I come here often but the worker today was incompetent. We asked for chicken hibachi no rice extra veggies. We were told no you can't order that. So my husband went to another establishment while I waited on my ramen order. Not even two seconds later a Caucasian man walked in and requested the same hibachi order (same wording) and she checked him out without question and said your order will be ready in 10 mins. I went and asked "hey I thought you couldn't sub rice for extra veggies" and she got combative and stated we asked for a side of veggies with it and they can't do that. I came here when Deadpool/Wolverine came out and wanted to get dinner before the movie. Im always craving poke or ramen and found a spot that offered both on their menu! Unfortunately thats a red flag... the poke bowl was better than the ramen (dont waste your time/money coming here JUST for ramen.. go to Jinya or Silverlake). They have the best miso soup hands down. It has such great depth of flavor it's an umami bomb and I love it. They offer really good boba options my favorite is the taro boba tea. They sell poke bowls, ramen, sushi, and teriyaki/hibachi bowls. I wouldn't say it's the best Asian food but it will always hit the spot. This is definitely one of my go-to places The restaurant is small Navy seating for 20 people so it's really just great to go in for a quick meal. This location is relatively close to where I live so decided to give it a shot. This place is what I would describe as fast casual, not so much as fine dining with servers and whatnot, but it is in a growing area where I can see it getting busier in the future. Instead of dining there, we took our food to-go. The pork chashu ramen was good. Broth was flavorful and rich, but would not categorize it as fancy ramen compared to other places in Charlotte, but it gets the job done. Bonus that the broth was packed separately and still boiling hot by the time we got home. The next was the Yum Yum Roll. This roll wasn't too bad, not super filling but overall good. We had also ordered two onigiris; poke salmon and poke shirmp. Both good and relatively decent sized. All and all, I would say this place is nice to go to for something a little more casual. First time coming in, I almost drove across town before I remembered they're now open. Came in for carry out on a Wednesday night and there were ~10 customers inside. I was caught off guard a little that only a part of their menu is on the wall and otherwise you have to look at the menus on the counter. The female working the register was definitely NOT friendly to every customer so that was immediately off putting. I placed an order for a Thai milk tea, egg roll, and katsu chicken hot rice bowl with brown rice. My wait for my drink was quick, about five mins. The Thai tea was really good with a lot of flavor, their boba is a little soft compared to my preferred tea place but still good. My wait for food was less than 15 mins. Luckily I live right around the corner so my food was still hot when I got home. The chicken bowl had rice, sweet corn, broccoli, fried chicken and scallions. Pretty basic, but it was fresh. The egg roll was hot on the inside without being greasy which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend asking for extra Teriakyi on the bowl as the only thing with a lot of flavor was the corn. I did grab some duck sauce and hot mustard for my egg roll so I added that in the bowl as well. Overall I wasn't wow'ed but I'd go back and try other things like their ramen and sushi. It is a nice addition to have something new in this part of town at least and the tea was good! read more

Pokebowl Ramen did not disappoint. I have to start by saying how excited I am to have a new restaurant here. I tried the classic poke bowl and the spicy crab meat shrimp roll. Both were so good and I would definitely get these again. I can't wait to try the ramen! The seafood in the poke bowl was fresh and there was plenty of it. The portion is big. I only ate half of it. The sushi was really good. The shrimp tempura was fresh and crunchy and the roll was not overpowered by rice. The crab on top had the perfect hint of spice. My husband liked the sushi and he only likes sushi from Wasabi Cafe and Enoodle. We're fans! I'm already looking forward to our next visit. read more

Was looking forward to trying out a spot locally for some milk tea and sushi. Boy were we disappointed. We ordered a variety of things to try, seaweed salad, ramen, poke bowl, 2 sushi rolls and a chicken katsu bowl. Ramen and katsu were good. The sushi- I had a bite of each and they were just off tasting. My taro milk tea was good at first and then had a weird medicinal aftertaste to it. We dinned in and my husband decided to talk to staff about the sushi to see if we can get a refund as we only had a bite and you could tell it was all there, he was told no, they don't do refunds and all they can do is make it again. No apology no offering maybe something else from the menu, nothing. So sushi went to the trash and def not going back. With tip and the items we got, it was $100. Completely not worth it. read more

Great quality Ramen in the Harrisburg area! Had the Pork Tonkotsu ramen. They did not skimp on the amount of noodles or pork! The customer service was also excellent. We look forward to being back to this place on a regular basis to try more Japanese delights. My only complaint is they serve all food in take away boxes/bowls. Stopped in during hurricane Ian. The had a long list of tickets to make but it only took 10 minutes for them to make our meals (2 of us). I had the coconut milk tea and was better than I expected. The flavor is rich and of course, creamy. I had the pork Ramen bowl and my boyfriend built his own poke bowl. The pork was very fatty, so I'll probably try the chicken next time. The food was not that great. I Ordered the grilled chicken with white rice bowl. The chicken was extremely over cooked and had zero flavor. When we tried to tell the worker, she didn't seem to care and said we already started eating it. My friend ordered the fried chicken Katsu bowl with brown rice which was better than what I had.
