Updated review: consistent quality, awesome service and well portioned poke bowls! I go at least 1-2 times per week for lunch!

Honestly this is the best tasting Poke in my opinion. Always fresh, quick service and downright delicious.

All ingredients taste very fresh. They make their own sauces. My husband liked the spicy one and I liked sesame.

I have only been to a couple Poke places in my life because ive only recently discovered it. This place has really fresh seafood and toppings. Very tasty choices and varieties! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location itself is sort of hard to find but hopefully it picks up. The only things i disliked about this place is the food-to-price ratio. Compared to other places ive been, I don't think the price is worth the amount of food you get. But I will probably still come back! read more

A bit off the main road in the industrial park section of Sabre Springs. Selection was very good, fresh and tasty. Service was very good given the slow afternoon. the gentleman serving us was very helpful and informative. Everything we got was good sized portions and fair priced. I like the different sized bowl selections they offer which went from inexpensive to moderately priced. Great value for what you get. My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place after a long 8 mile hike to Potato Chip Rock, and we were so happy we did! I was looking for a poke place close to the freeway so that we can easily go back home after we eat and found this place. It was about 3pm when we got there so the place was pretty empty. It's a pretty standard poke place where you can choose rice/salad/half and half; 2 proteins (small), 3 proteins (medium), or 4 proteins (large); sauces and toppings. The guy helping us was super nice and helpful and offered samples of all of the sauces for us. They have a variety of toppings (free) and even some extra ones I've never seen before like pineapple and mandarin oranges. The only extra charge is for avocado ($1) so I really liked that. I got 2 proteins: salmon and scallops and I usually never get scallops, but it was very good! Overall a great hidden gem. read more

Great new poke spot in Poway! So excited this place opened up especially since the closest place you can get poke from my office is all the way down Poway road or possibly Costco, which can be a trek especially during lunch time. This place is conveniently nestled next to other restaurants, which is nice and literally walking distance from the office. Overall the poke tastes fresh has good flavor. I would highly recommend getting either the salad or the white rice. The brown rice was a little hard and on the drier side. The great part about this place is that you can customize your poke. Disclaimer: I am a regular here. My work is right next door and it's a close place by. I did not think that I would like this place as it is in the middle of an office area. Boy I was wrong. The sauce is the key here. Spicy poke with spicy mayo gives it a much more stronger but delicious flavor than other poke places nearby. I ended up going almost daily the last month and have not disappointed a single time. They remember their customers and as soon as I walk in they know exactly what I want. How cool is that? I don't usually leave comments on Yelp but this place is amazing. The food is healthy and tasty. The fish is fresh, especially the salmon. It's buttery and melt in your mouth. They also have a variety of sauces to choose from, so you can mix it up when you're tired of the usual sauce. I love mixing spicy mayo with poke sauce and spicy poke sauce. They also have a lot more toppings than many poke places, and the employees give an ample amount. The service is always excellent. Employees greet you right when you walk in, and they make your bowl fast and to your request. I'm so glad this place opened in my area. I will definitely come back when I'm craving some poke. read more

I don't know where you all go for poke bowls but the place I love going to doesn't charge $1 extra for a scoop of avocado. In fact, I can get 2 scoops for free. Don't ask for an extra scoop of crab unless, you guessed it, you're willing to pay an extra $1. I can get 2 scoops of crab for free at my favorite poke bowl spot. You ask, but what about the flavor??? I guess it's ok but value wise, it just makes it all sour to me. read more

Soooo good! Got dinner here to-go at around 7 on a Thursday night, end of the summer school week, after being too busy to eat all day, and it really hit the spot. The use of sauce wasn't overdone, which is usually my complaint with poke places-- I don't need my food drowning when I get it. They were also very generous with all of the toppings and protein, and the salmon was tasty and fresh. While I didn't get them, I also noticed some interesting toppings that I don't usually see at other places like pineapple and corn. If you're into mixing it up a bit, this place definitely seems like the way to go. I'll definitely be stopping by again! read more

Awesome relatively new poke spot! Every time I come here I'm always greeted and feel welcomed. The fish looks fresh and doesn't have the awful fishiness smell that some other places do. They give rather generous scoops in comparison to other shops and in my personal opinion I believe the price is relatively cheap. I usually get a salad bowl with 3 scoops of fish, 4 if I feel like splurging with Tuna, Spicy Tuna, Scallops and Salmon that has traces of salmon belly still on!! Toppings are free except the avocado for +$1 but all in all, I just go for a free for all and end up with a packed and stacked bowl. The workers are always welcoming to special request or even the simple things like asking for more of that awesome seaweed salad! I know I'm definitely gonna come back. Good service, good food! Went to Poke Stage for a dinner with a friend. The place was empty because it was a bit late. The place did not disappoint. I ordered the medium, but I needed an extra bowl to be able to mix everything without making a mess. I wish they give bigger servings of protein though. Service was good, too. I like the fact that they let us taste the poke sauce and explained to us the flavors first before asking us to pick what we wanted for our poke. My coworker and I ate here on Thursday, Oct. 4th for lunch at 11am. Unfortunately right after both of us felt sick and subsequently experienced a mix of feverish and upset stomach symptoms that lasted for days. Went here for the first time for lunch yesterday! It was absolutely delicious. Good portions, fresh ingredients and yummy spicy mayo sauce. The fish was a perfect size too, I hate it when the fish is cubed too big. Only thing was that we went around 1:30pm and they were out of a lot of the toppings (masago, avocado, edamame) which was a bummer because we really wanted avocado! I was here on Monday 8/26 for the first time. So glad I found this place by happenstance. The only gentleman working at around 5pm was honestly the nicest and most helpful employee out of any restaurant I've ever been to. He walked through every step of the menu, let me try the sauces so I could decide, described everything extremely in depth. He was also very fun to talk to. The portion sizes and food quality are fantastic! If you don't eat meat, I recommend still going and getting avocado as your protein instead.
