Excellent! I had grown up in Southern California with plenty of options for Poke. However since living in Murfreesboro for the past few years I've never been able to find a poke restaurant. I've seen the signs and waited for this place to open for what seems like forever. Drove past today and seen they were finally open. It definitely lived up to the hype. Everything was fresh. Their portions were perfect and the sauces on point! If you live anywhere near I highly recommend stopping in and supporting this business and trying Poke! read more

My daughter and I eat here all the time. Poke bowls are just great food. You choose your base, protein, veggies, and toppings. They build your bowl while in line. Very courteous employees. Very clean eating area. If you like sushi, you'll love poke bowls. I always add ginger and wasabi to my bowl, so I can have a chopstick full of rice, fish, and wasabi to get my sushi fix while I eat my poke bowl. I love it. read more

First of all let's talk clean. This restaurant is immaculate! With a white interior you know it takes a lot of effort to keep it that way. The food is fantastic. I seriously love this place. I literally survived my last semester eating here often. So many different varieties to choose from. I always love trying new flavors and ingredients here but my go-to is a small sushi rice+spicy tuna with many different toppings and I'm always full after eating half of my bowl. Staff is so friendly and helpful answering questions. I tried their new shrimp tempura and it is SO delicious. I saw that they also have boba tea so I need to try that next time but I'm pretty sure it's going to be the basic bubble tea powders but I'm not complaining~ Don't let me forget that the place looks so welcoming and clean ALL the time. read more

Loved the choices for customization. Raw fish salad may sound a little off-putting for some folks, but it's really not much different than sushi, except not as expensive and with a lot more flavor choices. Prices are reasonable and service was great. Give something new a try. read more

This place is way too expensive and the serving size is so small. I have been to places that was double the size and only cost around $8. The poke bowl was just average too, nothing special. So delicious!!! This is my favorite Poke place. It's always clean, super fresh, and the employees are very friendly. The food is delicious, they use the highest quality ingredients and it's set up like a chipotle, subway, or any "build your own" type of restaurant. Really wanted to love this place but come on! 13.5 for a bowl that isn't even half full.....that's terrible. I think I have 5 cucumber pieces, a few pieces of cabbage, I can't find my edamame. Core Life does ten times better for an AHI tuna bowl. These are too expensive to not give large scoops of the secondary items. I will not be back til that changes. Gonna keep looking..... read more

I tried this place a week after they opened and it was amazing. Everything fresh, great taste and a variety of condiments. My wife and I went back there a week after and as always, they delivered everything fresh and delicious as always. Today, April 18, 2019 I went back for the third time at 2:30 p.m. as they say the third time is a charm. Anyway, I ordered a small bowl which comes with a base, one protein and whatever you want to add to your bowl, I got rice as a base, they'll try to fill it up halfway with rice just because it's very inexpensive to make. I asked for one scoop, she gave me two. No biggie, let's move on to the add ons. Literally half an ounce portions on everything, I had to ask extra on the protein just because you're paying a Hamilton for a veggie bowl plus the half ounce of yellowtail. Other than that, the freshness is always there, not to mention the costumer service, they have my business. read more

If you're wondering what in the world this place is, think of an Asian version of Moe's Southwest Grill with a Hawaiian twist. Sushi in a bowl, though highly questionable, is undoubtedly delicious and completely adheres to state regulations regarding consumption of raw seafood. The workers are kind and helpful.
