Stopped by on a Saturday for lunch and they were out of items (chips, organic kale, spicy tuna) and the mixed greens were wilted, so I had to toss a bunch of it. My wife tried to speak with the worker, but he was in the back and could not hear her calling for help. I do not recommend this location.

Looking for a good place to get poke? Poke Rainbow in Simi. Husband and I love our poke and found this place close by. Checked the reviews and they all appeared to be good. We got to the location an hour before closing time, door was locked, however, there was a sign on the door "be back in 5 min." so we decided to wait. We did contemplate leaving but decided to give it them a chance, glad we did, we were not disappointed. Only one person working behind the counter, Skyler. He was extremely nice and apologized for having to wait. We just said it was understandable because this seems to be the norm everywhere. Skyler was very pleasant and he took his time getting our order done correctly. He did a great job consider being the sole employee working that evening. We were glad we decided on this place, got our order to go and it was very delicious. They give you quite a bit of food. One suggestion, get the medium if your really hungry it was a perfect anount, the small is very small.

I usually get poke in the valley so was excited when this place opened close to my house. I ordered a small bowl with all the toppings, added avocado. The bowl was $17.15 so about $5 more than what I typically pay in the valley. It was average compared to other bowls I've had in the past. I love poke, but this place is just dangerous. Sometimes I'm willing to risk a dryer looking fish, but I just had to spit this out. It had gone bad easily a day ago. Waste of $15 for the small. Also, place needs a deep cleaning, I should've walked out after the smell. But again, I'm usually the one to give a chance.

Fish tastes fresh! Apparently they get fresh fish in every couple of days. Lots of veggie options too. I usually shy away from poké even though I love sushi and sashimi just cause I know it's not always as fresh as sushi. But this places rocks! Try it - they have mutliple locations, so you know it must be good even without my review.

This place sucked. I was having issues walking in to order food and id be standing there for 15 mins plus while the 1 person working was in the back jamming to music. When I tried bringing up to management they said they were short staffed and they are back there cleaning and preparing. Ok cool youre losing customers. The food was sub par not always fresh. read more

Out of all the places in Simi, this place is ACTUALLY the freshest I've had. Each ingredient was such a joy to taste. 4/5 starts because the place and vibe could use some love. Highly recommend a bowl with rice, avocado, imitation crab, sweet egg, and nori flakes. I'm obsessed with each of these ingredients. Paid around $24 for a large with avocado and sweet egg (each $1) and it was HEAVY. Think this is my new fave poke place in the area. read more

I really love poke and poke Rainbow is a great place to get my poke fix. It's in a strip mall in Simi Valley. The fish is very fresh, the portions are generous and the service is friendly. I got food poising from this place. I was sick for three days straight. I threw up so much I ended up in the hospital & was confirmed this was food poising. I didn't eat out that week other then poke rainbow & I'm 1000% percent sure it was from this place. I can't tell you how disgusted I am, I will never eat sushi ever again. This place has traumatized me for life. I will be reporting this restaurant to the health department. If you don't want to get sick, don't eat from this restaurant. read more

I was going to PokeStop up by the mall but their quality has really dropped off, I ordered this place on DoorDash and it was so so good. It wasn't the cheapest but the medium poke bowl I got was way bigger than the large at PokeStop. The fish was super fresh and everything tasted delicious. The best Poki place in Simi Valley, hands down. Very fresh fish, large portions and very fair prices. Amazing, friendly customer service and expert preparation by Chef Jenalynn. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want authentic Hawaiian style Poke. This is my favorite place to get poke!!! I have tried numerous places in the valley and another one out here in Simi and this one is my fave. The fish is always fresh and does not taste or smell fishy. They have a variety of add ons and sauces. I love places that offer a variety so that I can try different options. The servings are huge even when you pick the small bowl (although, I ordered online once and the serving was a-lot less). Maybe going in person or depends who makes it for you is the reason for the difference, but even so my poke has always been delicious!!! Please stop by and support this business. read more

Tried this place out for the first time tonight and it's so good! Best poki place in Simi by far. It's a bit on the pricey side but they give you a good amount of protein with each scoop and the quality of fish is fresh. Definitely will be coming back here for my poki cravings!! read more

The meat was juicy and seasoned perfectly. The burger had white American cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and a ton of jalapeños. The side of chili beans was an 8 oz container filled to the brim with steamy hot ground beef and kidney beans. Great flavor and texture. My daughter had the tri tip sandwich on a garlic buttered roll. The sandwich was jammed packed with thin sliced tri tip. She has the macaroni and cheese. She loved it. They have beer on tap so I had to get a liquid candy. It was a solid meal. Will have to return with the rest of the family.

The food was great, and although it was quiet when we arrived, it became very busy by the end of our meal. What truly stood out, though, was our waitress, Riley. She had the perfect balance that is honestly hard to find. She wasn't overly friendly or overbearing, but she also wasn't distant or robotic. She was simply genuine, attentive, calm, and incredibly thoughtful. Our table was a little chaotic at times. My mom accidentally spilled an entire glass of water all over the table, and Riley handled it with such grace and calmness that she immediately put everyone at ease. She never made us feel embarrassed or like we were inconveniencing her. Toward the end of the meal, my sister quietly snuck out because she didn't want anyone singing Happy Birthday to her, and my son went with her. Riley was so thoughtful that she packed up my son's ice cream (which we didn't even realize came with his meal) along with my sister's birthday sundae that we also didn't know was included. There was just something really special about her. Riley made us feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable from beginning to end. We will absolutely be back, and Riley is a huge reason why. I've only been here twice and it is now my goto poke place in Simi valley. Location is convenient, a lot of parking, workers here are nice every time I come in. Fish is fresh everyday. Love getting the half white rice/half spring mix with spicy tuna and spicy salmon and their "house sauce" is very tasty. read more
