chicken Diablo pasta. Our server Nellie, was the bartender and she was helpful and made great suggestions. Food runners were friendly and ensured our food was delivered fresh. I struggle between a "2" and "3" rating for Latitude on Hull Street Road. We dined there with friends on August 22nd. (1) Despite an early reservation, we waited almost 20 minutes for a table because "...someone took a chair from the reserved table and we can't find another one." (2) Our server, while nice, was waiting tables both indoors and outdoors, which is inefficient and created a situation where she was rarely seen and not attentive. (3) Finally, and most important, most of the food is fried and quite greasy. My GI tract can attest to that. The only good item we all enjoyed was the Ahi Tuna appetizer, which was well prepared and large enough to be served as an entree. This will likely be a one time dining experience. read more

We have been here many times. Latittudes never disappoints, from the hellfire shrimp to the drinks. Our favs are the hellfire shrimp, hush puppies, the fi8sh, and the tuna app and entree. I'm so confused as to why Latitude is only rated 3.4. The service was great and the food was amazing. We preferred the outdoor patio to the inside since it has a little more warmth in the decor and atmosphere and the weather was perfect on this Saturday night. For appetizers we shared the shrimp quesadilla, the coconut shrimp and the tuna sashimi. They were all delicious. The shrimp quesadilla had a good amount of shrimp and the havarti cheddar combo was so good. The coconut shrimp was light and crispy with a sweet and spicy dip and the tuna sashimi was incredibly fresh and flavorful. For entreees we got fish and chips, fish tacos and salmon tacos. Again we all really enjoyed our food. The fish tacos were probably the weakest of the entrees but they were still good with fresh pico. Just no other sauce really. The Salmon tacos also had fresh pico with a great combination of Asian slaw and wasabi aioli. The fish and chips were done well with some seriously nice size pieces. We all agreed we would order everything we got again and it was the very reasonable on price. Next time we go see a movie at westchester we will be back. read more

Folks This could be a great restaurant, but until the owners and managers learn how to run a restaurant, it will be what it will be. I am sure they are very profitable but they are leaving so much on the table. Chef excellent, you are the reason we come back. Bar staff, needs to learn its recipes, stick to beer and wine every time you order a mixed drink your are the mercy of an idiot. Wait staff, I feel sorry for you, doing your job and the kitchen is faster than the bar. How is this possible. First off our server Kinsley is the best in the business imo, very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The food is amazing and everything was on point! We ordered the crab dip appetizer, steamed peel and eat shrimp, crab Mac and cheese but the star of the show was the blackened mahi sandwich (I wish I took a picture). It was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. We absolutely destroyed all our food and had nothing left to take home! We previously visited the Hull Street location and that too was a great experience. I highly recommend Latitude and we will definitely return. read more

I had an amazing experience here! Our server Kenzwas absolutely phenomenal and provided true five-star service from start to finish. I ordered two varieties of oysters, and the complimentary hush puppies were a fantastic bonus. The food was so good that I even ordered a crab cake dinner to go! Dined on Saturday night with my boyfriend and his parents and we had a great experience. The service was accommodating as soon as we walked in! We asked to be seated so my boyfriend and his dad could watch the game and were given a few options. Our server Sean was great; he checked on us often, kept our water flowing, and was very personable. From what I could tell all of the servers seemed to be working efficiently as there were a few larger groups dining in. Our food was amazing as expected. It had been a while since my last visit so I knew what I wanted. The salmon dip is my favorite appetizer hands down but I always have to ask for extra chips. Everything came out fresh and was cooked perfectly. I love the fried shrimp entree as it's so filling and you can't go wrong with the sidewinder fries and Brussels. My boyfriend's crab cake sandwich was the only thing I'd never tried and it was huge. Sean told us it was over 5 oz of crab meat and it didn't disappoint. Hadn't been to Latitude in a couple of years thought I would give it a try. They wasn't a wait and they weren't crowded but it took forever for us to get our food. It took in excess of 30 minutes for the food to arrive and the food was luke warm. The server said the kitchen was backed up but with the food being cold I feel it sat in the window waiting on her. My cousin sent her plate back and asked that they reheat it. The manager never checked to see how things were, nor did anyone check with us after she sent the plate back. read more

Make reservations, as I've observed that this place tends to turn away walk-ins when it gets hectic. The food & drinks are great. We have tried almost everything on the happy hour menu, and at least one person in our group has enjoyed whatever dish we ordered, if not everyone. Our server was new, but she did her best to make everything right when we pointed out that the items hadn't arrived yet. We've been here three or four times, both with and without the kids. My husband doesn't drink alcohol, so he likes that they have non-alcoholic mixed drink options. The hush puppies and butter they bring to every table are the best part! read more

We ended up trying this place on July 5 as we always like to try something new it was about 630 or 7 when we got there the place was not packed at all so we opted to sit outside on the patio. We didn't order any entrées, but we did order a bunch of appetizers. We ordered the hellfire shrimp, the muscles, fried calamari, catfish bites and 24 oysters with a peach crush and coke. I have only been inside latitude one time and that was several years ago so going back made the experience even more better actually getting to see the place again. We waited about 5 to 10 minutes before we ordered, but it seemed like it took about 30 to 40 minutes before our food came out. I was trying to decide on a drink, but our waitress was not very knowledgeable on what size glass the drinks came in. I opted to try the peach crush which displayed a highball glass. Our food all came at once and my drink was not in a highball glass, nor did it look like the picture that was on the table, but I wasn't worried. I didn't complain as they were bringing our food out. One of the servers started to spill the muscles which proceeded to spill all over my YSL purse that was in the chair beside me. The waitress that was helping the young man bring our food out did not even burst out with a "I'm so sorry" she just said" can I get you a napkin?" Nor did they clean the seat where the food ended up, spilling at. After that little incident, we proceeded to eat the hell fire shrimp were not spicy at all. The sidewinder fries with seasoning were beyond good. The muscles tasted a little gritty and the sauce they were cooked in was very bland. The catfish nuggets looked like they were seasoned to perfection but had no taste. The fried calamari also looked very good. It looked very well seasoned but it was not. I ended up putting salt on it three times and I still didn't taste anything. The peach crush drink was actually made pretty well. I like strong drinks, but I was just disappointed in the fact that it was in a short glass. The oysters were also good, but they were not shucked. The food overall was a 5/10 the drink was a 7/10 and I'm only giving them three stars due to the fact of them spilling food all over my expensive purse and I didn't get an apology. read more
