Personally, I don't understand the high ratings. I came here due to the ratings and was quite disappointed. I got a regular size poke bowl, which comes with a choice of three proteins. I got it on white rice with avocado, onion, and crab meat -- all of which were fine. The disappointment was with the scallops, which were completely flavorless and rubbery in texture. I got the spicy tuna and salmon, which were just ok. They were acceptable but not super fresh or flavorful. Staff were friendly, but it's not enough to get me to come back. Sorry, I'll pass. read more

Love POKE OC! I've never been here in person but order quite frequently on DoorDash. They always have good deals. You can apply DoorDash Trivia to it ($5 off 12+) The portions are generous. The food is delicious and fresh! They never forget my side of spicy mayo and seasame seeds that I add in my notes. It's prepared super fast! Definitely recommended. My go-to place for lunch! read more

Easily the best poke I had in Orange County. It's reasonably priced, fresh, and efficient. While there is no dine in option there are some tables in the courtyard along with benches. The staff was friendly and patient and all wore a mask. Worth the stop for sure! read more

The best Poke shop in the area. Service is always happy and friendly on the poke line, everyone greets you when you step into the shop to get in line. They have a greatly efficient system, each staff member is 1 stage of the process so they help you one by one, then move you along all the way through to the cashier. First you choose your size and base (rice/salad), then next person handles your sides (crab/avocado/etc), then another person lets you pick your proteins and sauces (tuna/salmon/spicy tuna/etc), then another person for toppings (cucumber/seaweed/furikake/onions/etc), and finally the cashier handles cash, drinks, and chips/candy! Usually there's a pretty sizable line around lunch time due to the amounts of offices in the area but they work through it pretty quickly! I'm here nearly 1-2x a week at times, they have a few outdoor tables in the sun if you have the time. read more

We went here for a quick pick up and it was very speedy to get our food! You pick your own toppings and everything. They were also very friendly! A little disappointed they didn't have tables and chairs out for us to sit in and we had to eat in our car, but the food quality was great! read more

Stumbled across this place while I was waiting for an appointment with a client nearby the airport. Extremely friendly staff, very easy process to order, and very high-quality and fresh fish. They leave plenty of side sauces to grab on your way out. This is my new favorite poke spot. read more

So glad I found this little hidden gem near my work! All the ingredients are so fresh and they are pretty generous with the fish. I really appreciate that they do not over sauce the poke. I usually ask for the sauce on the side at other places but I don't have to at Poke OC because they add just the right amount. They also have little to go sauces for people to grab if you'd like a bit more. I've been coming here at least once a week since I've discovered them and sometimes even twice a week. This is decent poke. I ordered a large poke bowl with salmon, tuna, and spicy tuna. Fish was fine and sauce had a fresh citrus bite. I appreciate that the scoop of avocado and crab mix was not extra, but the scoops were relatively small. Other toppings were fine, but nothing to make this worth the extra drive from my office. Overall price for food was good. You will not leave hungry. I prefer Uroko in Costa Mesa, but I wanted to try something different. Might try it again. read more

Went on a weekday and it was fairly crowded as lots of local thoroughfare from the nearby business park came in. I got a regular poke bowl which came with free avocado and crab meat; I thought the quality of the fish itself was decent, pretty comparable to all of the other poke spots nearby, but the service was considerably easier and faster. This is to go only with no option to dine in. read more

I was in the area and decided to try this place out. The moment we walked in we were greeted, the customer service was excellent. Ladies were very nice. Everything looked fresh and delicious. It's been a long time since I've had a poke bowl that I didn't need to add anything to it, the sauces they put on made it that more flavorful. Everything from the rice to the crab mix, to the spicy tuna was amazing. My husband got the spicy tuna and albacore tuna and octopus everything was great and fresh. First time...sublime. Fast-food modern decor. Server was very helpful and polite. I had a large bowl which was the perfect amount of deliciousness. I chose spring mix base; avocado side; octopus 2 scoops, scallops 2 scoops, tuna 1 scoop; mild spicy; ginger, masago, seaweed salad toppings. Their house sauce was great. All items looked and tasted fresh. I didn't think the tuna was great quality, the scallops were okay, but the octopus was outstanding. I was in the area for an appointment and decided to give Poke OC a try. I was a little intimidated by the ordering format but the staff behind the counter was very helpful and it is amazingly simple. The ambiance is more of a take out vibe but it is clean and bright inside. There are no seats and you order at the counter adjacent to the cash register. The poke bowl items are located in metal containers placed behind glass partitions and they appeared to be very fresh. There were servers that place the items you want in a take out bowl. I ordered the regular size bowl (there is an option to order a large bowl) with a base of brown rice and spring salad. The protein I ordered were tuna, spicy tuna and shrimp. The sides I ordered were avocado and crab (imitation) and the toppings were edamame, ginger and green onion and I picked a mild spicy sauce. The combination was amazing and everything tasted very fresh. I would definitely return! read more

No seats inside but there's a couple small tables outside. Service was wonderful, all of the employees were very friendly as they were taking my order. I got a regular poke bowl with salmon, tuna, and spicy tuna. Not the most fresh fish in my opinion (I've gotten a bit picky since eating poke in Hawaii), and I noticed the tuna had a fishy taste to it. I do appreciate that the scoop of avocado didn't cost extra, and that there were no limits on how many sides and toppings we could get. Wouldn't be my go-to poke place because of the fishy taste, but their price for a 3 scoop bowl is fair and all the employees provided excellent customer service, so perhaps I'd give it another try if I was conveniently nearby. read more

I have been coming to this place for the past 3 years and it is probably my favorite poke place in the area! The quality of the fish is amazing and fresh, the price is very reasonable and even the portion sizes are great! I love that the sides are unlimited and you get a free scoop of avocado which is unheard of these days! Also always get great customer service. Love supporting this place :) read more

It's a testament to the food and service that I deal with this god forsaken parking lot. Besides that, they do sushi wraps OR bowls, which most places don't. The fact that Sweetfin is charging through the nose for basic bowls while this place exists two blocks over? Criminal. I'll take Poke OC any day! read more

Checked this place out for the first time today - came right after the lunch rush since I read all the other reviews warning about lunch hour and parking. The parking lot is small and the spaces are tight - but I was able to see a few free spots when I pulled in. One of the few lots in the immediate area that doesn't require you to pull a ticket when you pull up. There was zero wait when I came in - I was greeted right away and opted for the Large Bowl. Your sides include avocado - which is a nice touch, when most other poke places charge you for it. I opted for all-salmon for my protein - regular bowl comes with three scoops of protein, while the large bowl comes with five scoops. Opted for the spicy mayo - and the friendly clerk asked if I wanted some on my rice as well. Everything tasted fresh - the rice was soft and moist - which is a plus, since I've been to places where the rice would taste old or dried out. The fish was fresh, and the protein portions were good. I think they gave me less rice anticipating that I'd get a lot of toppings, but I don't like to stuff my poke bowls too high since it really gets in the way of enjoying the fish. I do wish they provided another layer of rice since you can see how "deflated" my bowl ends up looking in the photos I provided. It came out to a little over $18 with tip, condiments behind you when you checkout. read more

My large poke bowl with white rice left much to be desired: Rice was chewy and warm which slightly cooked the fish. Also, somehow the whole thing just tasted watery which was not a good thing. Quality of the fish was ok but not amazing. Sauces were fine. Also ordered the Poke Wrap that also tasted bland and had the same unappetizing chewy white rice. Not impressed. A solid poké place that serves good amount of poké that also tastes pretty good. The toppings and fish tasted fresh and the sauce was delicious. They also had some sauce cups you can grab too if you'd need some more. Each bite was crunchy and refreshing. The service was great and helped if you weren't sure what to get. one of the few times i reviewed a location and i want to say, this place is so good. all the seafood is fresh and tasty and really amazing on the palate. the workers were very kind and suggestive when your unsure on what to eat. This place is good. The large bowl had 5 scoops included. Granted the scoops themselves weren't big but it worked for a large bowl. The price is what it is..with Green tea and large bowl, $22 bucks. No indoor seating but there are community tables outside. Bring a sweater or jacket if it's breezy outside. Will easily come again. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I had their TUNA & within 30 minutes I had to go to the hospital. They use old tuna, that clearly should have been thrown away, I eat tuna & poke all the time and never had any problems from other places. You can tell they tried saving OLD FISH to make it last. My entire face and body broke out in hives and turned bright red. I was not okay, would not want anyone to go through this Fish Contamination sickness. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

After reading the other Yelp reviews, I decided to stop by this poke spot. The food is very fresh and the portion is very generous. It gets busy for lunch but the line moves quickly. The service is great and the asian woman had great energy and great vibes. She greeted everyone with a smile. If you are in the area, come by this place. You wont be disappointed. Great poke. Ingredients were fresh and as good as it needs to be. But I have a word of advice for the owner. It is 2025. No company is making their employees wear masks anymore. It's more of a turn off than anything positive. Allow your employees to breath freely. Covid is long over now. read more

Great, friendly staff with a desire to make your bowl jus the way you like it. Fresh ingredients and clean. Pick your base of white or brown rice, spring mix or combination of two. Large chose of toppings and good selection of pure proteins. No premixed here. I love choosing my level of heat to my bowl and how it's tossed with the proteins. I recently watched a new employee learn the placement of the toppings. Who knew there was a system to adding your favorite toppings to your poke bowl? It's this kind of detail and care that I highly recommend OC Poke. Ps while they never brought back the inside seating after Covid, there are tables outside that share a lovely courtyard area. read more

Will probably be my go-to considering there's ample workspace, plenty of parking, less crowded than other coffee spots in the immediate area. Phil Jaber founded Philz Coffee in 2003 and spent years experimenting with various coffee beans from around the world to create over 30 different unique blends. Each "cup of love" is custom made in front of you and finished off with their signature mint leave. The Philz baristas make sure your drink is to your liking before you pay. One thing that is unique about Phiz is that they don't do lattes or cappuccinos. The Mint Mojito Iced Coffee is their best seller and still my personal favorite. I ended grabbing one and a bag of coffee beans before hitting the road to my next destination.

Leading with "I can't" is never the right customer service instinct, especially for something as basic as a receipt. I also tried to buy the butter they import from France. I stood at the case for several minutes with no acknowledgment. I finally walked over to the nearest employee (her name was Lucy) who was finishing up with a customer at the register right next to the butter section. I politely asked if she could help me when she was free. She looked at me, nodded, and said she would. Then proceeded to assist every customer who lined up behind that original customer without once glancing back in my direction. In fact, I had enough time to walk to the bakery, go through the entire gift card situation as mentioned above, and return to the butter section, and Lucy still hadn't looked over. I left without the butter. Moulin used to have fantastic service. I don't know where those regulars went, but two strikes in one visit, with two different employees, is hard to brush off.

Poke OC is hands down one of my favorite places to get poke! The food is always incredibly fresh, and the flavors are on point every single time. But what really sets this place apart is the service--impeccable! The staff is so sweet and welcoming, making you feel like a valued customer from the moment you walk in. They even gave me extra toppings without trying to upsell or charge me, which was such a nice touch. The taste was actually quite good, but i probably didn't have the best combination of flavors. If they could have a kind of set base, like which two fish may work the best with each other or with which sauce, etc, that may make it a bit easier for the customer to decide.
