Even though it was 6:15 on a Saturday night, we were able to be sat right away. As soon as we walked in, someone greeted us and showed us to our table. Our server immediately got us waters and asked if we wanted anything else to drink (wife and I both got some delicious beers that they had on tap). We had our little one in tow with us and they were so accommodating to him! As soon as we were ready, our server took our order. We got: Chowder "frots" (fries and tots mixed in with some New England clam chowder, bacon, onions, cheese, and other goodies) 10/10, would definitely order again. My wife got the lobster roll with a side of clam chowder. Loaded with lobster, but you do pay the price. Labeled as market price, this was almost $40. Delicious, but not worth it in our opinion. 6.5/10. Pan roast (house specialty which came with shredded crab, shrimp, clams, and muscles). This, topped with rice, was heavenly. Better than any pan roast I've had. Came out ripping hot as it should. My wife was envious of my dish. 10/10 From the kids menu we also ordered the chicken Alfredo. My kid loved it, but my wife and I both had a bite and wow, we would've ordered that for ourselves it was so good. 10/10. We can't wait to come back just for the food. On top of that, however, service was above and beyond. The servers and everyone in the restaurant were so accommodating to us and our child and made us feel so, so welcome. We would come back even if the food was bad, solely for the service we received. Vibes we great, decoration on the walls look like they hired an artist to paint it. They had two TV's behind the bar / prep area that was showing NBA and PGA which I'll never complain about. All around 10/10 experience.

Mac and cheese was a pretty big portion for a kid, really cheesy and rich. Overall pretty good meal and surprisingly pretty affordable considering the cost of seafood. Service was attentive. Would recommend.

We had Alaskan Black Cod over soba, the Sea Bass, and I had a two and one quarter pound Lobster! It was a kind of "Oooh" with the sea bass, "Wow" with the Black Cod and "OH MY GOD" when the lobster came. If you have been following me or read my reviews, I can be very harsh and picky when the food is not prepared correctly. This was the best lobster I have ever eaten. The meat was so sweet and fresh. John explained in detail how exactly they prepare the lobster. Great care is taken to preserve that freshness. They gave me every part of the lobster, and I absolutely loved taking my time finding and extracting every ounce of Lobster meat. I love to work and eat at the same time. It was fun. We ended with coffee and dessert. This was an Epic Meal. They spread rose petals on our table for our anniversary. I will never forget the kindness and compassion of John. I love coming here when I want a treat that will not entirely ruin my diet. For base, they have white rice, the delicious green tea rice, salad, or soba noodles. I always go with the green tea rice, two scoops of crab meat, and 3 spoons of salmon for my fish. I have tried the scallops and octopus, but I always prefer getting thrice the quantity of salmon. The crab meat and spicy tuna is complimentary, which is also a nice plus. Then, they offer a variety of veggies, fruits, and toppings. My favorites are always the edamame, cucumbers, seaweed salad, and ginger. For sauce, I go for the house on the side as I do not like to smother my plate. The service has always been quick and friendly. Quick maybe because I do eat late and come when they are about to close, lol. Still, the place has always been very clean and the workers are patient and polite. Overall, this is my favorite poke spot for the excellent quality and quantity, great flavors, and reasonably priced. I would eat poke here every day if I could! read more

Food is always great but customer service stinks. When I visited there were 6+ people working and out of them all, one girl gave me great service. The rest seemed quite disinterested in any sort of customer satisfaction. On top of that, they said at the counter they hate making the wraps and it would be brought out to me shortly. After seeing a man set it down on the counter, the entire staff had walked by it many of times and when I went to ask where my food was, a snobby employee had no answers for me. Great food though! So glad it's finally open! I work nearby so this location for poke is perfect. The wait was long today during lunch time when I went but it was definitely worth it. I enjoyed this concept of being able to customize your own poke bowl. I got a regular size with salmon, tuna, & shrimp and it tasted great with the medium spicy sauce, plus all of the veggies and toppings! The sushi quality is completely off the charts--you can instantly tell they use real, premium-grade ingredients by the gorgeous, thick cuts of fish draped over the rice. The teriyaki chicken was outstanding, perfect flavor, a slight sweet char taste where it was flame kissed, I would order this again and again! Their Mac salad is different from what you get from an Aloha or Ono, not as sweet and didn't have the tang but even with that I enjoyed it and would eat it again. The only thing I would skip next time is the musubi. While it was okay in flavor the ratio of rice to spam was so far skewed it didn't seem worth it. As a whole this spot is incredibly solid and more than worthy of a 5/5! I look forward to coming back and highly recommend you check it out

The scoops for the fish were skimpy and even worse, the customer service here wasn't good. The girls helping us didn't seem like they wanted to be there at all. My friend asked for extra mayo and she slid two containers over the counter and it almost fell off. I also asked for a lid, and the girl had a very bad attitude while handing it to me. The food is pretty good, just wish it was more welcoming.
