My perfect bowl consists of half and half protein (salmon and tuna, I love the spicy variations as well as the marinated tuna too), with sushi rice, jalapeño, edamame, green onion, seaweed salad is an absolute must, OG + wasabi aioli, nori, crunchy onion, wonton strips and sesame seeds! It's the perfect mix of savory and spicy that just does it for me every time. I have tried their brown rice and other base options and they're all extremely good as well. Don't pass up the mochi either! The green tea and ube flavors are phenomenal. It's my favorite mochi in the area. The texture and taste cannot be beat. The part that didn't piss me off? They had a great variety on the AYCE menu, and the sushi had the perfect rice-to-fish ratio--so bravo for that. Some places give you almost double the rice they should, which honestly feels a little insulting. If I'm paying for sushi, I want to taste the fish, not fill up on rice. They need to figure out a better system--whether that's having a dedicated drink runner for the whole floor or closing part of the dining room until they have enough staff.
