Litchi Delights is a hidden gem in Cooper City, in the same plaza as Aroma marketplace (right next…read moreto cold stone). A lot of people may not realize that they serve Ramen, poke bowls and dumplings. I think their name is a little vague and sounds like they just serve sweets or bubble tea, but that is not the case. They have MANY customizable options for their poke bowls and they are very fresh and tasty. I had shredded Kani (imitation crab) with carrots, edamame, seaweed, a little cream cheese and eel sauce on sushi rice, topped with some crispy fried onions. Lots of choices to make it as healthy or delicious as you want with many different toppings (garlic, nori, sesame seeds, etc) and sauces (ponzu, yum yum, spicy mayo, sesame oil). They also have nice sushi options, lots of steamed or fried gyoza. We signed up for their rewards and got to spin a wheel for a prize, which turned out to be sesame balls filled with red bean paste. They came out hot and had a perfect texture with toasty sesame seeds snapping into a chewy, flavorful bite. All of this was under $60 and fast enough that we were able to get in and out in about 30 minutes. Really a great option when you want something nicer and healthier than fast food but don't feel like a formal sit down dinner. Fun, casual vibe. And you can get ice cream from cold stone after if you like that kind of thing and you didn't already eat four sesame balls.

DELICIOUS!! We…read moredined here a few weeks ago and fell in love. They give big portions which I can appreciate! Service was good and the person behind the counter was super sweet. I love that they have toys and books for kids while you wait and you can write notes on sticky's and put them on the wall.

This was my first time trying a poke bowl that I customized myself! It was fantastic!!! They had so…read moremany options and the price was very very good! I got the spicy tuna and it tasted very fresh. I couldn't really taste the flavor on it so much but it was delish regardless. They had so many options to choose from with some toppings being extra money like mango, masago, avocado, and imitation crab. I got the initiation crab and it was my FAVORITE part of my bowl! The build your own was nice and the lady behind the counter gave generous portion sizes and allowed me to get my sauces on the side as I was trying them for the first time. They do have bowls already customized but it was nice to build my own, they even allow you to do half/half with different proteins and I liked that they offered shrimp and chicken for cooked options for those who do not like raw fish. Also can do rice, salad, or half and half as base! The mochi was fab, some of my friends got boba and bubble teas and they raves about them. Definitely a good spot for a big portion and a good price for a fresh tasting meal! If I am back in this area I will definitely be making a stop back. Ps. Get the ponzu sauce!! It was AMAZE!

Received a discount coupon in the mail for this relatively new poke shop. I head over there and…read morenoticed a nice orderly interior with a large menu on the wall displaying their Signature Poke Bowls. I like chicken, so I ordered the Shaka, which contains Chicken Edamame, Carrots, Avocado, Green Onion, Cucumber, Crab Stick, OG Sauce, Sweet Soy and Sriracha Aioli. The portions are large for $12.00 plus my discount coupon it was great deal. Then I ask the Asian employee (maybe the owner, not sure) a question about a side dessert and he points to the soda machine. This is where I get annoyed and basically he lost an upsell for the possibility of another $5.00 item. The bathroom was spotless with gray tiled flooring and white walls. The optional dining in the outside patio overlooking the water was a nice addition. I sat down quietly and consumed my delicious Poke Bowl and consumed my delicious Poke Bowl.

Mind blown- I had my very first Korean corn dog at Chowology, and I honestly don't even know how to…read moredescribe how amazing the experience was. I was today years old when I realized there is no actually hot dog inside! Instead, it's this incredibly yummy, gooey melted cheese stick covered in a crispy, salty-sweet potato square crust. If you have never had one of these, seriously--run, don't walk. It is an absolute must-try. Because the corn dog was so filling, I ended up having to take my main dish home, but it made for the best leftovers! I ordered the chicken katsu, and it was perfectly crispy. The edamame and pineapple in the katsu were a fresh touch that I really loved. Another major standout my friend got was the golden curry pineapple fried rice with shrimp. The balance of the savory curry heat with the sweet bursts of pineapple and plump shrimp was absolutely delicious. To top it all off, we grabbed some of their teas, I had passionfruit and my friend got the ombré passionfruit lemonade, which were refreshing, and the ideal way to round out a massive, flavor-packed meal.

My date and I shared a dish of steamed pork dumplings which were very very yummy and the average…read moreserving of dumplings you would usually get. The flavor was great it wasn't soggy or falling apart. We also got the ramen like seen in the photo and it was so so scrumptious it had delicious broth and a great handful of ingredients that enriched the flavor. The service was great it took maybe 25 minutes for all our food to arrive and the workers were super sweet. The restaurant itself was really cute which a bunch of custom and homey details to it although it didn't have too many seats there wasnt a wait and was a great choice for a nice lunch.
