Not much to say about Poke One; it's a no frills "make your own poke bowl" style restaurant. Once you enter, you can tell the staff what you want, or write/select your ingredients from their menu cards, and the staff will build your bowl in front of you. I wouldn't say it's necessarily cheap but you can usually end up with a fairly hefty bowl for about $15-20, and they don't skimp on the poke, which is nice. I personally like takeout here, though there's a decent amount of space to sit and eat.
